We have been arranging the room, cleaning up and hanging wallpapers for what seemed like hours, because yes it has been 3 hours.
"Okay guys this is freaking smart really, the room looks freaking creative" Damilare cooed, placing his plate of snacks on Ajoke's bed.
"No plates on the bed for visitors" Ajoke lifted the plate back into his hands, "God you are really strict" She chuckled sending him a glare.
"You guys look cute together" Niniola was teasing but they both stood shocked, they are going to have serious problem later, I decided not to push it, smiling I sat next to Shayo, "Hey thanks for helping"
He removed his eyes from his phone, "Do you have a kid on you watch, or a job, or oh my God you have a girlfriend?" I don't know where I found this confidence but I felt really comfortable teasing him.
"God no I don't, I don't have a child, I'm not in a relationship"
"Then Why are you always on your phone?" I raise my hands up in exasperation, "God you are frustrating" I pushed him on his shoulder making him jerk to the back.
"Well, I'm always on my phone because I hate talking to people and I know you hate talking too people so why are you talking to me right now?"
He was right I hate talking into people, Yeah you're right, I even have a poster in my room right now that sees don't talk to me or I might just stab you in the heart who makes that kind of poster? someone that gets me, but I like annoying you"
I said with a shrug, his mouth was open wide, He was hiding his smile with a frustrating glare, "You have this pulsing vein in your head, when you fake your anger it's cute" I said motioning my hands to touch his forehead.
"Don't touch me, I hate it, except you want us to have sex with, then I'll make an exception" holding my hands he pulled it off, placing it next to me "Jerk, and no you are definitely going to have a small penis so hard pass honey, I'm into men not boys"
There is no way he was going to make me uncomfortable, I'll do the same, he stared into my eyes, chuckling, "Honey don't play guessing game" The stare was freaking intense, it was short but so awkward, and I hate it, pulling myself off him, I chuckled it was akward.
"You are really fun I think we can be friends, you guys want to do something crazy?" Shayo was finally off his phone, he left it on my bad sheet duvet.
"Okay guys this is amazing, We have arranged our room thanks to the help if this young gentlemen's" Niniola was in her tippy toes as she made her voice less tiny than it already is, adding a face bass.
"God honey don't do that you sound like you are down with cold and choking on fries" She huffed, "You are harsh" I smiled, "my pleasure"
"Thanks for your help guys, this looks perfect, I don't have to be worried about staying in room that looked like princess threw up in it, I love you honey but pink and sparkles is kinda scary"
I motioned to Niniola's part of the room, it was pink and sparkles, "you call mine scary you have a bloody Mary wallpaper, and a model penny wise teddy bear that may or may not be real blood"
"Hmm you are right, it looks real" I picked my new Teddy bear, it had a fake knife in it's hands, "It Soo cute" my room at home was dark yeah but I had to ditch horror because of Anu.
"Your side is really scary but dope, the axes is fake right" Damilare pointed at the axe right above my bed, "It's fake"
"And my part if the room is the neutral spot if the room, it has horror, sacarsm , gory, blood, and video games" I shrugged.
"Stop argue all of you God this is starting to get annoying" Ajoke Shushed us all, "You can have all have a drink and shut up"
"What's up with you and being harsh?" Teslima had a mouth full of chips, so it came all mushed up together, Don't eat with your mouth full it gross.
Is what I should have said but I'll sound step mum, and I do it too so I ignored it, "Okay guys enough of the pent up aggression Let's do something fun instead"
Damilare broke the ice, "let's see a movie" we are out if snacks so vam girl and Shayo will get us some snacks, and once they get back we would see a movie, it's better than gurls yell at each other"
"He was right, let's just see a movie" Shayo dropped his phone back in the bed, "Okay let's go get some snacks" Grabbing my wallet, I walked out if the door show behind my back.
"Hi" I waved at my neighbor, she was a girls I mean obviously, she totally ignored my greeting she walked into her room slamming the door behind her back, "What's up with her?" I murmured to myself.
"Don't ask me, I don't even know her" Shay said in a duh tone, "Offensive much, but I wasn't talking to you" I pushed him in the gut, his groaned falling back a bit"
"Oh so not only are you crazy, psychopathic you are also really strong, he paused to rub the spot I just hit, you talk you your self"
"You are officially the craziest I have met so far" I huffed, "You are annoying and FYI I'm not crazy and I'm a little bit psycho but it's cool"
"Yeah it's cool, till you kill someone in real life, you are like the nerd in those horror movies that no one suspect and they end up killing the hot guys"
"Oh then you are safe cause on the hot guys get to die"
Don't get me wrong his is freaking good looking, but he has a big ego.
"You are messing with your head you know I'm the hottest you have seen in school so far" His voice was barred to whispers,
I took a huge gulp," One fuck you, okay and two you and your big ego can jump off a bridge into the middle of nowhere"
"You are not denying it, you know I'm right" God help me, I walked in front with my head in my palms, "You think I'm good looking don't you"
He draped his hands over me,I pushed him off me, "Stay away before my blood lust gets out of hand"
"Fine be uptight, but you admit that it admitted it when you did not deny it's simple logic"
I was grateful when the store we were supposed to get the snacks from appeared right about the corner. "Thank God, now can you shut up and let's get some snacks"
It was his turn to huffed walking behind me I smiled back at mum, "You are annoying but fun I'll give you a scaled of 7 out of 10" Pulling him I to the store we got all we needed.
The walk home was quiet, it wasn't awkward, it was just quiet, "Okay guys they are finally here" I heard Teslima say as Shayo Opened the door.
"I can't believe you let me carry all the bags, it's official you are not a nice person" I huffed placing the bag of chips and so many chocolates and sweet s on the bean bag.
"In my defense you didn't ask for my help" He shrugged sitting next to Damilare on the floor, he was eyes glued on his phone.
"Thanks guys, now let's see a movie, what should we watch?"Damilare grabbed a bag of sealed popcorn, ripping it opened he stuffed his face with a moth full.
"Let's see 365 days" Teslima said as the TV came on, Okay wait what the hell, someone else said my mind out loud.
"What the hell, you know what kinda movie that is" Niniola was a voice pitch away from screaming, Shayo looked between both girls and returned back to his phone.
I also avoided the drama "hey what's up with our neighbor, she totally ignored me when I said hi" I sat next to Ajoke.
"Talk about the perfect definition of bitch, she hates us because we got this room and she didn't, I came here like a month ago to claim this room, it's the best in the block"
I had to laugh because what the hell, "Wait so she has been like that since when, like since you girls moved in? I said through my giggles.
"Yeah last week, she called me a room stealing bitch said I slept my way into getting the best room, I was kinda drunk from a party, don't ask questions so I slapped her right across the face, rude I know she stormed off" my eyes widened a bit.
Teslima chimed in before turning back to reply Niniola, "we are all grown up honey but it's fine, let's see something else, Like through my window that's finally, we are not watching an animation maybe next time"
Niniola scoffed, " Okay fine, I can't change your mind so lets see that movie, it's a rom-com Right?" I'm guessing she has no idea.
Shayo smiled so did Damilare "It's obviously a rom-com, it's sappy romance, princess stuff" Teslima lied to the poor girls face.
"Oh okay sounds fun" She walked back to her bed as the movie played on the screen.
"Oh my God you lied to me, there was no princess and it pg rated, I need to wash my eyes" Niniola was whining we were all laughing, her face looked flushed.
"She had to wait till the end of the movie to complain, she loved the movie" Shayo stayed the obvious, "Yeah took a peak at her, she had her eyes glued on the screen" Ajoke joked blowing a kiss at Niniola, she filled us off moving into the bathroom.
"Cool it's 5:30 and we have no where to be," Shayo started, "You guys want to do something crazy?, Not sure Nini will be up for it though." Well at least his phone wasn't glued to his face.
"What's that?, she said while wiping her face with a towel" Wait you actually washed the movie of your face?" I gaped up at Niniola in surprised. She sent me a glare.
"Very funny, I was sweaty" She shrugged, "It's a drinking game" Shayo Ajoke turned of the tv, Shayo sighed stretching his feet "oh my God that will be nice"
Damilare seemed hyper at the sound of drinking, "Dude chill out it's never have I ever, we won't even get drunk" Teslima made an eye roll as she walked into our kitchen.
Niniola scoffed, "I'll play but we have to keep it Pg please" after a few arguments on making it Pg or not she finally won, we had some drinks in the refrigerator.
Teslima came in with two bottles of vodka and cups, "Okay we don't have shot cups lying around we have to improvise" She placed it in the middle of the circle.
"Should we be worried that you guys have drinks in your refrigerator, oh you guys actually have a refrigerator" Damilare jaw dropped.
"The refrigerator was my idea, the drinks were Teslima" Niniola cleared the air, "How are girls so organized?" Damilare said more to him self.
Wait you drink?" Damilare finally ended the conversation. "Yeah, occasionally and this seems fun" She pulled her hair into a bun,
"Okay we know how the game goes" Ajoke stated pouring out the drinks.
Okay I gave up on alcohol so this will be the first time I'm drinking in 8 months, this is a bad idea but I'm doing it anyways.
"I'll go first, never have I ever gotten caught for shoplifting" Niniola started the game, I mentally cringed.
Taking a gulp out of my drink, I felt four eyes stare at me, "I was young and it was a dare" I scoffed.
That was a lie, I was 16 and I was rebellious.
"Okay wow, fun, okay never have I ever gotten drunk over this game"
The night blurred out as we had a lot of drinks, and we got drunk pretty and decided to watch a movie, I was tipsy but not completely drink.
But with the look of things, Damilare was in a conversation with Ajoke and they were laughing really loud, Niniola left the room to get some air and Teslima was passed out on the couch.
I walked up a little wavering as my vision were blurry, "You guys are all ligh headed" he whispered to me, but he was slurring.
"Oh shut up you are drunk, we went to far and played shot". I was slurring, I hated that. "You are drunk too, you are drunk too" He was poking my nose.
"Okay no touching" I pushed him off me, he fell back on the bed on moving, he passed out too. Looking back at the only too people awake.
My eyes widening as Ajoke and Damilare were on a full on making out session, "oh my god " I whispered, walking out of the room to get some air and give them some space.
"Tonight just got crazy".
