It all began two days ago when I stumbled upon a certain shop in the city, selling a book called "The Grimoire Of Darkness". The title sounded so cringe yet intriguing that I just had to buy it.
As I looked over the spell, I quickly realized that it was far too complex for me to understand. I knew that even if I tried to teach someone else, it would take me ages to explain it properly.
After hours of studying the spell, I finally grasped it's concept. All I had to do was draw the magic circle on the ground and chant the specific words in a certain order. Simple, right? This would allow me to summon an undead minion.
However, as you already know, the result was not what I expected. Instead of an undead creature, a stunningly beautiful woman appeared before me. Despite the unexpected outcome, I couldn't complain. Who wouldn't want a gorgeous woman who was willing to obey your every command?
The only thing that bothered me was... why did I turned into a fucking corpse!? How did that even happen? Why the hell am I covered in rotting flesh?
I was such a fine specimen of a man before! Now, I look like a monster! I can't believe I let myself get like this... I should've been more careful!
As I pondered over what had happened, I remembered reading in the grimoire that explained summoning an undead required one's life force, or essence. So maybe that explains it...
How am I supposed to believe that!? After all, I casted the spell half-heartedly and doesn't actually believe it would work!
"Haah..." I took a deep breath and sighed.
I shouldn't cast the spell anymore until I can find a way to regain my vitality. Am I still going to continue summoning undead you asked? Damn right I will!
I'm pretty sure I'm going to end up using this grimoire to do a bunch of stuff now that I know it works. There's still so many things I need to try out. I mean, I have a whole book full of real spells!
"Muahahaha!" I laughed maniacally at the thought of all the power at my possession.
"Master?" She tilted her head curiously.
"Oh, uh...yeah?" I tried to compose myself, but my excitement was hard to hide.
She looked at me quizzically. She seemed confused by my reaction to her question "I'm sorry, master. Are you displeased with me?"
"Displeased? No, not at all!" I reassured her. "I just have a lot on my mind right now.".
She seemed unsure, but obediently kept kneeling before me. "Master, please command me. I wish to be useful to you.
"Umm..." Now I'm troubled. What should I make her do?
