MB took Kiara out on a date to spend extra time with her after their first date went well.
He decided to take her to a park where couples usually spend time together, although he wasn't quite sure why he chose that location.
MB and Kiara weren't yet a couple, so he tried to push any thoughts of them being together out of his mind and focused on the present moment.
"This place looks beautiful," Kiara said, breaking the silence that had settled between them. "Yeah, it is," MB replied, looking around at the scenery.
"I used to come here with..." He trailed off suddenly, remembering who he used to come to the park with.
When Kiara noticed that MB had gone quiet, she assumed that he didn't want to talk about it and offered him an out.
"Umm.. it's okay if you don't want to say anything," she said with a gentle smile.
However, MB had made up his mind to tell her everything. "I used to come here with my ex," he admitted, feeling a sense of relief at having shared it with her.
Kiara heard the word "ex" and felt a pang of sympathy for him, although she wasn't sure why.
Kiara empathized with MB's situation, as she had seen her best friend go through heartbreak in her own past relationship.
"I know how much it hurts when a relationship doesn't go well," she said, trying to offer some comfort.
"Don't force yourself if you don't want to talk about it." She turned to walk away, but MB followed her and suddenly pulled her back, closing the gap between them.
"Kiara, ever since I met you, I haven't been able to stop thinking about you.
Whenever I see you, my heart starts beating faster, as if it has already chosen you. I don't know why, but you have been on my mind constantly."
"I don't know if this is the right time to say this, but I need to be honest with you.
I have been denying my feelings for you for too long, and it's time for me to come clean.
I may not be as wealthy or luxurious as you, but I want to offer you my heart and love, Kiara. Will you give me yours in return?"
MB paused for a moment, waiting for Kiara's response.
Kiara placed her finger gently on his lips, silencing him. "Yes," she said softly.
"I will give you my heart and love, even though I've never been in a relationship before and have never loved anyone.
Meeting you has been the best thing that has ever happened to me, because you have shown me what love truly means and how it feels to love someone."
Before Kiara could finish her sentence, MB leaned in and passionately kissed her, unable to contain his excitement and joy at her response.
As Kiara was about to finish her sentence, she found herself forgetting what she was going to say as MB leaned in to kiss her.
She opened up to him and responded passionately to his kiss, feeling the love and excitement that they shared.
Despite her initial hesitations about being in a relationship and loving someone, being with MB made her feel alive and happy in a way she had never felt before.
As they kissed, Kiara knew that she had made the right decision in giving her heart and love to MB.
Kiara and MB were lost in their passionate kiss, tongues intertwined, and oblivious to their surroundings.
MB eventually broke the kiss and pulled Kiara into a warm embrace, confessing his love for her.
"I love you, and I want to be with you always because being around you brings me comfort," he said.
Kiara smiled widely, her heart pounding with excitement.
She couldn't believe that they had both finally admitted their feelings to each other.
Despite her joy, however, she couldn't help but wonder if they were doing the right thing.
It was all so new and unexpected, and she couldn't help but feel a little overwhelmed.
She knew she wanted him badly and decided to confess her love to him today.
She was sure that she wouldn't regret it later and was glad she took a bold step in her love life.
"I love you," she said to him after having that thought silently.
"I promise to be the best boyfriend ever," MB added, as he hugged her tightly.
After breaking from their hug, they held hands and walked through the park, enjoying the beauty of the environment.
"I must admit, you are more beautiful than the flowers here in this park," he said, making Kiara blush.
"Stop flattering me," Kiara retorted. "I'm not. I'm telling you the truth," he replied with a smile.
They continued walking until they couldn't walk any further.
"Let me take you back home. It's getting late, love," he said, as he carried Kiara in his arms and headed back to the car park.
"Am I too heavy?" Kiara asked him. "Not at all. From now on, I will carry you in my arms anytime and anywhere," he replied and kept walking.
"They got to the car, and MB sat her down on the seat, fixing the seat belt for her before taking his own seat.
He drove out of the park and onto the road that led to Kiara's house.
On the way, MB started to think about what to do next.
Being in a relationship with Kiara means he doesn't have to hide anything from her, and he also has to tell her about his family and who he is.
"It's not safe to keep disguising myself anymore," he thought.
"I don't think I have to hide my identity from Kiara. She needs to know who I am and what I do,"
MB whispered to himself silently. "And I will try as much as I could not to hurt her but rather keep her happy always."
He turned and looked at Kiara and smiled to himself.
"Kiara tried reaching Erica, but she wasn't picking up her calls.
She stopped calling her since she might be asleep by now. She stole a glance at MB, who was sitting beside her and driving her home.
She couldn't stop staring at him because she didn't pay much attention to his looks before, but now she could see how handsome he was.
She blushed and smiled to herself, quickly taking her eyes off him when he looked in her direction."
"He doesn't have to know she was staring at him, or else she'll be embarrassed for staring at him like that.
After an hour of driving, they arrived at Kiara's mansion."
