"Pleasure to meet you, Elisa Black," Kato replied with a smile on his face. Elisa's personality was something that captivated Kato. He loved people who were insane by nature.
Elisa smiled back at him and looked at me, who was trying to go unnoticed by everyone, and said, "Edward Lothbrok... I'm surprised you're ranked number 1000, after all, you were fighting on equal footing with the famous Miyamoto family genius. What did you do wrong? To be in that position, you definitely did something wrong," Elisa contemplated.
Exhausted, I sighed and began to walk towards the classroom exit. I really didn't have the sanity to talk to this crazy lady.
"Hey! Stop walking! Don't turn your back when you're talking to me!" Elisa began to shout with her gentle voice while trying to stop me, but honestly, I just wanted to breathe some fresh air. I left through the door and soon after, Michael got up and followed me outside. Kato also came along.
The rest remained silent and still, and the reason was simple: they were taking the king's game seriously. That's why the other main characters didn't move, because Elisa was the third most powerful person within the first year. Getting up and following Michael could make Elisa focus on them, so it was strategic not to draw attention.
"Tsk! Lothbrok, Lothbrok... If you think you're free just because you're a Lothbrok, know that you're wrong!" Elisa said as she chewed on her nails. On the outside, her expression was gentle, which contradicted her actions. Inside, she was furious and burning with rage, ready to do anything without thinking about the consequences. As someone who was born into a golden cradle, Elisa thinks she can do anything, after all, she belongs to the Black family, a renowned family in the hero business.
She looked at everyone in the room and said, "From now on, all of you are my servants, understood?" Without hesitation, everyone responded at the same time, "YES!"
"Great! With these pawns, I could do anything against those who oppose me, including that bastard Edward Lothbrok!" Elisa pondered after seeing that everyone was with her.
She stood up, showing off her charming curves that could impress any man. The Battle Academy uniform was in full view and consisted of a blue jacket and loose pants, with the institution's symbol next to it. Wearing a tight white shirt, Elisa approached the men who seemed hypnotized by her beauty and said, "I want you to tell all the first-year students that, from now on, they're all under my command, okay?" Her voice was gentle and sweet, but sounded like a threat.
All the men got up, including Andrew, and spoke at the same time, "YES!" Then they began to leave the classroom one by one to tell the others about the news.
After everyone left, Elisa looked at the girls and said in a soft, gentle tone, "From now on, all of you will be my handmaidens, understood?" Her voice echoed coldly through the room which was filled with only 17 girls. None of them dared to respond and decided to stay quiet, but unfortunately, one of them was overtaken by pride and said, "I'm not going to obey a person who belongs to the Black family, a dirty and miserable family. Death is better than that." Her voice echoed like a tornado, calling Elisa to fight.
Even with all the insults, Elisa's expression didn't change a single bit, but inside, she was burning in flames. All she wanted at that moment was to punish Mia in the worst possible way. She hated Mia in the same proportions as she hated Edward.
"These people think they're free to do anything just because they belong to a powerful family... I'll show you two, Mia Miyamoto and Edward Lothbrok, that your name is worth crap here!" Elisa pondered as she looked gently at the door through which Mia had left...

Walking down a corridor, I was lost and didn't know where to go. The slaughter game had already begun and it's suffocating to think that I'll be in this asylum for two months... It'll be worth it in the end, right? Well, I don't know, only time will tell...
Suddenly, I noticed an open door and heard sounds of hitting. Driven by pure curiosity, I appeared in front of the door and started to see what was happening inside and concluded: I'm really in a madhouse! The sight was astonishing; after all, the students were only sixteen years old and were aiming to become heroes, but what I saw was five students kicking a defenseless student on the ground.
The sound of his groans echoed throughout the classroom, but no one tried to defend him in any way. Even in my world, that was something rare! And if it did happen, someone would record and expose the aggressors on the internet so that the local police could take action, but since there are no rules here, all of that went down the drain! I sighed. I am truly a good man... I entered the room, and my footsteps sounded like loud drums, attracting the attention of everyone present.
The attackers who were beating the student stopped kicking him and looked in my direction, confused. Some who already knew who I was whispered, "Lothbrok..." Calmly, I analyzed the five students and asked, "What's going on here?" My words were both soft and cold at the same time.
One of the attackers, who recognized me, said, "We don't want any problem with you. We're just punishing this piece of crap who is belittling us for being from the outskirts." I analyzed his words carefully and honestly agreed. Nothing like a good beating to make someone wise up, but seeing the deplorable state that the boy was in, I said, "Don't you think he has been beaten enough? I believe he already understands that it's not good to humiliate others."
"No! I know this type of person. After the king's game is over, and our rankings don't matter, he will use his family's power to bring us down. That's why we have to drill the consequences of his actions into his mind and soul," one of them replied.
I pondered for a moment and agreed with them. After all, they had justifications, at least in this world. So I said, "You're right; you can continue, but make sure not to kill him, okay?"
"We won't kill him, and thank you, Edward Lothbrok."
I nodded as I heard his words and started walking towards the exit, but as I was about to pass through the door, one of them said, "By the way, what's your ranking?" Without thinking too much, I casually replied, "My ranking is 1000." My voice sounded so natural that they thought it was a joke and started laughing.
I walked out the door, and instead of the sound of beating, now I heard the sound of laughter echoing through the room ... So, I guess I'll go eat something. The cafeteria must be open, right?
