Chapter 5 - Chapter 5: At least found a base.

After a few minutes of walk , they reached a base, six guards were guarding the gate, after they saw their friends and another person they were going to stop him but were stopped by Wo Long they opened the gate and then all of them including Reece entered.The inside was well guarded and after a straight walk they reached the destination.People were eyeing theirs guardians and also a teen boy who was well built and looked quite strong.They were hoping that he will be on their side. The five of them went to their loved ones and friends who survived.Wo Long ordered them and they were gone then he faced Reece and told him to wait right there until he's back.Reece nodded and waited.He took a quite look around the survivors here were normal, it looked like they started to live with an apocalypse with or without their loved ones.After a while, Wo long return and told him to come in. Reece went in,it was Office and their were two guards inside and a man who was the incharge of this whole base.He eyed Reece and introduced himself,his name was Gorge Matthew, another man was standing beside him he was captain Tom McKinney. Gorge waved his hand for the boy to sit.Reece thanked him and introduced himself.He nodded and started to talk.His was once the owner of a mall but after three years due to the apocalypse he couldn't save his family and started to fight the creatures because of anger, he became really strong and helped some people who awakened to get stronger and soon he made a base for survivors.Right now at least 50 males and 103 females are safe in their base.After some usual talk, he asked Reece about his powers like how he helped his men.He thanked him and told him that he was shocked to hear something from major Wo Long and wanted ask him personally. He said he wouldn't force Reece to tell him ,he can even stay or leave on his own will.Reece read his mind and he knew he was telling the truth, so Reece decided to tell him that he was in coma and when he got up he was already in the apocalypse and soon he learned to use his powers.Well he lied about that but when he will achieve his goal of saving everyone he'll tell the truth about his identity and transmigration.Gorge asked Reece for food but he said he didn't want to eat he will just rest a little.Gorge ordered one of his men to introduce him to the base,he nodded and left with Reece. Gorge though that Reece could become a good ally after thinking of Reece killing a boss level two zombie with one punch.He was also very curious to know how powerful is Reece.After a small tour of the base, the guard showed Reece his room and told him that he is free to walk and talk with survivors here and then he Left. After that Reece close the door of his new room and glanced inside, it was a normal bed room it had a bathroom,a table with lamp , a bed with pillow and blanket and a window which was near the bed.Through the window he could see the outside world and a little part of the base.His room was at the 2nd floor.He saw a watch hanging at the wall and it was working,the time was 5:00 clock.Then he layed on the bed and closed his eyes.
