After Sanemi Shinazugawa had found out that Tomioka Giyuu couldn't cook for shit he decided he'd help them learn this was their first lesson in a nutshell.. It was chaotic.

Sanemi was walking into the water estate, he was not happy about coming over this early but he had to teach Giyuu otherwise he and the girl would be eating over and undercooked food for the rest of their lives. "Tomioka, open the door."
A very tired Giyuu answered, rubbing the sleep from his eyes "Nemi…?" his half asleep mind couldn't put words together properly yet since he had only just woken up, this made the wind hashira's face and demeanor soften a bit, a small smile forming.
"Good morning, are you ready for your cooking lesson..?" His words were gentle now, seeing how soft and emotionally open the smaller was while half awake.
"Yea.." Giyuu yawned and let the wind pillar inside, he wasn't even dressed yet, still in his pajamas, he looked like he was about to fall back asleep so Sanemi set his things down and lead Giyuu back to bed, sitting down and getting the water pillar to lay down, somehow he ended up cuddling the man with black hair and falling asleep himself.
When Sanemi awoke again, Giyuu was still asleep just with his face shoved into the scared man's chest, clinging to the fabric of his shirt, a small smile and flush crept onto his face but left when he pulled away and walked off to go and get the kitchen set up to wait for Giyuu to wake up.

When Giyuu was awake he had no idea he had been cuddling the wind pillar at all, he was mainly focusing on what they were about to do; Sanemi said they would do something simple and easy for the first try, that thing happened to be Mac and Cheese.
With Sanemi explaining it and helping Giyuu along the way, maybe getting a bit too close for what people would consider the friendship bubble, they were done and it actually looked and smelled edible.
Tomioka Giyuu was happy with himself when Sanemi was actually able to eat it without his face turning green like last time.
"How is it?"
"It's good." he walked over and smiled softly at him, placing a hand on his head and rubbing the soft mop of black hair, "Good job."
Giyuu smiled and closed his eyes, happy that he was able to make something edible.
