Gerald's expression turned serious as he glanced around at the task force members, then leaned in to speak in a hushed tone. "We stick to the original plan as best as we can. We'll explore the dungeon, gather as much data as possible, and document any signs of the artifact or unusual activity. Let's cover a distance of about two or three miles before we retreat," he explained. "Once we have the information, we'll report it to the higher-ups and leave the decision-making to them. After all, discovering a new dungeon is a significant find, and they need to be aware of it."
Acknowledging Gerald's plan, Patrick and the rest nodded in agreement. Jay, though appearing slightly uneasy with the decision, also gave a nod.
"Alright then," Gerald declared, moving to the front of the group. He raised his hand in the air and clapped loudly, grabbing everyone's attention. "I hope you've all rested enough and replenished your energy, because break time is over."
