Sorry for the long wait. I lost my pacing because we experienced a storm here, so I didn't have internet for a week. Took me back to find the right pacing and we're back again.

They trudged through the sand, flashlights cutting through the darkness as the sound of the waves provided a soothing backdrop to their search.

"What do you think he's doing out here?" Sally asked, scanning the area for any signs of a duck.

"Knowing Prof. Beak, he's probably looking for some luxury snacks and got lost," Lily said dryly. "Y'know he's got the survival skills of a spoiled housecat."

They continued searching. Almost an hour later, they still couldn't find Prof. Beak, and Ginny was beginning to feel more anxious with each passing minute.

"I'm really starting to worry," Ginny admitted, her voice trembling slightly. "He's not used to being outside like this."
