Colt yawned as he captained the ship and Gideon stood on the crow's nest of the ship and scouted. I was leaning against the rails of the main deck and soaked in the night breeze. The night was very calm and peaceful. The gentle sound of the waves was enough to nearly put me to sleep.
"You lads are free to go into the cabins and rest up! It's all smooth sailing from here!" Colt called out.
"Alright! If there's any danger you can call on us!" Gideon called out as well.
I heard them and decided to go inside the boat and went into a room to rest up for the night. Gideon also retreated to a room and rested up for the night.
The next day arrived and I woke up after a long rest. I decided to get ready for the day and head up onto the main deck then noticed Colt and Vriska talking while Colt captained the ship.
"Morning Leader." Serafina said as she slipped her tea.
"Morning Serafina." I yawned and stretched.
"Seems like you slept well." She said and watched me sit at the table with her.
"Mmmph, I guess. Doesn't feel the same as an actual bed in a house or hotel, but it's something at the very least." I said. "Surprised you care about how I slept."
Serafina grunted and blushed slightly. "I didn't ask because I cared, don't get the wrong idea..! I'm just starting up a conversation!"
I looked at Serafina and smiled. "You don't have to get all defensive, I'm just kidding around."
"Whatever...idiot.." Serafina said.
"Oi! Captain! Enemy Ship ahead!" One of Colt's henchmen said as they scouted.
Colt looked to where his henchmen spotted the enemy ship then noticed the ship was stopped on an island with some form of base on the island. They were raiding the island.
I stood up and used my Crest of Scientology to biologically enhance my eyesight to see further. I walked to the side of the deck to see what was going on. Serafina also got up and stood beside me.
"What's going on?" Serafina asked.
I watched and noticed pirates kidnapping a Kitsune from the building. She walked out in chains and looked very afraid. "Colt! Follow that ship!"
"Right!" Colt said then turned the ship to pursue the other ship.
"What happened?" Serafina asked.
"A woman was kidnapped. I'm planning to save her." I said then my Crest of Scientology stopped shining, returning my eyesight back to normal.
As we pursued the enemy ship, the enemy noticed we were following and decided to shoot cannon balls at us. I used my Crest of Absence to manipulate the space around the ship and make the cannon ball ricochet away from the ship.
"We can't attack the ship because of the woman who's kidnapped. Don't worry about anything except catching up to the ship!" I said.
"Alright." Colt said and kept pursuing the enemy ship.
"Captain! The enemy ship is still coming and they seem to have a person with a Crest with them!" A pirate said.
"Hmph, shot em down. We've got to get this one to the boss. She's gonna pay fine money.." The captain smirked and gripped her cheeks with one hand.
The Kitsune glared at him then bit his hand.
The captain groaned then managed to free his hand from her mouth. "You fucking bitch.." The captain growled then slapped her to the ground. The woman squeaked as she hit the ground.
More cannon balls were fired at us, but I kept using my power to deflect the projectiles away from the ship. I used the Crest of Magology to control the waters to propel us faster to the enemy ship. The pirates of the enemy ship looked at us surprised.
"They're here!" The pirates said in shock.
I used the Crest of Absence to control the motion of both of our ships, making them stay still by making the kinetic energy of the ships disappear.
"He's holding our ship still, we're going against a High Tier it seems!" The pirates warned.
I summoned my Valor of Ruin then watched the planks be set down and walked on the planks to reach the enemy ship. The pirates readied their weapons and watched me. I looked around and spotted the kidnapped woman. She looked at me and looked scared. I could see a scar or two on her body and a hand print on her cheek.
"What are you waiting for?! Get him and slice his guts!" The captain bellowed.
I watched the pirates charge at me with their weapons in hand. I dashed to them and vanished. I appeared behind the band of pirates then flicked the sword off my sword. The pirates dropped dead on the deck and some fell into the ocean.
"That...that sword...you couldn't be...the son of Shidao Ragnarok.." The captain said in shock.
I pointed at the captain and glared at him. "Your men are weak. I've fought Skeletons stronger than them. Now it's your turn to fall."
"That look in his eyes...He is...the son of Shidao...How..?" The captain said.
I looked at him and noticed his afraid look then smirked. I lowered my sword then walked to the Kitsune and crouched down. I destroyed the chains off her body then helped her up. I picked her up bridal style then carried her over to our ship. The henchmen retracted the planks then I returned the kinetic energy to both of our ships. Our ship rode off and continued on the route to Adristan.
"You made quick work of them." Serafina said.
"I had to, didn't want to waste too much time toying with some Tier 10s and 9s." I said then set the Kitsune down. I studied her appearance and got a good look at her.
The Kitsune had white hair that went a little past her shoulders with blue tips in her hair. Her fox ears were also white as well as her fluffy tail. She had blue markings on her face and on her arms as well. Her eyes shined a golden color and were beautiful at that with vertical pupils. She had a buxom figure, with large thighs and plump, bouncy breasts. She wore a shrine maiden's outfit and wore a blue and black kitsune mask on the side of her head.
"Hey, what's your name?" I asked and looked at her.
The kitsune looked at me and hugged me. Serafina looked pretty surprised and noticed the kitsune's tail wagging from side to side.
"Master..~" The Kitsune said.
"Whaaaa..?" I said confused. "Uhm...can we start with introductions first before we start behaving like we've known each other for decades?"
The Kitsune let go of me and had a slight blush on her face. "I am Mika Io Doomsday. It is a pleasure to meet my master who is you Master Ragnarok. My familiar told me of a man who would come for me in my time of need and that someone would be my master~"
"Shiryo! What the hell is she talking about?" Serafina asked, sounding a bit jealous.
"Like I'm supposed to know- Wait did you say Doomsday?" I asked Mika.
"Mhm!~ The Doomsday Bloodline were like servants for the Ragnarok Bloodline therefore making you my Master by history~" Mika said and her tail wagged.
'What..? How come I know so little about my own Bloodline and history..?' I thought to myself.
"What's all the commotion up here?" Phoenix asked and yawned, rubbing her eyes. "All I'm hearing is explosion here and explosion there then we stopped and go, today is too active for my liking."
I noticed Phoenix walk up and hug my arm. "Good...morning I guess?"
"Mmm~" Phoenix smiled and heard a bit of overprotective growling from Mika. She opened her eyes and looked at Mika. "Who the hell is this?"
"Hands off my Master!" Mika said.
"Master? The hell?" Phoenix asked and looked at me then back at Mika. "Listen, Fox, I don't know what planet you come from, but Ragna is MINE! Go find your own man!"
"He's my master by Bloodline History! I am Mika Io Doomsday and I have a right to be around him! You keep your hands off my master because we don't need your filthy feathers dirtying him!" Mika said and hugged my other arm.
'She's only been here for three minutes and already got herself an enemy..' I thought to myself.
"Doomsday? HA! I knew your Bloodline was a bunch of bootlickers! Unlike the Apocalypse Bloodline, we don't lick anyone's boots simply because they are higher in power. Pa-the-tic!" Phoenix said.
"Well at least we still have members of our Bloodline. I haven't heard of an Apocalypse since EVER! And if you're gonna be around my master, what are you going to contribute for him? I will go over and beyond to meet his needs, financially, physically, sexually, you name it I'll do it because I-"
"Shut the fuck up!" Phoenix said. "All you do is yap your lips, you are a flea infested canine so it makes sense that all you do is yap!"
"Both of you calm down!" I said and they looked away from each other.
The Doomsday Bloodline and the Apocalypse Bloodline have been enemies for the longest time and having them both on the same team is like trying to use fire to put out a fire. I knew from this very interaction that these two were going to be at each other's necks constantly. It was going to be yet another awkward day.
Shira walked down the street alone and decided to try to find new friends outside of the maids at the castle. She had the sense that someone was following her and she stopped walking and turned around. She didn't see anyone there then she turned back around then noticed Erin in front of her. She jumped a bit and took a step backwards.
"You..." Shira glared.
"You know about my huh? I heard what you told Fujo at the castle and I don't appreciate it. I don't think we've properly met...The name's Erin Doomsday.." Erin started and her End Crest of Nostradamus shined. She transformed into her true form which was a black haired Kitsune and her red eyes shined. "...And I don't appreciate how aware you are. Must be a Ragnarok thing.."
"Doomsday..? You're supposed to be allied with the Ragnarok, why are you against us..?" Shira asked.
"Oh? Your weakling mother didn't tell you? Your father is known as the Ruin Emperor and he killed our Bloodline Leader, killing the many important figures in our Bloodline then decided to settle down with your mother as if he didn't ruin our family. The damages he caused on my Bloodline was more than enough reason to have the motivation to help the League of the Damned in completing their goal, the Destruction of the Ragnarok." Erin said then gripped Shira's neck.
Shira grunted and held Erin's wrist. "I-I...haven't done anything to...you..!"
"You haven't. That's correct, but your Bloodline is the core issue...He even killed the very person King Icas loved, ruined his entire family. He destroyed more than he saved. We were merely sacrifices for his own deeds and we will not allow it anymore..." Erin said as she began to choke Shira harder.
Fujo appeared behind Erin and his eyes shined brightly. He sliced her back and Erin groaned loudly, dropping Shira. "I guess Shira was right about you."
Shira fell on her butt and coughed, holding her neck. She looked up at Fujo then noticed Erin vanish. "Fujo..."
"Shira. Pack your bags. You're joining Shiryo. It's too dangerous for you here in Gesian especially knowing King Icas is here." Fujo said.
"What are you going to do?" Shira asked.
"I'm going to save your mother. She's also being targeted because she's a Ragnarok. Listen to me, don't be afraid of your power. Stay beside Shiryo at all times. I don't know when we will meet again, but just remember that I love you." Fujo said then helped her up.
"Fujo.." Shira said then nodded and hurried back to the castle.
Fujo watched and sensed someone behind him. He looked back and noticed Blight behind him. "Finally show your face...Blight Doomsday?"
"Heh...how noble of you to save your little sister. For being a normal human, you're quite skilled. More skilled than the average." Blight smirked.
Fujo smirked and turned around fully to face Blight. "The Ragnarok Bloodline is strong but everyone needs a hero...Although Reina isn't my mother, she's my mom and I will go to the ends of the earth to save her. I knew you all were plotting since the day I came to the exams. Your main target is my little bro, well...I'll say that if you want him or anyone of my family members, you're gonna have to get through me."
Blight laughed and crossed his arms. "How noble..."
"Yeah, and I'll show you I'm not all talk.." Fujo said then his Crest shined on his hand.
Blight noticed the Crest and his eyes widened. "The Crest of Replication..? I see...no wonder you ranked so high in the Kingdom.."
"Yeah, but this power does come with some drawbacks...but overall it's enough to protect those I love." Fujo said.
"Oh well let's see it in action then." Blight said and summoned his halberd.
"With pleasure." Fujo said then summoned his sword.
