Chapter 4 - chapter 4 : Fishing

Swoooosh…

Jana's long hair waved around as she looked at me maintaining a neutral look.

A flash of emotiona went past her eyes…

"Yes…"

__________

2nd day since we met, and the 1st day since we started dating.

We went to a large and beautiful pond in the wilderness to sightsee and at the same time to fish.

Thats right we went to fish!

It seemed that in this date Jana also liked it as she showed some very beautiful and satisfied expression throughout the experience. It seemed she was the type that liked to experience unique and new things in life, as instead of rejecting it, she welcomed it with open arms.

On our third date, we opted to explore a cave.

After a painstaking time of research on the net, I found the perfect cave to explore with your girlfriend.

Jana and I went to proceed with the plan.

Jana didn't object with my idea as she went ahead with the plan also.

After a long and difficult struggle in the tightness and narrow path of the caves which could incite claustrophobia, we arrived at it's core which was a beautiful chamber filled with sparkling crystals on its ceiling and on its walls.

It was definitely worth it!

I took a peek at Jana's expression and was mesmerized with the shine reflected in her eyes and the beauty of her face.

The scene looked straight out of a movie with beautiful lighting and filters.

I could hardly believe my eyes.

At that moment, I admitted to myself that the woman I most viewed as precious and gorgeous as of right now was none other than her - Jana!

On our fourth date, we went to midnight kayak journey on a serene and crystal-water lake.

It was in the middle of the night, the moonlight was at its peak and the mood was just right.

Swoooosh…

The water in the ponds vibrated forming into waves caused by the pedal of the kayak which I rowed.

I stopped and placed the pedal on the kayak beside me. I let our little boat afloat the serene waters of the lake.

I glanced at Jana who was playing with the water with very serene eyes. It looked like she quite loved the vibe and liked the serenity of the place.

I noticed that she was not only playing with the water, but also gently looking at the moon reflected in the water.

"You know…looking at the moon reflected in the water is nice and all…but don't you think it's better if you look at the real thing?" I couldn't help myself to mutter.

In the quite atmosphere in the surroundings, Jana naturally heard my words crystal-clear.

Her gentle eyes looked at me. I was suddenly speechless, no matter how many time I see her face, she still looked as gorgeous and beautiful as she did in the first time we met.

And as time passed with each other, she seemed to have only gotten even prettier.

I intended to look at the moon but it seemed my eyes betrayed me as they set their sights on nothing but Jane.

"Personally…I think you're more beautiful than the moon though."

My eyes widened. I stood up baffled at the words that left my mouth. It was unconscious! I didn't meant to say that though I'm not denying that it was false.

"No-" I tried to explain but I tripped and fell out of the small boat.

Splassshh!!

Jana quickly came to her senses and yelled for Von's name.

Her heart pounded in worry as seconds ticked by but he still didn't resurface.

Just as she was about to jump out the boat herself, she saw bubbles pop.

A second later, a head jumped out the water.

It was Von!

I breathed in a mouthful of air.

How dumb!

I almost fcking died even though I've still got a lot of things to do.

I looked up and saw Jana infront of me looking worriedly. I felt warm seeing that she was concerned about me.

Behind her — atop her head, was the moon, bright and beautiful, however in my eyes, Jana was better, more, superior, ten-times, more prettier.

"Indeed, you are more beautiful than the moon…" I muttered again however this time, I did it with my very own intention that came from my very soul.

Jana had a cute blush under her adorable cheeks, "You are very silly…" She said as she handed her hand to me.
