On the other side of the barrier was a deserted area filled with dead bodies, skulls, bones, and blood was spilled all over it. Some creatures with claws, paws and fangs were ripping bodies apart while attacking each other, and the place resembled a war zone.
The scene was horrifyingly chaotic. Her presence made the land tremble, and every creature was forced to kneel and bow. Those who made an effort to fight back vomited blood or had their brains blown off.
Nobody could see her in the dark; the only thing that could be seen was the brilliantly shining crimson crescent moon between her brows.
Astonishingly, the soul of every living thing nearby was sucked out of their bodies and the bodies turned to dust as soon as a single drop of her blood landed on the ground.
Only the spectator who was flying through the air managed to survive and fled.
The girl was sound asleep, suspended in air, and clueless to everything going on.
The crimson crescent moon on the left side of her brow glowed bright before beginning to fade as the lunar eclipse came to an end, and a silver crescent moon appeared on the right side of her brow on the full moon.
Abruptly, she was pulled out of the chaotic space by a vortex that materialised before her out of nowhere and transported her somewhere else.

"Shh, Eri shut up..." Ceris tried to shout loudly but no sound came from her throat. Rubbing her eyes lazily, Ceris felt a sensation of cold on her back. The intense brightness and noisy chatter of people annoyed her, leaving a crease on her forehead.
Her entire body was in excruciating pain and was freezing. She lay unmoved for a while; closing her eyes and taking a long, deep breath.
Slowly, opening her eyes once again in response to a sudden, loud noise near her ear.; It was possible that the eardrums would tear from the sharp noise. She sluggishly sat up and looked around.
A crowd has gathered in front of her. She appeared to have been implicated in a significant fight because there were several dead bodies around and she was lying down by a riverbank, near a hill with snow covering everything.
Her own predicament wasn't much better; her outfit was tattered, she lacked shoes, and she looked untidy.
She was unsure of how she got to the riverside or what had transpired. She had a foggy memory, but she was too lazy to care as she was still dizzy.
As two men grabbed her hands and began dragging her, she had little time to think about how terribly she was suffering. She was unable to speak due to discomfort in throat.
Ceris first struggled but eventually gave up due to exhaustion.
She was unable to comprehend their conversation because they were speaking in an unknown language. Their conversation didn't make any sense to her.
They brought her into an old, dilapidated warehouse, forced her to sit down, and tied her to a chair. Ceris's stomach began to grumble. She could have swallowed a whole whale by herself since she was so hungry and exhausted that her eyelids were dropping.
She was hungry and cold, but the lack of food and warmth made her nod off from exhaustion.
Ceris was awakened from her sleep as a bucket of chilly water drenched her.
Without wasting any time, questions were raised by those present. She gazed at them blankly, unable to grasp what they were asking. But, no matter how many attempts they made didn't get a response. They growled, furious and tortured a lot. The growl didn't sound like a human but more like an angry beast.
She made a hand motion and responded that she didn't kill anyone, assuming they were inquiring about the incident in the river or possibly anything linked to that. God knows whether or not they comprehended her.
She was interrogated and tortured repeatedly for a few more days. She didn't have enough energy to stay awake but those bastards didn't let her close her eyes.
Her pale face has several cuts and rashes to determine her facial appearance. She wouldn't recognize herself if she looked at a mirror. Not having a chance to clean she smelled horrible too.
Due to a throat problem, Ceris couldn't speak, so everyone assumed she was mute and dull.
Suddenly, someone held her handcuffs and yanked to a dark room and locked her. The floor was wet and smelled disgusting — her stomach was churning to throw up.
No one returned to interrogate and left her alone in the dark room which reminded her of the creeping nightmares which was the only thing she had ever been more scared of. Due to anxiety and suffocation, she was grinding her teeth harshly and praying silently but to no avail, her mind won't divert from her nightmare.
Her jaws ached, and the handcuffs reddened her wrist, she was probably in an illusion of her nightmares.
She started to roll around aimlessly, bumping her head against the wall. She was bleeding from the top of her head.
Shortly after, she went into a coma.
A barrier formed around her which excluded her from the outside world. A light glowed from her body and lifted her in the air until the light condensed together and entered between her brows and formed a mark. Her body landed back to the ground.
The drops of blood on the ground contacted the damp air and emitted a pleasant smell which could bewitch any living being. The smell sipped out of the room through the gap of the door and scattered around the warehouse.
Unknowingly, everyone was attracted by the smell and their consciousness was blurry. The door of the room was broken and everyone entered the room and stayed around Ceris, hungrily taking deep breaths.
Intense gazes were perceiving her like she was a prey, ready to be hunted.
