Chapter 11 - Orcs

" We were fortunate. "

It's not sure if they would ever see this tree again.

So they take as many as they could while they had the chance to be taken.

" It's a healing leaf, as you can see."

"I believe concocting it will make it even better."

Catherine eagerly packed her bag with a ton of healing leaves.

"Footsteps"

Ricky had already finished gathering and used his hands to search the area around the tree for any traces as others rushed to get the healing leaves.

Ricky then found an ' X ' marking in one of the trees.

" This must be one of the territories of Goblins or Orcs."

Every midnight, the landscape is different.

They would be in trouble if they do not remember where they had been.

Checking whose area they were in was therefore necessary.

The Orcs were also very challenging to fight because individually they are strong and tended to move in groups.

The Orcs, who previously lived in a peaceful Shamanistic culture in the Dragonic Valley, were chased away by the Corrupted Dragon's chaotic magics and transformed into a ravenous, unstoppable force.

They are a physically powerful race that waged war and resist at the time of Armageddon.

The orcs' normally brown skin turned green due to widespread demonic corruption that filled them with bloodlust.

But there are also a few Orcs who escaped the corruption of the Corrupted Dragon.

The orcish shamanic tradition was able to rise from the ashes thanks to a young Orc shaman named Ruskar, The Sacred Warrior.

He arose to become the leader of Throng and lead his people in the darkest time.

His goal is to free his people from the power of the Corrupted Dragon and give them a home to settle in peace.

But the Orcs who got corrupted are roaming all around the globe spreading fear wherever they go.

"If my memory serves me well, the Orc territory here contains a high-grade storage-type magical item."

The use of magical objects with storage was crucial.

The number of objects that each person could store varied depending on their grade.

People may easily become targets of others if they failed to secure their possessions in a magical object of the storage type.

Of course, the Orcs did not only inhabit one region.

He wasn't sure if he would locate it here because they lived in several different places, but it was still worth a shot.

This might be a little hard.

When Ricky noticed all the traces close by, he wrinkled his brow.

It appeared that there were more than a few tens or even a few hundreds.

He calculated that at least a hundred of these Orcs were present in this region.

It was best to get his work done swiftly and get out.

"When everyone has finished congregating, we should begin going."

Ricky urged them to go quickly.

" Help! "

"Get the fuck out of here!"

Behind them, two men were swinging their swords and shouting.

A slight lapse in attention caused them to become encircled by the Orcs.

"Tsk."

Ricky's tongue-click.

He would have spotted these things right away if he had been there in the past.

Unfortunately, given his current condition, it was not possible.

Maybe it worked out for the best.

He was unable to prevent it.

It was therefore preferable to utilize it to your benefit.

especially as some numbers of attributes grow faster in these kinds of circumstances.

It was more advantageous if he simply thought of it as a means to calm his body.

Ricky drew his machete and dash forward.

"Come at me stupid Orcs! "

To catch their attention, he shouted.

Although it was a risky move, he believed he could win if he gave it his best in the battle.

Hargh!

One of the Orcs dropped to the ground.

One of the Orcs jump from the tree raising his axe and tried to smash Ricky's head.

Slash!

Ricky began to murder ruthlessly by stabbing the Orc in the stomach.

a figure just shy of fifty.

Per strike, he had to eliminate one Orc.

As he eliminated the Orcs one by one, Ricky started to collect all the items that had spilled out.

Name: [ Crude Axe ]

Rank: Common

Category: Axe

Durability: 100

Effect: Strength +3

Just a common rank was given.

The lowest rank had hardly any impact.

He killed two Orc on average before one dropped.

He even took the effort to gather these objects while slaying the Orcs because they accumulated.

Although these items seem useless it's still better than nothing, having a backup weapon is important because of the durability.

Your weapon might crumble so it's beneficial to have a spare one.

It wasn't something he was happy with, though.

Hragh!

In this circumstance, he couldn't afford to lose any more time.

An Orc hit his shirt around his back, exposing his skin underneath.

Ricky retaliated and smash the head of the Orc by kicking it with full forced.

His body was now covered in blood but he didn't give a damn.

Ricky was accustomed to these dangerous battles.

He exerted more effort.

Even though he could easily avoid all of their attacks, he waited for them to come quite close to him before counterattacking

Your agility will rise if you survive these threats.

Your capacity to move more quickly was not the only benefit of agility stats.

It was regarded as the third eye.

Agility included the so-called "sixth sense," which was a component.

He had to exert greater effort on himself under these circumstances to raise his Agility stat.
