The master was the only one who knew what he sought after. Knowledge about such a thing was not accessible to any kind of sorcerer. Blyd released so much Aer from his body that the sorcerers felt it. It wasn't a surprise since most of them were below the sorcerer rank of A except their master and a handful. All of them were rank A at best. The master chose to protect his allies over continuing his fight with the intruder but that decision could only hold for some minutes. Even he would fall to Blyd's technique with time.
The massive barrier he erected did well enough to block out some of Blyd's sound waves. The effect of his technique toned down but the sorcerers already suffered the damaging effects.
"He's very strong," the master affirmed with all the evidence that laid comatose before him.
Blyd played his strings even faster. The sound got louder with each strike. His sinister aura corrupted the atmosphere as he endlessly played his strange tunes of death.
