A month and a half later
Galan smashed the pipe down and Olvia stepped out of the way. His expression stayed the same as the pipe stopped just before hitting the ground, the scattered sand flew away, clearing the entire training ground in an instant.
He swung at her again and she stepped back as he said "Faster." before changing between fast swings and slow swings randomly, Olvia dodged the pipe suddenly, over and over again.
Galan flipped the pipe in his hands and threw it like a javelin, the air cutting arriving at Olvia's head in an instant. She tilted her head and the pipe caught the blindfold, tearing it off her eyes and shooting behind her, stabbing into a steel wall behind her.
She was suddenly plunged in the light and stood there, stunned. Her eyes adapted back to the light in an instant as she saw Galan walking back into the house without a word. Olvia stood there and turned around, seeing only half the pipe sticking out of the extremely thick steel wall.
The blindfold fluttered around the pipe as she let out a breath.
Her body was much skinnier than before, her complexion was pale and sickly, she looked about ready to starve to death!
But she teared up and smiled, finally she learned!
She walked to the house but her vision blurred before turning black again. Olvia fell forward but arms caught her. Galan looked at the woman in his arms silently before taking her into the house.
He brought her to the bathroom and stripped her before washing her, cutting her hair back to short. When he was done he dressed her in a shirt and shorts before laying her in the bed and hooking up an IV to her arm.
After he finished taking care of her, he got up and left the room, closing the door behind him gently.
Galan walked down the stairs and stood outside, looking at the training ground. He picked up a bucket and mop, cleaning up the blood stains. He pulled the bucket next to him and got on his knees, grabbing a sponge as slowly scrubbing the ground in silence.
As the time passed, the training ground was slowly returning to normal.
He sat on his calves, looking out at the beach, seeing the two chairs and table stuck in the sand before turning to the steel wall. He slowly got up and brought the bucket to the garden, sprinkling the diluted blood water on the ornamental flowers.
Galan held the empty bucket, shaking it before bringing it back into the house and putting the cleaning tools away. Afterwards he walked out to the steel wall and looked at the pipe.
He touched the bloodstained parts before grabbing it and coating it in Haki as he pulled it out with a single grunt.
The pipe came out and the blindfold fluttered to the ground but Galan caught it. He held the two pieces of blindfold in his hand before tying them together again and fixing it to the pipe as he gently put it down.
He ran his fingers over the steel wall before a snail started ringing from his pocket.
He answered to hear a voice say "Poor little bitch was sold out by an old woman." Galan asked, "Caught?" the voice replied simply, "Escaped again. Smart kid. Knows when to bail would be good for the old team."
Galan looked at the pipe on the side and said "She has the books?" the voice snorted, "Reads 'em every night." Galan nodded slowly and ordered "The old woman. Eliminate her." The voice chuckled, "With pleasure." before hanging up.
Galan put the snail in a separate garden with a few others as it creeped to the plants, eating the leaves happily. He rested his forehead on the steel wall before banging it with his fist.
He closed his eyes and his chest heaved before he let out a beast-like grunt, punching the steel wall hard.
A loud buzzing sound rang from the wall and Galan continued shout-grunting, unloading his bare fists into the steel wall, banging sounds ringing from the contact for hours.
The shouting grunts drowned out the banging sounds as it continued through the night.
Galan pounded the steel wall without end, letting everything out with his eyes closed as images flashed in his mind.
Robin's scared and tearful face, Olvia's unconscious body on the ground, the evacuation ship going up in flames…
All of these moments plaguing his mind like a disease as he took it all out on the steel wall by himself, with nobody around to see it. Alone as he always was.
However, he didn't notice the weak figure watching at him from the bedroom window before turning around and dragging the IV stand back to bed.
The sun rose, illuminating the training ground.
Galan was standing in front of a destroyed wall, steel chunks and debris scattered around in front of him, his knuckles dripping blood, chiming gently as the drops fell onto the steel.
He let out a heavy breath and returned to the house. He returned to the training ground with a bucket and mop as he started to clean up again…
