Damian and the rest of the pack were half way back to Xeris's place when they got ambushed by a pack of Omegas.The leader of the Omegas said that the group to be taken back to their den.
The omegas had the pack locked up in a cage with the girls separated from the boys."Honestly speaking you ladies are really adorable.I don't understand why you are around them when you could be with me.Especially her...i cant wait to see her when shes awake." one of the males said.
"Good luck getting her to like you.Shes a hard one to get to,even harder than Tilda and Nana."Daniel said leaning against the wall at the corner of the cage.
"Leave that alone he didn't even introduce himself and he expects them to have a thing for him."Geoffrey said with a grin on his face.The rest of the males nodded their heads in agreement.
"Where are my manners.My name is Pierce and I'm the alpha of the Omegas who are in here.I'm guessing the one with the pink bow is Nana and the one with the spects is Tilda right.So what about your friend over there shes the one who makes me excited."
"What do you want with us?We haven't done anything to you or your pack!"Tilda shouted.
"Listen doll face its not the matter of what you've done to us...the thing is,we as the omegas want a say in the food chain so what better way than to take the most powerful pack hostage and demand a place for us in your village."Pierce said walking away from the cages."You see we used to be apart of strong packs but ever since the war happened we were termed as weaklings we were told we are not worthy to be a part of a pack that is known so we were chased away.Some of us escaped death some of had to leave our families behind.Some of left our kids alone others left their wives others lost everyone and everything they ever owned."
"That is no excuse for you to kidnap us and hold us hostage.We wont do you any good when we are all dead because of hunger cause that is the main reason we were out in the first place."Axel said.
"Listen I'm sure we can work something out if we talk peacefully.I'm Damian the alpha of the pack,what do you want?I'm sure we can work something out."
"M mm...i will let you go if you let me have some time alone with her."Pierce said pointing at Xeris.Everyone looked at Xeris and then each other and then back to Pierce.
"Do you hate yourself?"Axel asked breaking the silence that was in the cave.
"I love myself very much,that's why i want her for myself cause i don't see any mating marks on her neck which means she isn't taken."Pierce said going closer to the males cage.
"No way!She is gonna kill you.i'm surprised she hasn't killed us by now."Daniel said.
"She has killed us emotionally."Geoffrey said looking at Xeris who was waking up from her conscious state.
"Where am i?"Xeris asked as she stood up rubbing her head.
"We are in a cage and he wants you to be his mate since you don't have mating marks on you."Damian said trying to save time on explanations.
"Hey good looking i'm Pierce and you are?"
'Oh My Irene!I fell like ending him but he might be our way out.I guess i have to flirt with him.I cant believe I'm about to do this Xeris thought to herself.
"My name?I'm Eris and you look so handsome.Can you come close so that i can touch your biceps?"Xeris said faking a blush.When everyone heard this they felt like the earth could open up and swallow them whole.
"Why don't i let your friends go and you can stay with me here."Pierce said caressing her chick.
"I don't mind as long as they are free and i'm with you i cant ask for anything else."Xeris said with a light smile.
"Harrison!Unlock them all!"Pierce shouted and man came and unlocked them all.Everyone was escorted outside and Pierce commanded his pack to leave the place so that he could be alone with Xeris.
"Now its only me and you all alone with no one around.Why don't you give me a kiss."
'Is this dude for real?He barley knows me and he wants a kiss?He might be a werewolf but he has the habits of a hyena.I'm gonna teach him a lesson before i leave.'Xeris said to herself.
"Close your eyes then."Xeris said.Pierce just closed his eyes and started leaning in for a kiss when he felt a good hard slap across his face followed by a few punches and kicks all over his body.Xeris dragged his body out of the cave where she found Damian and the others waiting with Pierces pack.
"Tell him that the next time he thinks of making out with a girl that he should check who they are he might end up making out with the devil or his sister."Xeris wiping some blood from her hands.After the incident the pack went back to Xeris's place and Xeris prepared for them some food that she had.
