Things are really getting out of hand; Tazanna is no longer safe outside. We have no idea what we are really up against. I thought it was Vic, but after what happened that night, it gave me a reason not to trust easily. Not everyone around Tazanna and me is with us; some could be spying on us and silently making their move. I don't understand why things are suddenly becoming complicated. My mission was simple: help Tazanna find out the truth about my death. I could have done that without anyone's help, but the gods have sent two other beings into this world, saying that they are to help and guide me. But now it turns out that Vic is not the only one trying to kill her.
Why are these beings after Tazanna? How many more of them are out there?
