Steam billowed out as Lucielle threw open the bathroom door and witnessed the scene before. Her stare turned icy as she witnessed Brian thrusting himself into her limp form in the bath tub. Sighing loudly Lucielle walked further into the bathroom before stopping beside the still thrusting Brian. Looking down at his pale back she noticed the blood pooling in the bath tub. 'Hmmmm so he managed to get the jump on me somehow. I wouldn't have expected that considering how weak he was in the Gate.'
Glancing back at her own limp form Lucielle sighed. "This isn't the first time something of this nature has happened to me Mithrial. Ever since I attained my current looks this has happened countless times since I lacked the ability to defend myself properly. Though....." Lucielle snapped a finger and a mini ball of flame appeared above her index finger before she flung it onto the oblivious Brian. The flames quickly consumed him but his thrusts into her sacred region never ceased as Lucielle turned away from the demeaning scene, a sadistic smile plastered across her angelic face. "Things will obviously be much different from now on."
"Now answer a few questions for me Mithrial. Does this power only allow me to peer into someone Fate in the future or can I also look at their past Fate as well?" Lucielle closed the door to the bathroom behind her before walking to her bed to lay down.
"Hmmm that would be pretty convenient but I should stick to refining my battle instincts rather than rely on an ability that could be taken from me." Sliding off the bed Lucielle stood up before ending the Fate Sight skill and turning to Brian as he sat down beside her. 'Thanks for the info Mithrial. Remember to remind me to increase your wage at some point.'
<....I don't get paid for this my Lord.>
Chuckling in her mind Lucielle finally looked fully at Brian as he got comfortable in the seat beside her. He looked to be around nineteen years old with straight blonde hair that was caked with filth and blood. His cold blue eyes lit up as he gazed into her own cold gaze. Flashing a smile which showed off his pearly whites Brian began to speak.
"You were pretty impressive in that Gate. I guess the rumors about you being just a pretty face were just baseless." Grunting at him Lucielle turned her gaze back out towards the desert that was rolling on by as the bus continued.
"Haha not much for conversing still are you? Guess I shouldn't have expected much from the stoic warrior princess of the Ratman incident." Still chuckling to himself Brian leaned back into the seat while peering at Lucielle from the corner of his eye. "For a first time Gate dive that was a pretty intense experience. Makes ya wonder just how bad the higher ranked Gates will be. Though I don't expect you'll ever see any of those much less myself. Maybe that Stark guy if he manages to get off his high horse before he gets himself killed."
Lucielle glanced back over at Brian before cheekily responding. "You sure talk a lot. I think you would be better suited pursuing a career as a spokesman than as a Slayer. Now please leave me be so I can rest in peace else I'm liable to set you ablaze like I did that Ratman." Lucielle closed her eyes as she leaned back into her seat and drew her hoodie down across her face.
A vein throbbed on Brians forehead as anger painted his cheeks but he quickly brought his emotions back under control. Glancing back at the resting Lucielle as he rose from the seat beside her, Brian swore he'd enjoy tormenting that pretty face later on in the day. Returning back to his seat beside Chris, who was looking at him weirdly, Brian decided to rest as well for the remainder of their ride back to the station.
'I know Mithrial. I was planning on saving that for when we're safely back home. People would be asking a lot more questions if I came walking out of the Gate with a new weapon when one didn't drop from the boss monster.'
'I may only be nineteen years old in this current lifetime but I've been through a lot of things that have aged me beyond my years. Now let me rest in peace Mithrial. I need to be back in peak condition when we return to town.'
