Jack walked up the stairs before phasing through the basement door.
He then continued walking to the living room.
As he entered the living room he saw David and Sarah sitting together on the couch watching TV.
'I wonder where Angelica is?' Jack thought as he looked around the living room but he didn't see her.
'She might be in her bedroom, playing with some of her toys.'
Jack didn't think much more about it and sat in a free seat to watch TV.
He was anticipating the crew's arrival.
Meanwhile, Angelica was in her room playing house with her dolls.
Angelica was a good child and when her parents told her guests were coming and asked her if she could stay and play in her room, she obediently listened.
Although she pouted when she curiously asked who was coming over they wouldn't tell her.
They only told her that they were friends and threatened that they were going to have an adult conversation and that if she gets caught eavesdropping, she will be punished.
.....
A few hours later the family and Jack heard the doorbell ring.
"Looks like they're here," David said to his wife when they heard the doorbell.
"Well let's hurry and greet them so we can see what they have to show us sooner. " Sarah said excitedly as she hurried her husband.
They both stood and walked to the front door with Jack following behind by a few steps.
As Sarah passes the entry to Angelica's room and the basement, she noticed that Angelica was peeking her eye out of a crack in her door.
Sarah gave her a death stare and Angelica hurriedly shut the door completely.
Sarah seeing that her daughter got her warning, continued to the front door with her husband.
David unlocked and opened the door after seeking through the eyehole having made sure it was the crew.
"Hello, welcome back to our abode." David greeted the crew.
"Hello." Sarah greeted them with a smile as well.
"Good afternoon/hey/hello." The crew greeted them back.
Zach was in front and carrying a laptop.
"Come in please, let's head to the kitchen." David invited them in.
"Sure, we are excited to show you everything we got," Zach said as he walked past David and followed Sarah who took the lead to the kitchen.
Jack was one step ahead of Sarah and phased through some walls to get there before them.
Adam, James, and Billy followed behind Zach.
When the last person entered David shut the door before making his way to the kitchen behind them.
With Sarah in the lead, they entered the kitchen.
Sarah had prepared for this earlier and had set extra chairs out for them.
"Please, take a seat. " Sarah said as she sat on a chair on one side.
The crew took the opposite sides 2 seats and another 2 seats with one each on Sarah's left and right.
Leaving David with the seat next to his wife and Jacm who had alteady been there stood off to the side.
"Before we get into the evidence, we want to talk about some new things we have experienced since you guys left and ask for some camera advice."
David started the conversation when he took his seat.
"Sure, let's start with the camera, I assume you want it to help gather evidence?" Zach replied.
"Yes. " Sarah affirmed.
"Alright well, do you have any idea what kind of camera you want?"
"Would you use it strictly for ghost hunting or maybe you want it to double as a security camera?" Zach asked so he could get an idea of what camera would be best for them.
"Well, we don't know, we don't know much about hunting for ghosts so we were just going to see what you would recommend." David and Sarah shared a confused look before David replied.
"Though now that you mention it, a camera that would double as a security camera would be preferable, considering we had a break-in not long ago. " Sarah spoke up when her husband stopped talking.
"Sure, no problem we can recommend some brands for you to look at and what store to go to for the best prices." Billy jumped in since he knew most about this stuff.
Having said that they discussed the camera for a while before they moved on to the couple's other matters.
"After you guys investigated, some new incidents happened," David said.
"It's nothing bad but just not what usually happened and we were curious if you guys might know why." David clarified when he saw their solemn and worried look.
They all would've felt terrible if they made things worse for the family.
The crew all nodded to David and felt relaxed when they heard David's clarification.
"Well, we've witnessed a doll move by itself, like walking and looking at us," David said much to the crew's shock.
"Wow, I've heard of dolls that are haunted, and some move but let me get this right, you're saying you saw with your own eyes a doll start walking and look at you?" James asked in disbelief.
"Yes." David and Sarah said simultaneously.
The crew all looked at each other in shock.
They've heard stories about dolls moving from others but the crew knew the family wouldn't lie about something like this.
Which blew their mind.
Jack enjoyed their faces immensely.
"I wish something like that would have happened when we were here..." Zach said in awe.
Zach wanted to see it with his own eyes too.
"Yeah, it's a shame there was no camera to capture it." James agreed.
After that they were in silence for a few minutes trying to process what they just heard.
"Can we see this doll?" Adam asked.
"Uh.. Sure it's in the living room just let me go get it." David hesitated and looked at his wife but seeing her nod he agreed before getting up to go to the living room for the doll.
As much as he doesn't want to touch the thing he had to man up now.
