As they finally stepped off the plane and onto Bahamian soil, Ginny was immediately slapped by the intense heat. She groaned, already melting in the sweltering sun, while Natalie bounced with excitement beside her like an eager child.
"I can't believe we're finally here!" Natalie exclaimed, her eyes sparkling as she looked around at the palm trees and crystal-clear waters.
Ginny wiped her forehead with the back of her hand, squinting against the bright sunlight. "I'm melting, Nat. Literally melting," she complained, her voice drenched in dramatic exasperation. "This heat is unbearable."
Natalie laughed, unfazed by the weather. "Come on, Gin. It's paradise! Think of the beaches, the hot guys—oh, wait, no more hot guys for you," she teased, making Ginny roll her eyes. "But seriously, think about all the fun we're going to have."
