—(POV Connor)
Surrounded by darkness I kick and push the claustrophobic darkened walls.
They groan and crumble until they crumble and collapse allowing the ceiling to fall on my face.
"Shit, that hurt," I said while throwing it off to the side.
I sit up from my laying down position, I look around the room seeing the large grand hall I'm now.
The large walls are lined with armor holding a numerous assortment of weapons. The armor on the outermost area of the wall holding ranged weapons begin to move. Walking towards the double doors centered in the front most wall.
In front of me is a familiar looking armor with blue flames licking out of the joints.
"Jacob, where the hell are we?" I asked hoping off of the raised platform the now desecrated coffin sat on.
-Welcome back my lord- the flaming armor said still in his kneeled position in front of the coffin.
"What? Lord, is something wrong with… oh new dimension. Hey Jacob, who am I."
-You are Connor of course, the king of all armor-
"The king of what now," as I said that the large double doors opened showing a group of five people who looked to have been the same age I was when I died.
A primal age built up in me, years of knowledge flew into my mind of the body I now inhabit, my hand flew out instinctively, "Kill them,"
The ranged armor that advanced kneeled and fired their weapons. The melee came to life and sprinted towards the adventurers.
The adventurers were prepared and the two youngest in the back cast spelled towards the ranged in the back. The melee troops connected their weapons with the three melee adventurers.
"We'll kill you Armor King." One adventurer shouted slicing into two of my melee troops with his large axe.
"No matter, I'll only fight you if you win against my minions. You won't even need to fight my general." I say while pointing at the adventurers.
——(POV Douglas, the shield)
I was enraged, this boss just spoke. It was unheard of, both literally and metaphorically, he spoke unusual and underhanded language, though I understood none of the language he spoke, I could tell it was meant to upset us.
His body was that of a human with out a face, he wore weirdly modern armor with a bullet proof vest and desert camo.
He sat back down on a raised stone platform, he waved his hands as his armor minions froze then became more attentive.
"Shit, he's controlling them," Scarlet shouted from behind us. She conjured a large balls of flames above us and launched them towards the boss.
"Now that isn't nice now isn't it?" He said before raising a hand and the armor started climbing on top of each other.
The melee fighters that weren't engaged jumped into a large pile that continued to grow.
After I finished the couple of armor that were fighting against me, I rushed towards the pillar of conjoined armor to try and disrupt whatever was happening.
"It is to no effect, fool. Now watch this." The boss monster said while slamming his hands together.
The armor pillar flattened like a pancake then slowly oozed out huge armored beings.
They were triple the size of the regular guys we were having a hard time against.
"Damn guys we might need to retreat," our leader Simon said while deftly cutting down two minions in a single swing.
"Never, I'll finish him myself," Jeremiah said while diving towards the boss. His double daggers igniting in flames as he reached out to drive them through the boss.
He would have reached if not for the sickening sound of flesh ripping and four hands came out of the boss's back grabbing onto his arms and legs.
"Shit, this wasn't in the dungeon log. Guess I'll have to use my final trump card. INVISIBILITY!!" And after he said that he disappeared from our sight.
"Hmm, where did he go, what a predicament. As fucking if, you turned invisible, which does change the fact I'm holding you. Do you honestly think I'm that dumb." The boss angrily finished before pulling on his appendages, which easily ripped off making an even worse skin tearing noise. The blood spatter and the sound of his body hitting the ground was what was heard first before it became visible again.
"Jeremiah, you fool." Was all that man next to Scarlet had to say. I never learned his name because he was brand new to our adventuring party, but he was sickly pale and in a black robe with green trimmings.
But, Jeremiah's death was the least of our worries as the boss stood up and commanded, "Join the battle Jacob. I want their armor pristine, but the people dead,"
-Understood my lord- was what the kneeling armor said before it turned and charged us.
