After getting extensively scolded by his parents and having to go through repeated explanations of what occurred at the dome-like building, Salvador was finally allowed some rest and slept nearly an entire twenty-four hours.
He groggily sat up from his comfy fed, his eyes barely open as he released a big yawn. "Ahh, that was amazing!" He joyfully explained as he jumped to his feet.
Ever since his awakening, he could very clearly sense the changes in his body in nearly every way.
He was able to run nearly three times as far, he could tell he was stronger and faster than before.
His mind was faster, he could comprehend things at a speed he never had before, and his reaction times were countless times better. "Mana is truly a wonder." He muttered as he clenched his fist in excitement.
And not to forget, his physical appearance underwent a drastic change.
His height grew by 4 inches, (10 CM), and none of his clothes previously fit him anymore as his muscles enlarged and legs grew which made his pants reach his upper shins. His body wasn't the only thing that transitioned, however.
His hair changed from a jet-black to a dark silver and his eyes perfectly matched his unique hair. This change was extremely drastic and shocking to his family as they quickly realized Salvador's hair color was changing as he rested.
As he stepped on the wooden floorboards, the difference he felt from when he was tired and fully rested was immense.
The world itself felt completely foreign.
He could sense multiple more things than before, everything felt more refined, smells were more robust, and most notably, all of his senses were elevated to new heights.
He could smell things more intensively and from afar, his vision allowed him to pick up things that he either couldn't have seen or could barely do due to the minuscule size of it. Inadvertently, he could hear the conversations of people around him more clearly than before, although he didn't really want to.
He quickly stretched his limbs which were numb and slightly stiff from not moving for an entire day.
'Stat window.' He commanded in his head.
[Salvador Stokovor - (Alor)]
[Age: 3]
[Level: 1]
[Stat Points: 2]
[2 - STR] [2 - AGL] [ 3 - STAM] [ 6 - VIT] [15 - MC] [12 - MP]
Because his body as a whole improved, his statistics also took a small jump. He practically time-skipped two to three years in physical growth, so such increases were expected.
'Ah, the urge to use these stat points is growing by the day.' He cried with pain in his voice to his new-found companion, Isora.
'Bear with it Salvador. There will be a time when those stat points will come in handy.'
Salvador could only sigh at his ever-increasing frustration. 'How are stat points even scaled? I don't know how to explain it but-'
Isora rudely cut him off to explain to him.
'From 1 through 10 are either people who are magically disabled or restricted in some sort of way, with 10 being the strongest they possibly can be. If you don't have a mana core or it's as restricted as I said, you simply can not go past that threshold. However, once you awaken that's a completely different story. Of course, they don't have systems but you get the idea.
With a mana core, you can go far past that, very, far.'
The sudden emphasis on the last few words made his heart quiver in excitement. He's always dreamt of acquiring a system someway somehow, and now that he did he couldn't contain his excitement at hearing the possibilities it presented.
'Don't get too impatient now; you still have a few years before you can start progressing as your heart desires.'
Isora unfortunately had to ruin his moment which forced a sigh to come out of his mouth. 'Whatever.'
Salvador stepped over to the wooden compartment which independently stood in the upper-right corner of his room.
Opening it, brand new attire that was accustomed to Salvador was neatly categorized by what they were.
Luckily, Jaxon had put out a request for this to happen and it saved the Alor family plenty of money and time that they didn't have.
He picked out a color-matching pair of clothes, all of them a plain black color.
The shirt was a tight-fitting long-sleeve shirt with normal black pants which to his surprise, were far more comfortable than they appeared.
After walking back to his bed to put on his brand new black suit-shoes, he opened the wooden door that led to his room and stepped out to explore the brand new world; that wasn't only his room.
Immediately, several familiar aromas flew into his nostrils, and just as he expected they were significantly more potent than before. Freshly cooked food, rice and chicken to be specific were set on the table in the next room.
Salvador knew this simply based on the smell that came from the room, despite the door being far away and it was in a completely separate room.
And as one would expect, it wasn't a faint smell, it was in fact very clear and apparent.
He hurriedly walked to the kitchen room and opened the door.
As it crept open, he could clearly hear his parents talking amongst each other, and the eating sounds of his two brothers.
The aroma of the food gave up explosively increased and it was almost too much for Salvador to smell. The hairs in his nostrils felt as if they were burning and his eyes started watering for it second.
His mother's head turned to him and instantly went to his side, filled with worry about her recently awakened son. "Are you okay, Salvador?" She concerningly asked.
His brothers stopped eating and stood up, taking a few steps towards their brother but stopped just out of arm's length.
"Y-Yea, I think I'm not adjusted to the changes yet," Salvador muttered under his breath, still suffering from the smell overload.
Eleanor had a face of worry but masked it well from her family's gaze. "Okay, but you do need to eat." She truthfully said.
Eating was essential for not only the physical growth but the magical growth of a person.
Because food contained mana, it could increase a person's mana capacity; although barely.
Only after a few weeks of a normal routine of breakfast, lunch, and snack would they be able to use one more First or Second Force spell than before.
Gradually, the improvements food has on one mana lessons to where even after months of eating, no improvements would be apparent.
However, to a newbie awakener like Salvador, eating food would greatly affect his current mana capacity even if he had the magical abilities of someone who's been awakened for roughly two years.
Eleanor assisted Salvador to the table and pulled his chair out for him.
"Thanks."
He sat down and Yves handed him a fork which he nodded his head as a thank you and instantly began digging into his food.
Like a predator devouring their prey, Salvador munched down his food at a frightening pace, nearly finishing the large plate of rice and chicken in just a minute.

Salvador's family watched in shock as he released a noisy burp at the dinner table which was simply out of character for him. Not only was he a shockingly quiet baby, he always had manners at the dinner table.
So seeing this was truly a different side they never witnessed.
Salvador read the message that flashed in his retina and inwardly chuckled in satisfaction. 'Perfect.'
He picked up the piece of chicken by hand and ate it quickly as he did with the rice, however unlike before he didn't earn another point.
Salvador peeked over to Nico's chicken, a deadpan but hungry aura surrounding him.
"N-no!" Nico yelled out.
But before he could stop him, Salvador grabbed the chicken from his plate and hastily chomped it down.
Such unpleasant manners made Yves laugh but he only received a scary glance from his wife who was clearly upset with how Salvador was acting.
"I-It's so good!" Salvador yelled out after gulping down the entire chicken.
Nico and William observed in comic-like horror as their brother scarfed down more and more food.
[Chicken: 100/100 Consumed.]

Salvador's eyes shone with an unknown feeling as another notification popped up, making him aware that his mana capacity improved yet again.
Eleanor's eyes twitched as Salvador ate the rest of the food, excluding the foot on everyone's plate with the tragic exception of Nico's chicken.
"Excuse me," Salvador said.
He welcomed himself out and stood still in the living room, an unreadable expression on his face.
A second later, a cold light flashed in his eyes that shouldn't belong to someone his age.
'Becoming powerful is easier than I thought.' He said with a devilish smile.
