Isabel's heart raced as she answered the call after the first call earlier from William, the man she had only met twice before.
"Isabel, I want you to stay with me in my mansion," he said, his voice smooth and confident.
Isabel's mind raced. Stay with him? In his mansion? What did he mean by that? Despite her confusion, she found herself nodding and agreeing to come.
She quickly gathered her most important belongings and heard the sound of a car entering her parents' compound. With a deep breath, she stepped out of her room and made her way down the stairs.
As she arrived at the mansion, she was struck by its grandeur and intimidating size. William greeted her at the door with a warm smile, and she found herself feeling nervous yet drawn to him.
William took her on a tour of the mansion, showing her all the luxurious rooms and amenities. As they walked through the halls, she caught glimpses of the maids and servants who worked there. Most of them looked at her with envy and disdain.
Suddenly, a loud roar echoed through the halls. Isabel's heart raced as William led her to a room where a large, wild-looking animal was pacing back and forth. It was a lion, and Isabel was terrified.
But as William approached the lion, it seemed to calm down, and Isabel watched in amazement as he gently stroked its mane. He introduced her to the lion, which he had named Simba, and explained that he was the only one who could tame him.
After the tour, Isabel felt exhausted and hungry. She was surprised when she saw the elaborate dinner table, covered in all sorts of delicious foods from around the world.
She sat down, feeling intimidated by the grandeur of the mansion and the presence of the maids and servants.
But as she began to eat, she found herself lost in the flavors and textures of the food. William laughed at her enthusiasm and teased her, calling her a little kitten.
"It's just the two of us, Isabel. No need to be shy or hold back," he said with a smirk.
Isabel felt a surge of excitement and fear at his words. She was starting to realize that William was not just a wealthy CEO, but also a dangerous and powerful man.
And yet, she couldn't help but be drawn to him and his luxurious lifestyle.
