He then recited the phrase "Hell Difficulty" as he stood in front of the gate.
"Enter the door Catherine picks for you all."
"What?"
Martin looked at him in shock, as though wanting to know what he was getting at.
Allowing a child to make a decision that could determine their future was abnormal.
Ricky, however, believed that it was the proper decision.
Because he had lived in Tir for a long time, he was able to accept it even though could only describe it as a "feeling."
It wasn't as if there were no visionaries in this world.
Catherine, who are the individuals that will try the final two gates?"
"That individual and Martin,"
She chose those two people without any hesitation.
The decision was made for Martin to take the insane difficulty and the other man to take the easy difficulty.
"Are you advising me to remain here with this person, then?"
The man, who was the first to say his intention to not enter the trials, shook.
It was because he knew they would both perish if the monsters attacked if he stayed with the armless cripple.
"The Orcs won't attack you while you are within the statue," Ricky said.
"Orcs and other monsters couldn't just walk in anytime they pleased."
Additionally, there were no signs of Orcs near the statue.
"We must complete this as soon as possible."
In eleven hours, midnight will have arrived.
The journey back to the temple will take them at least an hour or two.
The topology of the woodland will change if they are unable to escape the trials by then.
It will be considerably more challenging to get back to the starting point if that occurs.
"Then... Let's finish this and once it's over we will see each other there.
The first person to open the gate was Ricky.
The environment suddenly change it was as dark as a black hole.
wosh!
As soon as he enters everything within his sight changes and only the wind can be heard.
[ You've entered " Arawn's Dimension of Terror. " ]
He took a quick blink.
Once again everything changes.
Sand that never ends.
There was nothing at all in this location except for sand.
My bag and the magical items vanished.
His drink and food have also vanished in addition.
He only had a machete and some thin clothing.
It appeared that anything not relevant to the trial had been taken out.
" What the hell do I need to do here? "
This is a Hell Difficulty Trial so Ricky has no idea what he needs to do except for one thing.
Is certain that he will experience hell.
He had no chance of recognizing his goal the moment he entered this space.
He moved forward by pushing through the difficult sand.
How much time had he been moving?
It seemed like a day or more had passed.
He would have been OK after walking nonstop for a week if it had been him in the past.
But he was progressively getting close to his limit in this situation.
The issue was a lack of food and water.
Walking continuously in the direction of an unknown objective was tremendously exhausting.
Muyoung wasn't a typical human, though.
" I still have a little bit of endurance."
He walked slowly.
He continued in like manner for several hours before reaching a pond.
An oasis.
''Poison?''
However, the water in the oasis had a purple tint to it.
He stuck his nose in the water and gave it a sniff.
He instantly smell the water is bad and moved his body away.
There was poison added.
Although it wasn't a very potent poison, drinking it would only briefly quench his thirst.
It was also unwise to attempt to distill the water without the necessary equipment.
Fourth day.
A deer then materialized after that.
Although he made an effort to pursue the deer, it was always a little quicker than him.
So near yet so far away.
No matter what he did, the gap between the two wouldn't close.
So that's how it is.
An exhausted man who has been on the road for four days will do whatever it takes to catch the deer.
Ricky, however, understood that it was an illusion.
He gave up trying to catch the deer and dragged his feet.
He continued on this way for a few more hours.
Thump!
Even the Dominator Ricky eventually fell to the ground.
"I cannot allow myself to fall here."
The body is managed by the mind.
Ricky used intense concentration to successfully raise his body.
He was walking quite slowly compared to the beginning, but he didn't give up and kept going.
His body had no other option because there was no water to drink, thus this was the best decision it could have made.
His body quickly degenerated into skin and bones, and his hair quickly began to fall out.
He was able to survive in that condition and carry on walking because he is resilient.
He's just walking non-stop.
He never had a single second of his own life for 100 years.
He desired to live on his terms.
A life of some importance.
That, however, was not doable.
But then he received a second opportunity.
He was not going to let this opportunity pass him by as soon as he had it.
He could have given up dozens, even
hundreds of times, but he didn't.
Food and water did emerge along the road,
but he didn't even bother to look at the
because he knew the trial was just luring him.
Someone stopped his way while his strength and mentality were at their absolute
limitations.
