"What is it then?" Shung Yun asked curiously.

Seven[7] hours laters....
With a black painted wooden bow and a quiver hanging on both sides of his waist, a middle-stage male teenager walked carefreely as he observed the slowly moving dark veil caging the rays of the sun from hitting the land.
"The way night comes here still amazes me," he thought as he walked towards the village a few miles from the base.
"Guess I didn't have to sell all of my sensory Qi fruits for duan silver pieces," thinking of his deal with the captain of Shooting-Star unit, Shung Yun couldn't help but smile as he remembered the astounded look on the captain's face when he immediately agreed to give him one sensory Qi fruit for his practice journal.
"He must have thought he was taking advantage of me, not knowing I don't really need the fruit," he thought as every step he took brought him closer to the village.
Arriving at the village a few seconds before its clocked thirty six[36] minutes since he left through the gate of the military base, he headed towards one of the tallest buildings in the entire village.
Stepping into the library, he headed towards the third floor of the building.
"Your token?" a middle-stage female youth reading a book asked as she tore her eyes away from it.
Hearing the question from the librarian on the second floor of the library, Shung Yun showed her the two[2] hours core library pass given to him as a reward.
"You're free to go," the middle-stage female librarian said as she went back to her book.
Walking on the stairs to the next floor, Shung Yun came across the librarian for the third floor.
"Your passage token?" the middle-stage old man acting at the librarian for the third floor asked as he looked puzzled by Shung Yun's presence.
Showing his token to the old man, Shung Yun was bewildered by his surprised expression.
"The village won't easily give out a core library pass to a body tempering cultivator," the oldman thought as he motioned for Shung Yun to head inside, "he must have done something valuable for the village. A pity he couldn't suppress his desire to use it so soon."
"I should listen to Ikunga's advice and try comprehending an Essence," Shung Yun thought as he headed towards the center of the third floor.
Standing in front of a three[3] fts wide, three[3] meters high pillar with several cuts, dents, and other weapon or fist markings on it, Shung Yun paid attention in searching for an Essence that could complement his battle-axe attacks and techniques.
"I can't even understand anything from them," he grumbled as he tried understanding the auras being given off from the markings he laid his eyes on.
"I should just choose one[1] and focus on it," he sighed as he sat cross-legged in front of the marked pillar while keeping a distance from the two[2] middle-aged men also making use of the marked pillar.
Closing his eyes, he embraced the silence of the library as he fully focused on trying to comprehend the aura from the mark he chose.
"You lose, Greed. You now owe me seven[7] provinces to rule," Lust's voice sounded in the gigantic palace as she looked at Greed.
"Let's go for another round, Lust," Greed said as he initiated another round, "I won't go easy on you, temptress."
"Your funeral, Greed," Lust said as she outstretched her right palm towards Greed's outstretched right palm.
"Rock! Paper!! Scissors!!!" Greed and Lust said as they rocked their right fists before making their choice after calling out scissors.
"I win again, Greed," Lust said with a smile on her face as she held out the index and middle finger of her right hand against the outstretched five[5] fingers on Greed's right hand.
"You can't defeat her, Greed," Envy said as she watched her siblings play, "she's a seductress that makes use of her special qualities to win a game."
"Your greed to own her for yourself makes it easy for her charm to work on you, Greed," Wrath said as with a stern expression on his face, "a pathetic display from the richest amongst us siblings."
"Can these siblings shut the f*ck up! I'm trying to concentrate here!!" Shung Yun shouted as he wasted his efforts on covering his ears with his hands.
"Do you know this is a library, kid?" the middle aged man closest to Shung Yun asked with an unhappy expression on his face.
"I'm sorry for my outburst just now, senior" Shung Yun said with his palms joined together and his head bent.
No longer paying attention to the odd kid, the middle-aged man went back to comprehending an Essence.
"How the hell am I supposed to concentrate on comprehending an Essence if I have loud voices constantly booming in my head," Shung Yun felt depressed as he stared at the scar on the pillar with no interest in his gaze.
With time gradually moving forward, two[2[ hours went by with him gaining nothing major from his trip to the library except for knowing how the aura he chose felt and sensed like.
Knowing the rule of the library, Shung Yun left the third floor of the library after he allocated time was up.
"Time to take permission from the clan head to leave the village for a while," moving to clan head Haoran's house, he generated and destroyed tons of plans for his long trip possibly in the next few hours.
Arriving at clan head Haoran's house, he pushed open the door before stepping into the huge hall behind it.
"Shung Yun greets the Clan head and Elder Huifan," Shung Yun bowed his upper body as he greeted.
"Speak of the devil," Elder Huifan muttered as he turned towards Shung Yun.
"Shung Yun, didn't expect to see you so soon," Clan head Haoran said as he looked at Shung Yun, "what brings you here?"
"This junior wishes to journey to a faraway land in search of a cure for his disability," Shung Yun said as he looked at clan head Haoran, "I came to ask for permission from you, Clan head."
"Guess losing your beast must have given you no choice but to chase after a fantasy, Shung Yun," Elder Huifan said as he looked at Shung Yun, "maybe the clan should sell you to those researchers who love to dice up humans. That will earn back all the resources the clan wasted on you."
"Elder Huifan shouldn't crack such jokes in front of the clan head. It might give the wrong impression that we're on bad terms," Shung Yun said as he as he smiled at Elder Huifan.
"A thrash like you isn't worth it for me to be on bad terms with," Elder Huifan said with contempt ravaging his entire face.
"I thought so too," Shung Yun said as the edges of his lips increased, "that would cause some damages when my grand uncle hears of it."
Quickly hiding the fear that emerged on his face at the mention of grand uncle from Shung Yun, Elder Huifan said, "your grand uncle hasn't emerged from closed door cultivation for quite a long time now. You should be careful not to anger those more powerful than you during this period."
"That's why I'll always be grateful to the military and the clan head. Those who wish to harm a member of the Shung clan's council and a captain of the military will bear the brunt of his superiors," Shung Yun said as he moved his focus back on clan head Haoran, "is this junior request accepted, Clan head?"
"The ability to stay calm and composed despite the insult from Elder Huifan at such a young age. His previous cultivation speed and his battle strength aren't the only abnormal things about him," Clan head Haoran thought as he evaluation of Shung Yun increased, "he will definitely be a huge asset if used properly."
"Do you really wish to chase after something so obscure? We searched for a cure for your disability for more than a month without any success," Clan head Haoran said to Shung Yun.
"I've made up my mind, Clan head. Even if I use up my entire lifespan searching for a cure, I won't have any regret at the end of my life," Shung Yun said.
"If you say so. You're permitted to leave the village and your place of duty from the military as long as you want," Clan head Haoran said as he granted Shung Yun's request.
"Be safe in your travel, Shung Yun. The outside contains lots of danger," he said as he adviced Shung Yun.
"I will, Clan head," Shung Yun said before turning towards the entrance door.
"Be careful on the way, Shung Yun. Your parents and uncle lost their lives because they went on a journey out of the village. I hope you won't follow their footsteps," Elder Huifan said as he glanced at Shung Yun.
"I also hope I won't, Elder Huifan," Shung Yun said as he walked towards the entrance door, "but only the gods can decide that for me."
Watching Shung Yun leave the hall, Clan head said, "he's even more exceptional than his father and uncle. Don't let your jealousy be the cause of your death, junior brother."
"It won't, Haoran," Elder Huifan said as he glared at the closed entrance door.
"That was intense!" Mangro said as he loosened himself a little from Shung Yun's left wrist.
