~ Lilac's POV~ _________________________________________________________________________________________________

"Lila!" I looked up as a boy held my hand. "Lila, what are you thinking about?" He tilted his head to the side. Those familiar black hair and green eyes reminded me of someone.

"Nothing." I replied shaking my head. Maybe it was all a dream.

"Then come on!" He giggled dragging my hand with his as we ran towards another boy around the same age. He had the same black hair with stark red eyes and an expressionless face. "Lila!" He spoke my name with much affection holding my other hand. They made me feel so warm and cozy. I smiled.

"Let's play together!" We laughed running around the park trying to catch each other.

The image faded as I was left in pitch black. I looked around trying to find someone.

"Lila! I'm Stone!" That voice. Stark red eyes met mine whispering into my ear. "I'm waiting for you! Please wake up!"

"Lila, we are here with you. We have always been here with you" Vibrant green eyes encouraged me. "Please wake up soon!"

I opened my eyes groggily with a hazy memory. I tried getting up, but felt dizzy. I fell back on the bed. Blinking a few times, I tried understanding what was happening in my surroundings. It was dark, that I can say for sure. But my hands felt like they were tied down by something or someone. After a few seconds, my eyes adjusted to the darkness. Where was I?

Looking down at my hands, I saw Darius and Orion sleeping soundly next to me as each held my hand. They still wore their uniforms. Octavius was leaning against the window as he slept standing, while Mason was sleeping sprawled on a sofa.

Is this my room? It was filled with furniture compared to last night. I guess the butler did a great job!

I tried slipping from their grasp, but Orion only held my hand tighter as he grumbled in his sleep. Darius and Octavius were the first ones that woke up hearing my voice.

"Are you okay?" Darius spoke closely looking into my eyes.

"Do you need anything?" Octavius asked sweetly, rushing over towards my bed.

I shook my head.

My heart started beating faster as I looked at all of them. The dizziness had faded away. I could see everything clearer than ever. My sense had also heightened. I could see auras surrounding everyone. Darius had a red aura, Octavius had a blue aura, Mason had a golden aura, while Orion had a black aura. Black aura? Like the one the demon had from before.

"Lila?" Darius shook me a little as sparks erupted from his fingertips.

"Yes!" I responded a little frightened. "Orion has a black aura like the demon from earlier." I stated looking blankly at Orion.

They looked stunned at my words. Looking at each other, they nodded.

"Sorry, you had to find out this way!" Replied Orion, waking up from his slumber, kissing my hand. "I'm a demon. More specifically, a demon lord of destruction."

I gulped.

"Are you scared?" He asked, his eyes glowing a deeper shade of green with a tinge of pain in his voice.

"No. You are my soulmates." I stated confidently. "So, you won't hurt me!" They looked stunned at my words.

Three smiles lit up in the room, making my heartbeat faster.

"Yes, we are all soulmates. When did you realize it?" Asked Octavius as he climbed the bed sitting in front of me.

"Earlier when I..." I touched my chest remembering the moment, a purple light glowed from within me.

Octavius held my hand in his. "As much as that was an amazing and skillful move. Do not ever try to do anything rash like that again. As soulmates it is our job to protect you!" He spoke.

I nodded, gulping. He was intimidating.

"Good girl!" He commended patting my head. This feeling, it was nice. I was never patted before, not even my parents ever touched me. My eyes glistened slightly at the wholesome feeling.

Darius looked at me with guilt. "I'm sorry for doing that the other day." He looked down in shame. "My vampire instincts were controlling me."

They were my soulmates, meaning they would always take care of me. Shouldn't that apply to him too then? We should all take care of each other. I smiled at him. "It's alright. Apology accepted." He looked away in shame still feeling guilty. Wow, the expressionless guy is opening up tonight.

Placing both my hands on his cheeks, I turned him to face me. "I forgive you, so do not worry about it. But, next time, just let me know in advance. I know vampire instincts are difficult to control." His eyes glistened listening to me as he closed them against my palm, relishing in the feeling of the sparks.

"Also, Stone!" He looked up at me in disbelief.

"You remember?" A swirl of emotions blasted within his red eyes.

"Why did you not tell me before?" I asked a little sad.

"I wanted to tell you. But we weren't sure and then everything happened so fast. We didn't have the time to tell you. I'm very sorry Lila!" He spoke with such sincerity in his eyes as he held my hands in his kissing the palm of my hand very softly.

I could see the truth in his eyes. I knew he would have told me. But I still had my doubts. "Is it because you did not like me?" My heartbeat quickened as I didn't want to hear a 'yes' from him.

"Never!" He came closer to my face. "Do you know how much we yearned to see you everyday?" He asked whispering in my ear, sending chills down my spine. "Your scent, it was so fucking addictive! I still remember... Lilacs in full bloom!"

"We would never intentionally hurt you, Lila!" Spoke Orion next to me as he held my hand closer to his heart. "I promise to never leave you again."

My heart burst open as tears rolled down like a river. Darius hugged me so tightly. "I missed you so much!" I cried more loudly, not caring about anything else. "I searched everywhere for you two, but I couldn't find either of you." I cried even more loudly. Orion hugged me from the other side gently, making sure I wasn't getting crushed. But I didn't care about any of it. All I wanted was to be held tightly.

"I know that more than anyone else now." Orion kissed my forehead. "Never again will we ever have to be apart." Darius spoke. "We are very sorry Lila." I hugged them both in an awkward hug. "We'll never be apart again."

Octavius and Mason who had now woken up, due to my loud wailing, were in front of us smiling. Octavius spoke, "I promise you that if these jerks ever even think of doing anything..." Mason continued, "We'll kill them, so they never think of such thoughts."

I smiled at them while sniffling.

"You know you are so sweet.", whispered Orion. "Like Lilacs." whispered Darius. "The prettiest girl..." Orion spoke kissing my neck. "We have ever seen." Darius spoke almost synchronously kissing the other side of my neck.

I blushed, calming down a little. "I... I think, y-you all... are ver-ry handsome as well." I sniffled trying to stop myself from crying. "Aww... look at that cute blush."

"Stop!" I huffed. They loved teasing me.

"Should we go do something fun?" Asked Octavius and Mason with a smile asking for both my hands, which I gladly gave. They helped me stand. I looked down to see myself wearing a white dress that stopped right above my knees. It was long sleeved and had lace and a huge bow tie right above my breasts.

My fists clenched on the dress. "Who changed me?" I asked blushing. I knew for a fact I wasn't wearing anything underneath.

I looked at them all. Octavius and Mason looked away whistling, while Darius looked outside the window nonchalantly. "Orion!" I yelled. He raised his hands up in defense, smiling nervously. "Lila, come on. Let's calm down for a bit."

"You... You pervert!" I yelled trying to run after him, but he vanished into thin air. Frustrated, I huffed until my eyes looked at the ceiling, where he was standing upside down, with his feet touching the ceiling. "Catch me! That is, if you can." He raised his hands and grinned mischievously.

I tried catching him, but he kept vanishing and reappearing at different spots in the room. The others paid no attention to us, continuing to look anywhere but at us.

"Don't worry. I didn't see anything!" He spoke with one eye closed pouting.

Two can play at this game.

"Liar!" I crossed my hands with a pout and closed my eyes looking away in frustration.

Seeing no response from him, I opened one eye to see his eyes glowing a dark green staring at me. His demeanor was strict as his jaw clenched tightly. Not only him. The atmosphere in this room had changed. Octavius' eyes glowed blue as if his wolf side was taking over, Darius' eyes glowed a bright red indicating his vampire side was taking control over him, while Mason clenched his fists as his eyes glowed a golden yellow. In the dark night, these four men were looking at me like I was their prey. What happened? I looked down to see my folded hands pressing up my breasts, making them more prominent. I wish I could just disappear in a hole right now and never come outside again. So embarrassing!

I quickly let go of them nervously. "You said we are going outside right. Let's go!" I walked towards Mason and held his hand in mine.

"Not like that!" Commanded Darius.

Mason pulled me onto his lap. "Fuck Lila!" He cursed. "You can't go out looking like that. Do you want us to kill everyone who sees you?"

I tried pushing his chest away, but he didn't budge. Annoyed, I looked at his face which seemed to be pale. Come to think of it, the first few buttons of his shirt were ripped away. I looked at the left side of his neck which had two prominent bite marks. Darius drank his blood. It must have hurt.

Leaning near his neck, I felt his body go rigid under me. For some reason, I was confident that I could heal his wound, just like earlier. I felt energy surge through me as I gently kissed the region. In a second, the marks had disappeared.

I leaned away from him, looking up at him with puppy eyes, innocently. His jaw clenched as he covered his eyes with his other hand blushing. "You cannot make that face near any guy except us. Do you get that?" He commanded.

I nodded.

He touched that spot. "Lila, did you heal me just now?" He asked bewildered.

I nodded happily.

His eyes held so much love and affection as they gazed at me lovingly, touching the depths of my soul. "Thank you!"

Pulling his collar, I smiled. "Let's go!"

He smiled back at me. "But, before that, don't you want to see how you look?"

"Huh? What do you mean?" I asked curiously.

Orion took me off of Mason's lap as I squeaked. Carrying me towards the washroom as the others entered behind us, I looked into the mirror. "Is that me?" I asked.

Mason nodded as he put me on my feet. I walked towards the mirror. My eyes and hair had changed colors. My eyes were a violet colour, while my hair had become a shinier, longer and softer form of silver. It went way past my butt. I touched my skin feeling it had become more softer and plumper. I looked so pretty.

"You look beautiful!" Orion spoke.

"I love you for who you are, but you look prettier either way." Spoke Darius.

"Adorable!" Replied Octavius.

"Sweet as usual. I could try and eat you up!" Spoke Mason.

Everyone looked at him weirdly. "What are you looking at me for? I always look handsome regardless." He flipped his short hair trying to act elegantly.

We laughed.

"Let's go!" Mason spoke holding onto my hand leading me out.

"Lila, how about I help you change clothes?", asked Orion mischievously.

"This is officially a Lady's room. So, you all are banned from entering my room!" I pushed the heavy bunch of beasts out of my room despite their protests and tantrums and slammed the door on their sweet faces.

Geez! These guys and their hormones. Wait, do vampires have hormones?

I decided to ignore them. I ran to the walk-in wardrobe and opened the door. I saw on one side, there were six school uniforms for each day of the week except Saturdays. Saturdays were a holiday. While on the right side were all my clothes for going out. In the middle were clothes that I could wear to bed and my underwear.

Looking around, I decided to wear a pair of blue shorts and a white long sleeved simple hoodie. Some socks and shoes would do. I quickly left the room.

"Ready?" Asked Darius. I nodded joining my mates.

"Where are we headed?" Curiosity filled my mind.

"Star gazing!" Orion replied.

My eyes sparkled with wonder. I had never been stargazing before. This is going to be fun!
