A volunteer had been asked for by Master Paku, and everyone was a little bit shocked at the person who had volunteered. It wasn't just shock they were confused, and there was a reason for that.
The person that had his hand held up had just finished a match with a certain person in the class. The match was the most interesting in the class and there were displays of strengths and skill, and every one of them required stamina.
One could say he was the one who displayed the most skills, stamina, and endurance. His first match was about 20 minutes long and it was very entertaining as he showcased various skills and strengths, and he was sure to be exhausted even if he was a siphon, a level 1 at that matter.
Yet he was quick to volunteer for another match, and not just with anyone, their martial arts teacher.
The funny master Paku who they hadn't seen fight before. He only usually made demonstrations of martial skills, and everyone was already getting excited about the demonstration, but Xadia was still lost in his mind.
"Didn't he just finish fighting with me, we had equal strength, I only lost because I had used up my energy, and I was even sweating when we were fighting, he didn't show any sign of exhaustion, and he still wants to volunteer, I've never seen anyone with great stamina at this level. All eyes were now on Master Paku and Jake, as everyone was awaiting the start of the match. Master Paku then looked at the class.

At that moment, master Paku then took a deep breath, and gestured at Jake to attack.
Without warning, Jake launched himself toward Master Paku, he was very quick, but Master Paku was even quicker. He dodged the attack weaving to the left.
Jake then made a roundhouse kick, something that was effective when Xadia used it, around that time when Xadia used the attack, it wasn't that he didn't feel the attack, he just ignored it knowing it would heal quickly enough.
And now he was performing the attack to master Paku, he had precision and timing correct, but yet his master dodged the attack, quickly moving to Jake's back, as he softly poked it showing the advantage of Jing.
Jake then made a spinning back kick at master Paku, who dug downwards dodging the attack, making a leg swipe at Jake, which made him fall to the ground.
Now it was two times that the same attack had gotten the better of him, and this made him a little annoyed. He then got up from the floor and began to claw at the air releasing energy.
"He knows chi, and to this amount, who's this kid, I don't feel any siphon energy". Master Paku thought dodging the invisible attacks that we're heading in his way.
And the student was slightly confused, all they could see was Jake clawing at the air, yet Master Paku was dodging and dancing in the air. "Is that his siphon ability?, I thought he was an augmenter".
"That's the same attack he did at that guy, I thought he punched at him that other time, maybe he's a passive, passives normally have rare skills and power". The student stated.
Others in the room couldn't feel or see it, but Xadia could, the yellow aura-like claw lines shooting at Master Paku. They were quick and evasive, and the energy wasn't a familiar one, he hadn't felt something like this before. It was different and it didn't feel like siphon energy. "Maybe that's why he only used it only once when he was fighting with me, the energy is what keeps him going," Xadia thought seeing that Jake had stopped the claw attacks.
He soon launched forward, and the fight continued, Paku began to speak again, his words intermingling with the sound of his own movement. "Jing is not something that can be taught, it must be felt. It is the connection between your body and energy, the essence of your being that allows you to transcend your limitations."
Xadia could sense the change in the aura in the room, and the same could be said for Master Paku as Jake began to summon the entirety of his chi energy into his fist and legs.
Pushing with his new energy, Jake then propelled forward throwing a punch at Master Paku's face. Knowing that he couldn't dodge the attack with no energy being summoned in his body, a wave of energy then shot through the room.
And almost as the wave spread out, Jake had suddenly come to a spot not moving from his half-actioned punch attack at Master Paku, it was as if Master Paku paused time, but that wasn't the case as everyone in the room was reacting the energy too, including Xadia.
Everyone sitting on the floor had begun to collapse to the floor, the energy was too overwhelming for them and soon everyone on the floor had collapsed, with the only exception being Xadia who was fighting to stay conscious.
The paused Jake soon lost consciousness as he too couldn't withstand the overwhelming energy. Glancing to the side, master Paku soon noticed Xadia and he was surprised. "He's still up". Master Paku thought.
Soon Xadia could see his teacher coming closer to him, and with every step, Xadia was fighting even more to keep his consciousness. Master Paku soon reached his front.
"It won't be cool to have only you as the exception, wouldn't it". Master Paku said. He then increased the intensity of his energy, and Xadia couldn't hold on anymore as he lost consciousness.
