Chapter 5 - Master Blacksmith Heiden

"We have arrived at our destination, Suns of the Domain!" shouted the driver of the carriage upon their arrival.

Upon hearing him, Prince Heracles excitedly came out of the carriage alongside his father. "Where are we going, Dad?" asked the excited little prince.

With a smile on his face, Prince Lucas said with a smile, "We are going to meet one of your father's closest friends. Be polite to him. I want you to be his student! He is one of the great person who are under the profession of being a blacksmith!"

"Okay~!" said Prince Heracles as he followed his father. He couldn't help but be excited thinking to himself, 'I am going to meet an expert? I hope to learn a lot from him!'

Before they could enter the entrance, a little girl suddenly came out of the door who greeted Prince Lucas saying, "Greetings, Sun of the Domain! How may I help you?" she said as she slightly bowed her head.

"If it isn't little Shirley? You have grown up! You are just a little girl when I came here a few years ago! Heracles, greet her. She is the daughter of my close friend," said Prince Lucas with a smile.

"Hello!" said Heracles with a smile on his face. Since he is a member of the Overlord family, Shirley decided to greet him back with a polite bow.

At the next moment, Prince Lucas asked her, "Where is your father? I came here today to ask him a favor." "He is forging a sword, Sun of the Domain! Please let me escort you to him! Although he is busy, I'm sure my father will give some time for you!" said Shirley with a smile on her face.

"Please lead the way," said Prince Lucas at the next moment. After following the little red-haired girl, Heracles and his father were led to a room full of mists. "Did you just finish forging your sword, father? You have some visitors waiting for you!" shouted Shirley as the mists dissipates.

"A visitor, you say? Who is visiting me at my precious forging time!?" said the old man. When the mists cleared away, Heracles saw an old man holding a newly forged sword with a grumpy expression.

To his surprise, the grumpy old man suddenly smiled upon seeing his father. "My best buddy, Prince Lucas! You brought your son! If I'm not mistaken, he's a year older than my daughter! Therefore, he must be 12 years old now. What brings you here today?" the braided middle-man said as he excitedly came to Prince Lucas's side. He has a muscular build which is suitable for a man of his profession.

"As you know, my son just reached the age of 12 this year. I brought him today here because I know you will like the system that he got!" said Prince Lucas in response to his friend's question.

Excitement began to spread in Heiden's expression upon hearing the prince of the Domain. At the next moment, he held Heracles' shoulder with great vigor. He asked him as his eyes sparkled with excitement, "What is your system, little prince?"

"I got the Sword Vulcan System, sir Heiden!" said Prince Heracles with excitement.

At the next moment, Heiden suddenly glanced at Prince Lucas with gratefulness and excitement in his eyes. He already understood the prince's intention when he brought his son to him.

Without any hesitation, Heiden said to Prince Heracles, "I am a Master Blacksmith! Do you want to become my student!?" Heracles looked at Prince Lucas to ask for his permission. Before he could utter any words, Prince Lucas nodded at him with a smile on his face. At that very moment, Prince Heracles suddenly knelt in front of his father's friend.

He shouted with a resolute expression, "I, Heracles Von Alcatraz, greet my master!" "You can stand up, my student! It is not right for a member of the Overlord family to bow their heads to a normal citizen like myself! It is enough that you acknowledge me as your master!" said Heiden with a smile.

"My father taught me this courtesy. It is only right for a disciple like myself to pay his respect to his master!" said Heracles with conviction.

"You made a great job raising this kid, Prince Lucas! He got humility despite his stature!" said Heiden as he looked at Prince Lucas with a smile. "The merits of raising him are not mine alone to take. His mother has done a great job as well," Prince Lucas said in response.

"Now, back to business! You must have received your main quest now, right? I will send my best people to create a forge for you in the castle you live in later in the day! I will teach you the basics tomorrow when your personal forged is built!" said Heiden with great vigor.

Upon hearing him, Prince Heracles couldn't help but be excited. He said as his eyes sparkled with excitement, "Thank you, master! I will do my best to meet your expectation!"

"Everything for my new student!" said Heiden with a smile. At the next moment, Prince Lucas came toward Heiden's side. He whispered to him, "Thank you for accepting him as your student. I will pay for everything, so you will not incur any losses."

"There's no need for you to do that. He is my student! Therefore, it is my responsibility to provide these things! Also, you don't have to thank me. I am the one who wants to thank you for giving me a chance to teach a Sword Vulcan!" said Heiden in response.

"Okay, fine. I know how stubborn you are, after all. If that's the case, I will leave my son in your care. Please guide him to the peak!" said Prince Lucas with a smile. "Of course I will! He is my student and at the same time, the son of my close friend!" said Heiden in response.

"We will take our leave for now. He wants to go around Central Park. Give us a list of ores that we need to buy. If you will answer for his forge, I want to buy the ores using my money," said Prince Lucas.

"I also know how stubborn you are, so I am letting you buy the ores. Wait a few minutes! I will create a list of ores that my student will need learning the art of blacksmithing."
