Gazelle already knew it was over for her, no amount of pleas would be heard by Lothaire, he would be more than happy to end her in the darkest ways he could possibly think of.
She could see his golden eyes darken with excitement. Her chest felt so tight, the humiliation was above her in front of everyone but she was more worried about her death, it would be long and excruciatingly painful, it would be nothing like the maid's for her, the maid was very lucky to have died like that.
Her lips trembled as she stood up slowly completely shaken in fear.
Larisa was a bit shaken by the maid's sudden death, she felt a bit sympathetic about her death even though she had tried to poison her but Larisa couldn't help but bury the smile that threatened to cut through her face when Gazelle was being accused as the culprit that tried to kill her.
She knew that Lothaire would make her pay and punish her extremely for trying to kill her but she didn't know how extremely pure evil Lothaire was.
Even though Larisa knew her thoughts were somehow dark, she was glad that Gazelle was the culprit and she would be out of her hair after her punishment was being served to her.
"I tried to kill her! So what? She's just a mere weak human, there's nothing she could really give you but I, a pure bred will give you an even more powerful heir!" Lothaire let Gazelle spout all the nonsense from her mouth, at the end he was going to give her a torturous death and use her as an example for anyone who tried to think of angering him.
Gazelle could feel his burning stare she knew he was furious but still she didn't care, she was going to die anyway so why not just kill the little bitch who was going to be with Lothaire at least she'd die a bit more peacefully.
She ran with inhumane speed toward Larisa with blood red eyes and claws aimed at her throat, ready to claw her flesh out, she was not going to die without killing her first.
Lothaire caught Gazelle by the neck before she could lay a finger on Larisa and flung her hard making her collide with the wall, the effect of the hit was enough to crush her bones and she lay on the floor unmoving as she coughed out blood but she was still alive.
Larisa's eyes had widened when Gazelle had attacked her, she thought her claw would have slit her throat out with the speed she came at her but was surprised at how fast Lothaire had caught her effortlessly, she was amazed and scared at the same time.
Lothaire slowly walked over to where Gazelle lay, the guests watched with wide eyes as they murmured.
"What a pity, she's dead." "How foolish of her." "She should have known it'd end with her head on a stake." Larisa heard the guests say and she wondered if really he was going to kill her or they were just exaggerating but it didn't appear so.
Lothaire hovered above Gazelle and waited for her to fully heal before her torture would start, his golden eyes gleamed with menacing darkness and excitement as he stared at the vampire who awaited death in his hands.
He picked her up like paper and made her kneel in front of him open to the sight of them all with a devilish grin on his face as he said,
"Let this be a warning to you all, no one touches what is mine." His words resonated into their ears with a clear meaning.
His claws elongated and he dug them into the shoulders of Gazelle making her groan in pain, she couldn't lift her self up since he used one hand to pin her down.
With one swift movement, he ripped her right arm apart and blood jetted out of it nonstop, decorating the wall with blood like a massacre had taken place there.
Larisa's eyes widened in pure horror as her hands flew to her mouth, he had only ripped one arm out and she was already fidgeting in her seat, it was more horrific in real life than in horror movies she loved watching and suddenly it was as if she just realized the meaning when he told her that he was the devil's son, she had probably not thought about it carefully but now that she saw the darkness filled in his golden eyes and the pure evil surrounding him, she finally realized how real it was and how apart their worlds were.
Gazelle screamed in pain as her right arm was being separated from her shoulders, she would have moved instantly to run away from the pain but Lothaire's hands pinned her down to the floor unable to move so there was no where for her to run or escape from the pure torture.
Before she could recover from the excruciating pain Lothaire dug his claws into the shoulder of her left hand and ripped it out like he was ripping a shirt off, the sound of her bones breaking and flesh tearing were heard in the hall along with her ear piercing scream.
She was breathing heavily in pain, her gorgeous face was now twisted in deep pain and sweat, she wanted her torture to end but it didn't. She knelt down there with blood flowing deeply from the dissected area.
"I'll be too merciful if I just ripped your head off, so I'll leave you to my friends." Lothaire said with the coldest gaze with no hint of remorse or empathy.
"Avian!" Lothaire called loudly and Larisa hadn't even realised he was there the whole time until he got up and left the premises without even asking Lothaire the reason for calling him as if he already knew what he wanted.
Few minutes later, the double doors opened with Avian walking in with two large wolves at his side with a chain leash on their necks as he held the chains in both hands, the wolves made Larisa gulp loudly, they were larger than the normal wolf size, their black furs were like spikes and their eyes were silvery blue which shone like the moon.
Gazelle shook in fear as she saw the wolves that she was going to be fed to in front of the guests who watched like they were seeing a 3D movie but none of them seemed to have the shocked expression on their faces like the one Larisa had.
Larisa hadn't thought that Gazelle's death would be this painful or gory so she was shocked at the turn of events.
Lothaire pushed her hard on the floor as Avian released the wolves to her and Larisa got scared that the wolves might run wild and start attacking people as soon as Avian released them but to her surprise they trudged forward to Gazelle who was trying to crawl away with her bloody dissected arm but with one huge leap, they pounced on her, one of the wolves bared its mouth to her full view.
"No!!" She screamed as the wolf bit out a huge chunk of her flesh from her abdomen area, Larisa turned her face away, it was too raw and horrid for her to watch, even though Gazelle had tried to kill her, she couldn't help but feel a sting of sympathy in her heart realizing how much pain she would be in and how awful her death was. The large wolves finished her off with less than five bites and the seductive Gazelle was nothing but a bloody carcass.
Lothaire had a satisfactory look on his face as he looked at the dead vampire. The hall looked like a massacre had taken place because of how bloody the whole place was.
Lothaire's gaze shifted to Larisa who got up slowly like a robot and quietly disappeared from the scene, he knew better than to show his face to her still covered in blood, he knew that she was a human and it was okay for her to be scared of him even though he wasn't okay with it.
He watched as Onyx followed after her and he was glad that Onyx was there for her to confide in.
"Are you okay?" Onyx asked as she sat beside Larisa in the room who was obviously too dumbfounded to speak by what she just witnessed, the goriness and the devilish look on Lothaire's face as he tortured Gazelle was a different one from what he showed her.
"I'm fine, its just a bit hard to get used to it." She said with a low voice.
"Lothaire's very dangerous but he's reasonable sometimes and I know he won't hurt you so you don't have to be scared besides Gazelle deserved what was coming, I can't believe she tried to poison you." Onyx said and it was the first time she saw her angry.
Onyx really cared for her even though they barely knew each other and she wondered if it was just her motherly personality or she really liked her.
"I know but I still felt a little bad about her death, it was awful." She said.
"I know you're shaken up because of your humanity but with time you'll get used to it." Onyx said with a small smile, but would she ever get used to seeing Lothaire in his devilish form? Would she ever get used to seeing him in an inhumane way? Would she ever get used to living in his world?
