"Tazanna, what brings you here?" Eva asks as she opens the gate for me. It is perfect timing that I have no work today, and I am hoping that both of my parents are home. "Do your mom and dad know that you're coming?"
I shake my head. "No. You can say that I have missed them and wanted to see them, especially my dad, who has just returned from taping." Eva smiles as she goes ahead of me and slides the door open for us to enter that house.
"Your father will be over the moon to see you here today; after the news from yesterday, I can feel that he seemed a little down."
I chose not to reply. I was there yesterday, but he did not want to tell me anything. I got to the living room as Eva came up to fetch my mother in the bedroom. I plan to ask them about the trip that they lied to Felix about. I must focus on the first mission that I was given, which is to find the truth about Felix's death. I must start with that before getting on to other things.
