Water-flowers is a flower shop off the main road and closer to the main park in a neighborhood, which normally has children running around and their parents taking care of them; the owner of the flower shop is Giyuu Tomioka. It's a family owned business his older sister had left him before she died of cancer; his younger sister Shi Tomioka always runs off during her lunch break and comes back with a fake flower tattoo to put on Giyuu's arm.

He sighed, looking at all the fake flower tattoos on his arm, the moment one started peeling off another would be placed on top of it, he was getting a bit annoyed and wanted to speak to the person giving his sister these tattoos. But he never followed her and never said what he wanted, instead he took care of the fake tattoos on his arm as if they were real and once they all fell off he'd let her do it all over again, just to see her smile.

It was all worth it, just for the seven year old's smile.

Sanemi; the owner of a popular tattoo parlor, was getting quite annoyed that a seven year old kept coming into his workplace and giving him chocolates as payment for fake flower tattoos, he had too many chocolates now. At first he thought it was cute, but now it's become annoying. Where were this kids' parents?!

"Oi, flowergirl." That was her nickname since the girl with black hair with strips of red in it refused to tell him her name. "Where are your parents?"

"Oh! Mama died giving birth to me." Sanemi flinched at the calm words that came out of her mouth, she was happily eating an apple while she sat on his lap and watched him get her brother's latest flower drawn. "And papa drove off a cliff, big sister recently died of cancer." she hummed "big brothers taking care of me but he's working right now."

"Where does he work?" Sanemi asked, he was gonna take her back to her brother soon.

"Water-flowers flower shop!" She smiled and looked up at him, a large grin on her face, Shi looked adorable, Sanemi sighed and nodded, it was quite a popular flower shop, almost everyone knew of it and its location.

"I'll walk you back this time, I've heard there's some creeps out there looking to take kids nowadays." Sanemi had heard that but it was for women instead of kids, but a little white lie wouldn't hurt her.

"Oki Bubba!'

Sanemi blinked and smiled softly "Finish your food, flowergirl."

Giyuu was now starting to panic, Shi wasn't back yet and the store had closed, she was normally back at least an hour before it closed.. He had lost her, hadn't he?

A knock on the door brought Giyuu back from his mind of panic, a man stood in the doorframe, leaning against the wood, holding a sleeping Shi to his chest, the man was covered head to toe in scars and had a few tattoo's along his arms and open chest "Tomioka Giyuu?"

"Ah! Yes?"

"This your kid?" the man asked, he had been here twice and Giyuu could never remember his name.

"She's my sister." Giyuu said softly as he walked over and gently took the girl from the man's arms "Who are you?"

"Sanemi Shinazugawa; i'm the owner of the tattoo parlor she's been visiting." Giyuu gulped and looked up at him, oh no.

"She's been going to an actual tattoo parlor? I thought she was getting them off her friends.." he sighed and held the girl close.

"Can I see what she's been doing with them?" Giyuu nodded and placed the girl on the chair behind the counter, removing his apron and shirt; he was wearing a singlet under the long sleeves. Sanemi hummed as he looked at the flower garden on the black haired male's arm. "It looks like you've been taking good care of it.."

"It makes her smile so I kind of have to.."

The man hummed and smiled "She comes and gets me to make them personally, gives me chocolate as payment."

Giyuu gasped and looked behind him to the girl "so that's why you ask me to make chocolate every day!"

"You make the chocolate!?"

"You eat it!?"

It had been two years since their first meeting, getting to know each other and slowly falling for each other, Sanemi had moved in with them at one point and started to make the tattoos at home, but did end up doing a small one on Giyuu's shoulder, it was a heart surrounded by a calm sea with both his younger and elder sisters name's in it, Sanemi's in the middle, down the bottom.
