Chapter 10 - Chapter 10: Found the parents of both of them .

After a few days, Reece found more survivors and brought them back to the base. There were at least 24 females and 10 males. Many of them were students and a few were adults. After that Reece went back were Lia was and saw the Lia and the playing hide and seek. So he didn't disturbed them , suddenly a guard came and asked him to follow him so he followed and reached to a rooms were adults used to live. Many were couples and elder people.They reached a spot where a crowd was gathered,he went past them and saw a women with tears running through her eyes.He went close to an old man and asked about what happened to her ,he told him that her name was Samantha Logan,her husband died protecting her from monsters when the apocalypse had started,she also lost her daughter which was one or two years old.After what Reece heard from the man,he thanked him and went towards the women who looked to be in her early thirties.The women saw a boy standing Infront of her.He bent down and asked if she was okay to tell her daughter's name,she first cried then she told him her name was Nancy.Reece stood up and immediately left using the place and reached where Lia was playing with Nancy.He waved at her, she came asked if everything is alright,Reece told him that he found Nancy's mother,she on the second third floor.After hearing that she grabbed Nancy and both of them went up.Reece waved to Lia towards the women and reached her. Again when the women saw the boy again,he was smiling and asked if she would like to see someone.She didn't know what he meant until her came running and hugged her.She saw her and hugged her back,she held her so tightly like if she got her life back.After a few minutes, Samantha looked at the boy who was smiling and thanked her in broken voice. As he turned back,he saw another woman hugging Lia and both were crying.The people were around were happy to see a reunion of two mothers and daughters.Reece got it,he was thinking that she would be her mother and he was right. After the reunion,Lia introduced reece to her mother,she was a carefree woman.She waved at him,so he did the same.After some usual talk,a guard came and told him that the general wants him in the office, their is something important to tell him. Reece nodded and excused the families and went towards the office.Gorge was inside waiting for him, once he saw him he waved at him to sit and started to conversation.He was really serious like something bad is going to happen soon.
