Chapter 13 - Chapter 13 : A demon friend and a way to stop this nonsense!

It was about 4 pm Reece helped the girl and his clone returned. After an hour of walk, now he entered the rural areas, he was in village now. The streets were the same as in the city. The sunlight touched Reece's body making him feel comfortable. He new this village because of the previous owner used to come here, in his memories this place was his birth place. He saw pools of blood like a lake flowing. It's been a while, since he faced a monster. He didn't even heard a sound. What he saw were dead bodies and damaged human body parts. He felt bad for the children that dead Infront of him. There was a small park where kids used to play. Suddenly, his eyes caught something. Something was dragging a body to shop. He followed it carefully not to alert that thing. It was like a shadow type tentacle. After some time, he reached near a small grocery store, the tentacle went inside so he entered too, but what he saw was something he didn't expected to meet something like this. It was beautiful girl, she looked to be in her early twenties. She was wearing black clothes. Her eyes were deep purple with a purple aura giving that could gave chills to anyone. Her hair was also purple in color. She saw Reece and eyed him from head to foot. She bite her lower lips and Reece knew this isn't a good sigh. She told Reece to surrender himself to her but he didn't respond. She started running, she was really fast. She said before running that her speed is unmatchable and she is the called the queen of speed in her race. She was true, the way she moved she could be compared to 70 percent of flash's speed. Reece was astonished at her speed. She came and was about to kick him in his stomach when Reece moved away quickly and grabbed her shoulder, smashing her in the wall. She was surprised by the sudden action she never thought a lowlife being could stand against her. She recovered after a while and sent death glares at Reece. She started murmuring something like a spell. Soon the ground started to shake and four rock giants came out of it. They attacked him at the command of the demon. They started to throw big rocks at the Man of Steel but it did little to no damage. Reece wanted answers, so he didn't waste more time and destroyed the stone golems using his freeze breath and single punches. After that he quickly slapped the demon girl, held her by her throat.She tried to break free using every technic and spell but they were of no use, so she surrendered. Reece asked her about other demons and monsters. She told him that she came here through a portal and didn't know how to go back. Reece asked if there was a way to stop this apocalypse and he will let her go if she tells the truth. She told him that five years ago when the world was at peace, the demon lord Gatholac wanted to conquer the world and make humans their slaves. He somehow managed to meet the president of the state and offered him a demonic orb. Greed took over him so he used the orb on a virus and release it two years later. To stop the apocalypse and undo the damage that came to this world, one should defeat the demon lord. She also told him about herself she was a human before the apocalypse but the demon lord Gatholac transformed her into a demon. She wants to be free but could do nothing. She doesn't have a control over her body now, it acts on its own. She was crying when telling him about that Reece didn't let his guard down and scanned her memories using his mind reading power which during he killed the stone golems unlocked automatically. She was telling the truth, her name was Ana Laius, she was a 2nd year student. Reece let her go and used his mana to heal her ,after that he transfered his mana inside her body. She felt relieved at this sensation, then Reece asked her if she could move her body at her own will, she tried and successfully controlled it. Reece told her that he killed a demonic entity inside her brain. He learned this power when he killed the last golem, where he could remove any type of emotions in a body. She felt happy and thanked him. After that she asked if he would like her help , she knows many secret ways to get there. Reece nodded then she changed her clothes using her magic now she was well dressed with a white shirt and black skirt with blue shoes. Reece told her that first he would clean all monsters and seal the doors of other world then he will go and defeat the demon lord Gatholac. She smiled and agreed.
