Robin looks around at all the cops surrounding him in the alley. He takes a deep breath and releases it and before the cops can react he dashes to his right towards the manhole he noticed after taking a glance around for possible exit points. The cops start opening fire and Robin flips in the air spinning with the bullets wheezing by him. He stomps hard on the manhole falling into the sewers.
"Don't let him get away! Spread out. Put eyes on every tunnel and every manhole. We've finally got this guy right where we want him." A man shouts from above as Robin navigates his way through the sewers. "Glitch! need some help here," Robin says moving away from the voices of the cops behind him and aimlessly through the tunnels. *On it... Take a left up ahead then keep going forward until you get to a crossroads then take a right, you should see a storm drain up ahead that you can use to get out of the tunnels. And it will place you a few blocks away from Dent's sisters' house.* Glitch instructs.
Robin follows his directions while stealthily avoiding any cops searching for him in the tunnels. He reaches the storm drain and uses an explosive charge to blast it open. He climbs out of the tunnels up to street level and starts making his way toward the house.

Robin frowns seeing Dumpler's car parked in front of the house. He rushes into the house and sees the living room in ruins. "Get away from me!!" A female voice screams in fear from the second floor of the house. Robin runs up the stairs and into a bedroom, where he sees Dumpler reaching to grab Alexandra. Robin not wasting time jumps and kicks him in the back of the hard sending him crashing into a drawer.
Dumpler gets back up and shouts in anger throwing a punch, Robin dodges under the punch, and palm strikes him in the throat. Dumpler stumbles back grabbing onto his throat. Robin doesn't give him time to recover and heel kicks him in the chest, and transitions into a roundhouse kick to the temple. He jumps and knees him in the face.
"It takes a lot more than a few sissy kicks to come close to slowing me down," Dumpler sneers while wiping blood from his bleeding nose.
{If I'm going to take him down, I'm going to have to employ more extreme measures. But Alexandra Dent could get caught in the crossfire.}
Robin glances at her who is sitting in the corner cowering in fear from the two. He watches as Dumpler takes a stance ready to attack again. He sighs and prepares to execute his plan.
{I'm going to have to throw the fight, let Dumpler think he won, and let him kidnap Alexandra. He might lead to bigger fish.}
Dumpler rushes at Robin going for a grapple, he weaves out of the way of Dumplers grasp and punches him in the ribs to which he grunts and swings a backhand at him. Robin leans back dodging the fist, he does a back handstand flip kicking him in the chin dazing him a bit. Dumpler shakes his head and goes for another grapple and this time succeeds in catching Robins's arm. He turns and throws him against a wall causing a loud thud to echo through the room.
Robin groans in pain and tries to get up but falls face-first unconscious. Dumpler smirks and chuckles in triumph. "It's that all it took?". He turns and walks over to the cowering woman and picks her up kicking and screaming. He puts her over his shoulder ignoring her feeble attempts at hitting him. "Me and Dent here got a date to keep. I'll finish you off later," Dumpler exits the room with a crying and struggling Dent.
"Fuck that hurt," Robin winces as he gets up a moment later from playing possum, he stretches to ease the discomfort a bit. He uses his holographic computer interface on his right glove and checks the tracker he placed on Dumpler when he was grabbed.
{He's headed south. I can easily stay out of Dumplers sight, wait for him to come to a stop, and move in.}
Robin exits the house through the window and starts trailing after Dumpler from the rooftops at a considerable distance not to be noticed but still keeping the car in sight. "Freeze! Vigilante," A spotlight is shined on Robin from a police helicopter. Robin looks up at the helicopter and sighs exasperated, "Round 2, it is,".
Robin nose dives off the roof and grappling hooks to another building, he flips onto the roof of the building sprinting across the distance and leaping to another, with the helicopter still hot on his trail. He flips off the building turning to look at the helicopter, he glares at the helicopter and turns back around, grapples, and swings in between two buildings.
{The helicopter is making this complicated. I need to head in the same direction as Dumpler, but I can't get too close or I'll risk spooking him.}
Robin lands on the scaffolding of a building under construction. He skillfully moves through the scaffolding, vaulting, and using the bars to swing and maneuver himself without breaking his momentum. He looks at his interface and sees the tracker has stopped.
{It seems Dumpler has stopped. Time to lose New York's finest. Okay, boys. Stay close.}
Robin reaches the top of the building and looks at the helicopter hovering above him. He turns, runs across the roof, and jumps off the building. He grapples to another building, briefly runs on the sides of the wall, and launches himself off. Grabs onto a street lamp and slides down. "Glitch shut off every street light in a 90-meter radius of me,". Robin runs down the street under the street lamps. *On it...And done*.
Every street lamp abruptly shuts off, covering the area in darkness. Robin quickly turns into an alley before the spotlight is shined on him. He moves through the alley and disappears into the shadows as the helicopter moves away from his location.

{The tracker is transmitting from inside this gymnasium, but I didn't see Dumplers car outside.}
Robin enters through double doors to a gymnasium. He looks around and sees voting booths, tables, and chairs with papers stacked on top, with boxes at the side of the tables, but no sign of Dumpler or Alexandra.
{The voting station for the 17th precinct. The precinct that tomorrow will singlehandedly determine whether Leob is or isn't New York's next Mayor.}
He moves through the room looking around through the booths to see if Alexandra is placed in one of them. He stops at the last booth and sees his tracker on the ground, he picks it up and crushes it. He sighs and turns around when he hears the gymnasium doors opening as Dumpler and 5 other men enter, with one of them holding on to a bound and gagged Alexandra.
"I told you I'd kill you later!" Dumpler grins maliciously pointing a baseball bat at Robin. Robin sighs and rolls his shoulders a bit, "Let me tell you something Dumpler.... I was going easy on you," Robin watches as Dumplers grin turns into a scowl. "I think you also knew, I was going easy on you. That's why you ran away like a little girl the first time. And now you brought your lackeys to help you?... Pathetic" Robin chuckles mockingly and then sneers, "Let me show you what my sissy kicks can really do,".
Robin drops two smoke pellets blanketing the gymnasium in smoke and disappears within the smoke grinning viciously at Dumpler. "He can't fight us all at once. Stay behind me. When he shows himself, you guys take him down." Dumpler says glaring around at the smoke. "But the final blows all mine. You got that?" Dumpler growls.
Robin moves silently through the smoke and picks up a table and throws it at where three of Dumplers men are standing, hitting them square on the chest. He hears them groaning and moaning in pain. He sees Dumpler turn in the direction of the three men and takes the chance to run straight towards him and jump kicks in the back of the head sending him dumpling on the downed men who cry out in pain as Dumpler falls on top of them.
With Dumpler down, for the time being, he takes this chance to take down the other two men and quickly knocks them out. "Show yourself, you masked freak!" Dumpler roars looking livid around at the smoke. "My pleasure," Robin says as he knees him in the back of the head. Robin watches as Dumpler stumbles forward dazed and jumps onto his shoulders from behind, locking his legs around his neck and leaning forward sending them both rolling to the ground. He holds Dumpler in a rear triangle chokehold.
Dumpler still dazed from the hit to the back of his head and now disoriented from the sudden fall, doesn't immediately struggle from the hold, which costs him, and suddenly finds his vision fading rapidly. He tries to hit Robin weakly but he just grabs his hand and redoubles his effort. After a moment he feels Dumpler go limp and releases the hold and pushes the big man off of himself.
"Not bad, Vigilante," Robin hears familiar voice praise from behind him. He turns and sees Flass holding Alexandra hostage with a gun to the back of her head. "I will only say this once. You need to completely disappear for the next 48 hours," Flass states glaring at Robin.
{Flass is good. He's keeping Alexandra directly between us.}
"I see anything even reminds me of you, you'll be picking up Ms. Dent here from the morgue. We clear?" Flass threatens as he slowly moves to the exit keeping an eye on Robin. Robin just watches him impassively not making any sudden movements. "I said. 'Are we clear?'" Flass repeats nudging the gun at Alexandra's head who whimpers.
"We're clear," Robin says grimly glaring coldly at Flass. He watches Flass nod and runs out the exit dragging Alexandra with him, "Remember 48 hours," Flass calls back as Robin watches him from the doors of the gymnasium.
{I don't have a choice. I've got to let him escape....For now.}
Robin intercepts a call Flass is making and listens in.
*...Bring Dent's sister to Hell's Kitchen. It's all about to go down there. At dawn, we won't need her anymore. You can just throw her body on the pile.*
"Black Mask," Robin mutters as the call ends.
{...Guess I'm gonna have to break my promise and go after Flass.}
