All of a sudden, one of the creatures began sniffing loudly, causing Gerald's eyebrows to raise in response. The eerie noise of the creature's sniffing filled the tunnel, and to their bewilderment, the other four monsters also halted in their tracks, as if following their companion's lead.
After the monster continued to sniff the air for what felt like an eternity, it then abruptly lifted its head and released an ear-piercing roar!
GRRRAAAR!
Instantly, without hesitation, the creature charged ferociously towards the chamber occupied by Gerald's team, filling them with horror as they realized they had been spotted.
