Kevin sat at his desk, scrolling through pages of an online game emulator. He had been wanting to purchase it for weeks now, and finally they had released the latest version of it. He entered his card information and clicked the purchase button. The page loaded for a few seconds before displaying an error message: "Payment Declined".
Puzzled, Kevin tried again, thinking maybe it was just a glitch. He carefully entered his card details again; one number after the other, triple-checking to make sure everything was correct. But once again, the payment was declined.
Frustrated, Kevin leaned back in his chair, wondering what could be causing the issue. He considered trying a different card, but it was still the same thing, they kept on declining his purchase. He decided to call his bank and get to the bottom of the problem.
