Rain poured from the sky, the wind howled and the trees danced. Lightning lit up the dark, cloudy sky, the storm had reached its apex. Other than when lightning struck, darkness consumed the world. During this storm nothing dared to move. All were afraid to venture and risk going against the dangerous weather, all except a hooded figure.

The hooded figure continued his journey despite natures resistance, the storm could not hold back a man as powerful as him. Nothing could stop his plans, he had made sure to get rid of every variable to guarantee his success. No storm would stop him.

He eventually entered the village he was looking for, but he had not found his final destination. The storm continued to rage on as he walked through the streets, searching for an end to his journey. 

He knew he arrived when he could see a light coming from a little house, after everything he could finally put the last pieces into place. He slowly approached the house make sure to stay hidden, the storm would hide his sound. As he approached he noticed movement through the window, a man and woman.

He smiled from beneath his hood, knowing both would not make it through the storm. He finally reached the door, he took a deep breathe in before finally entering the home. After the storm the once little house, remained as a smoking pile of rubble. 

The people of the village would go on to assume the house caught fire due to a lightning bolt during the storm, as a crowd gathered outside the house a figured stood in the distance. He finally let out a sigh of relief before he turned away from the village. 

Nothing would stop his plans...
