Lapizo Ciroko together with his gang, he entered an armed bench aimed at people to lie down, so that they could steal the Bank. It was a big bank. There was a lot of money there.
"We need more people in our gang. We have to make our plans before we go," Lapizo said while pointing at another person lying on the bench and the rest of the gang laughed as if he was a joke. The one next to him got up and sat down on the bench to listen to what Lapizo had to say. "I want you to take care of that woman over there," Lapizo said and pointed at a woman who was sitting alone by the entrance. "She stole our money. You are going to steal it back. I want her dead." He laughed as if it was a great joke as other people looked at them as if they were insane. "Now get out of my sight. If I see anyone stealing from us or anyone trying to run away, I will kill them. Do you understand me? Don't try anything funny." The people nodded and left. As they did they gave Lapizo dirty looks but he didn't notice them. Instead he turned around and started to walk away, when someone bumped into him.
"Ow!" he said and the girl behind him apologized but she didn't move away. She looked at him for a moment and then asked: "Can I ask you something?"
"Of course," Lapizo said without thinking about it. They were both wearing blue and green jackets like he was. Their hair and clothes also matched, making it seem like they were twins. Lapizo realized this after a moment when she grabbed his jacket sleeve. He let her do it but he didn't remove it. Her fingers brushed lightly against his skin, and he felt tingling everywhere, not just on his hand but throughout his body too. Then she spoke again.
"What's your name?"
"Oh, sorry," Lapizo apologized and removed his jacket. He smiled apologetically at her as he did so. When he saw her smile back, he thought that maybe it wasn't such a bad thing. She had brown eyes and a cute nose, which made her look even younger than she was. She was beautiful. She reminded Lapizo of the pictures of pretty girls he saw in books. She wore black and blue jeans and a pink jacket and white boots. It was the only difference between her and the boys in the gang, except maybe that she didn't wear a hat. "My name is Lapizo Ciroko. Nice to meet you, Miss…?"
"I'm Mimi," she replied. "I think I may have seen you in here before. Maybe you come with some of the gang." Mimi took a step forward. "Where are you from?"
Lapizo laughed because it seemed silly now that he looked at it. He looked at his clothes and his hands and wondered how Mimi couldn't tell that he was from the hood. "Well, no. Not really," he answered. "Maybe if we weren't robbed, we might be able to show you where we came from, but as long as we have to rob this place for cash instead..." He shrugged. "That's why we wear those clothes. And why these guys dress up like they have nowhere to go. They are criminals, after all." Mimi didn't look shocked or scared at all and that made Lapizo feel strange. He didn't know what to do, so he decided to change the subject. "So, you work in the Bank of Mexico?"
Mimi shook her head and grinned. "No, but I am working there. But I don't really like being there," she admitted. "It's not fun.
Lapizo Ciroko: I think I know what you mean you need some adrenaline how about joining my gang and experimenting a little bit what you think. Let's see what happens.
In hindsight, it shouldn't have been a surprise that Lapizo was the leader of the gang. In fact, he had already been the leader before he met Mimi, since she was the first person he knew to ask about him. Lapizo's father was the leader of the gang, and he died when he was young. His parents weren't very good people. They weren't happy that their son was living on the street and had no family to help him. The whole gang hated his family, including Lapizo. So when he told them that he wanted to become the leader of the gang, they agreed without hesitation. That was the kind of people Lapizo was born with: ruthless and merciless. It was what had made him successful at robbing banks. People who didn't like Lapizo were usually killed because he would leave them alive, and he always paid attention to details. He was a meticulous thief. So he never lost anything. The only thing he missed were his friends, but that was probably the point. No one liked him. Nobody liked his gang either. Lapizo was alone. But he didn't mind. He was used to loneliness and solitude, so he was fine with being isolated for the rest of his life.
Lapizo and Mimi became fast friends and soon she started to follow him around like she had done with his brother. She was always asking him questions, trying to understand everything about him. She never failed to impress him. He was flattered. He liked being admired. Lapizo found that he enjoyed talking to Mimi. For example, she had this weird habit of repeating the same phrase over and over again. One day she asked him if he heard anything he liked about the movie Titanic. He didn't. At least not at first. He thought it was a dumb movie but he figured that Mimi was interested in movies in general, so she probably liked it. But then she kept saying things like 'This man loved this woman so much' and 'She loved him so much' and 'They were supposed to marry, but he ended up marrying someone else,' and then she would laugh when he pretended not to hear her. Lapizo was confused by her behaviour. She seemed to be telling him things she believed in and he didn't find them convincing. What was so fascinating about them? Why did it matter to her if he believed what she believed? Or if he didn't? Why did she care so much about him anyway?
