Ashleigh placed the files in front of me and smiled apologetically.
"I am sorry, but I have some more work for you to do. These are the financial reports for the last quarter of all of your projects along with your personal finances.
I have checked everything, but if you take a look at it before signing the papers then..."
Only looking at that much amount of work made me exhausted. I had more important things to do, and checking the accounts was the last thing I was interested in doing.
"Ashleigh, you are working for me for the past three years, and there isn't even a single number wrong. I trust you, and that is why instead of a personal Charted Accountant, I have you to handle my personal finances.
So just tell me where I have to sign, and we are good."
She smiled gratefully with flushed cheeks before pointing at the places where I needed to sign.
"Thank you, Boss! I will see you around."
