Attack!
Hragh!
The Orcs began to gravitate near Ricky and fixate on him.
They realized Ricky was the biggest threat to the group.
Ricky kicked their dead comrades, forming a temporary wall.
The worst part was feeling exposed all the time.
To prevent them from attacking him from all sides, he needed to at least keep one side blocked.
Without even looking back, he cut one of the Orcs with his machete.
Ack!
The machete sliced through the Orc neck as he attempted to bite down the metal with his strong teeth.
Slash!
The moment he took out his machete, blood began to splatter all over.
Ricky was worn out.
He didn't stop, though.
As additional Orcs surrounded him, he moved more quickly and ferociously.
Ricky's motions were unaltered even though he was covered in blood and had numerous wounds.
He was able to kill over fifty Orcs as a result.
Waaaaaaaang.
The magical book made a faint sound as it drops to the ground.
The Orc who heard this sound also become lethargic at that moment.
There we are.
He formed a sneaky smile by lifting the corners of his mouth.
Name: [ Warcry ]
Rank: Rare
Category: Skill Book
Durability: N/A
Effect:
[ Using Warcry enhances your and your ally's Strength and Agility by 20%.]
[ Causes Fear and Intimidation in your enemies that lower their attributes to lower by 20% ]
Even though it couldn't be utilized to hurt their opponents physically, it was still considerably more beneficial.
Even just having this rare skill would have an impact on the Orcs nearby.
The 'Fear' status caused the Orc's movements to slow down.
Unlike before, they were dispersed and unable to function as a unit.
Ricky began the massacre when the Orcs felt scared.
''... Incredible.''
Linley was mindlessly observing the spectacle that was playing out in front of him.
Ricky was the only one of the members present who were genuinely "hunting" today.
Others were scared by the incident because Ricky is more horrifying than the Orcs.
He gave off the impression of a killing machine in battle.
Every unwavering step exhibited an appetite for success.
Without Ricky, they would have been destroyed in a matter of seconds.
"I need to get stronger."
Too strong.
Martin experienced that when he watched Ricky battle.
He will never be able to survive here if he doesn't get stronger.
He needed to build up his strength if he wanted to live.
He had to work hard to live, just like the man before him.
After killing all the Orcs.
Ricky declared that...
"After we clean up, we will leave."
His body was covered in a mixture of his own and the Orc's blood.
There must be an Orc's camp close by.
It appeared as though the Orcs that asked for help weren't far away while looking in the direction they fled.
Even though he was practically out of energy, he continued.
There was no assurance that it would be there the next day.
"We, we are not turning around?"
No one on their side was hurt, although everyone received minor scratches.
They were also completely worn out.
To count on them to go on was unreasonable.
Zip.
Ricky grabbed a few leaves out of his collection bag rather than responding.
The Red Oaks Tree's leaves had exceptional healing properties and could sanitize wounds.
He carelessly ground the leaves into a paste and applied it to his wounds.
After a short while, the bleeding ceased.
"Leave only if you wish to. You can return if you leave right now by following our path."
Ricky is not bothered.
He brought all of these folks here for one simple reason.
So that he could sleep and have somebody on guard.
Additionally, it was to pick the select few who would put their lives on the line in battle.
Only people in extreme need would do anything like wanders around outside the Red Forest.
"I need guys with at least some experience for the boss battle."
Bosses were formidable.
He found it challenging to defeat them by himself.
The people who only got better within the starting point were useless.
Only those who venture outside of the forest for a few days would be able to handle the boss.
He was being silly by attempting to compel them.
He would only take volunteers because of this.
The person who asked the inquiry was also taken aback at the time.
Without Ricky, they would be in danger even if they attempted to return to the starting point since they would be vulnerable if they were attacked by monsters along the route.
In fact, after seeing the previous scene, they believed that they would be safer with Ricky.
"I'll go with you."
Martin was the first to speak.
Ricky glanced at him while checking his wounds close to a rock.
"We won't be going outside to play."
"... I didn't volunteer to play."
Ricky stands up.
I suppose he came up with a solution.
He wasn't just a bothersome person.
Catherine, on the other hand, was holding a little dagger.
When they came across the Orcs, it appeared that she didn't simply flee because of the bloodstain on the dagger.
She most likely used her dagger to defend her brother.
