I blinked my eyes several times and try to block lights that comes to my room. Ugh… my head. "Julia, are you okay?" I looked at my left and jolted. What the fuck she's doing here!? I checked my pocket and everything was intact.
"Where…."
"You at my house." Rose helps me to sit and leaned my back on the wall. What happened? She sits next to me and grabbed my hand. I tried to remember what happened to me before, but as hard as I can it makes my head want to blow up.
"I don't want to fight Harold, tourist." Ugh… I forgot this guy was her brother.
I took a deep breath and glanced at him. "Your… belonging was here." I checked everything and looking for my diary. I rashly opened the page and face palmed myself. Shit.
"I don't know-"
"Jason. Stop! It's her privacy!" Jason grumping, and he throws my journal. I took the journal and open page by page. "You missing something?" She raised her eyebrow.
I shook my head and shows a torn page to them. "Oh… this torn page…" Jason glancing at her sister.
"He ripped the last page."
I took a deep breath and drinks the water. "Where's my motorcycle?" I asked to her.
Rose looking at Jason. "What!?" Rose glare at him. "Fine!" Jason put my motorcycle key on the coffee table and crossed his arms over his chest.
"I'm sorry for…"
"It's fine, Rose." I packed my belonging and took a deep breath. "I'll deal with Harold, don't worry." It's better I should look for a place to stay, rather than on my knees for a room.
"There's a woman searching for you." I'm looking at him and raised my eyebrow. "I wonder who was she for you." He closed the door and locked.
"She's my ex. Do you want to sleep with her? Be my guest! You don't have to asking for permission." I tried to pull him aside, but he pushed me.
"Jason!" Rose approaching us and glared at him. "I'm done! I call mom and you promise me should stay away from now!"
I unlocked the door and leaving them arguing. This is not vacation I wanted.

I opened the door and looked at Evelyn sitting at her desk. "Brunch." I walked towards her desk, then put a paper bag which contains a food and drinks for her.
"For me?" Her eyes were shining as she grabbed the paper bag and take a peek inside. "Aw… Julia. I know you are a good person! Thanks!"
I sat at my desk and took a deep breath. "Eve," Evelyn hummed. "What do you do if you have an ex, and he won't let you go?" I looked at Evelyn, who was eating her breakfast.
"I don't know. I haven't been dating since I was born into this world." She keep munched her sandwich, "but…" Evelyn wiped her mouth and put the food on her desk. "If you asked me that way… I'll call the cops." That's it? Call the cops is enough?
I realized if I asked her, which is never dating someone, it's wasting my time. It's impossible to put her into custody without media pinned her as my stalker. It's not LA, but the local newspaper it's enough to sniff something off. Both of us were a public figure. Our relationship was backstreet.
I never wanted to have a backstreet relationship with her. I want to tell the world she's mine. Dozen times we talked, eye to eye. Did we reach something we agree? The answer is no. We didn't. Whenever It's just yelling, slammed door, stomping foot, and the next day, we forgot about it.
It's that wrong that I want to have a normal relationship? I mean, Everyone knows who is my girlfriend and with who she has a relationship is. Irene is my type. I admit she's wife-materials for me. Despite having a successful modeling career, she constantly creates rumors.
Man surround her, and I can't do anything. It's sucks, right? "Julia, are you okay?" I took a glance at Evelyn and nodding my head.
"I'm good." I leaned my back and stared at my laptop. Again, this feeling again come back. "All I want is vacation, but all I get is a fucking distraction!" I didn't realize I banged my desk.
Evelyn looks at me and Mrs. Sherlyn gets inside to our office. They furrowed her brows. "What happened?" Mrs. Sherlyn keeps staring at me.
"I-I just need a fresh air." Mrs. Sherlyn approached me and give me a hug. She knows about Irene. All over the town, maybe knows about Irene.
"I understand, Julia…" she tapped my shoulder and kneel in front of me. "Let's take a deep breath and exhale through your mouth slowly.
"You have us, Julia. You can talk to us!" Mrs. Sherlyn nodding her head.
"I agree with Evie." She said.
I want to talk about it, but I have a trust issue. All this time, I keep writing a diary to protect what I am hiding from. Not all my thoughts, my idea, all things inside that diary, was all my secret. "Thanks."
I cleared my throat and drink my cola. "I heard Harold kicked you because you drink at his motel?" Rumor spread fast through this town. "You should stay at my house! I insist! You can drink whenever you want." I should turn down Evelyn's offer.
"I'm not alcoholic, Evie. Thanks, but…"
"You can stay at my house!" We looked at the door and Rose standing in front of the door. She… looks different. A formal dress, blazer, and a designer handbag!? Maybe it's secondhand, but… it's Hermes Birkin's bag. What the fuck I was thinking about?
I shook my head slowly and take a deep breath. "I'm sorry…" I looked at Mrs. Sherlyn and she shook her head. "Okay, can you… tell me where I can rent an apartment around here?" I looked at three of them, but no one wants to answer my question.
Right, Airbnb. "If you looking for an Airbnb, you would find. Most of the men in this town looking for a 'roommate.' If you have in common with them, you can use that." Rose. She's a psychic?
Right. I should have picked between Rose and Evelyn. Oh God, it's a tough decision. I rubbed my face roughly and took a deep breath. Now, it's time to choose. Rose or Evelyn.
