In the school's infirmary,
A boy and a girl are resting on the spotless white bed. They have their eyes wide open, because they were never asleep in the first place. All they got was a little ass whooping.
Their memories of what happened to Kenma and those Rulers are still vivid in their heads.
The boy moved to face the girl to the right of him, "Inu. Are you alright?"
"Umu. I just can't believe Kenma had that side of nature. It's like my whole life was an anime and this is an unexpected plot twist." Inu said as she faced her brother, Kota in the face.
"Mhm. It was surprising. In the end They still got him huh?"
"Yeah. Kenma ignored the very first and most important rule; Do not kill."
–
In a very glamorous room sits a masked man on a chair. Behind the table in front of him is a tied-up teenage boy kneeling on the ground.
"Kenma Houtarou. The head of the Kirisu family desires to see you."
"I don't know who you are or where I am, but could you please untie me?" I said then pondered in my head, 'Kirisu family... Isn't that the name that Kota-kun mentioned. Mado Kirisu, if I remembered correctly.'
"We can't unfortunately, but after seeing you fight I would love to, perhaps spar?" The masked man said.
"Then could I at least know who you are."
"I'm the principal of this school. I'm surprised Kenma. You have great politeness, even when you're from… a rather less fortunate background."
'Well I have a diverse vocabulary because I remember every word I read.' I explained in my mind.
"You know who I am?" I asked.
"I read your files. It has absolutely nothing in it. Since you are born in the worst ever city to live in. Your files, your identity, your very existence were not recorded by the database."
"I'm truly lucky ay."
"Yes. Indeed you are, which makes us more curious to debunk your identity."
Then suddenly the door behind me opens.
A man dressed up in a full tuxedo with his face covered in the same featureless mask comes in.
The principal stands up and bowes down like he is in the presence of an almighty king.
"Code name: Orpheus. I thought Kirisu himself wanted to meet us." The principal said and sighed.
"It's Sir Kirisu for you. Remember your place, Ulysses." Said the man calmly.
He sat down in a chair next to me. At the same time the principal sits back down.
"So? This kid broke the Ruler's code?" The man asked.
"He killed a Ruler in my vicinity. He fights well. In fact he puts up quite a show for me."
The man glanced at me.
"You don't seem like a killer. Answer me." He lifted my chin to meet his, "Who are you? You were born in Honma city. The database doesn't record the citizens from there, that's why no police officers come to aid when gangsters raid that place. When we heard the news that the gangsters had suddenly disappeared, we were quite shocked. Are you perhaps the person who defeated them?"
He talks a lot, a bit much.
"I'm Kenma Houtarou." I simply said ignoring his second question and answering the first.
"Scintillate my mind with something brand new." The man said.
"I… am a very strong person." I said.
"I realized that as you beat up the top 107, 108, 211, and 218 Rulers altogether."
"Oh? Which one did I kill?" I asked condescendingly.
"Top 108; his name is Tori Aganaki, the son of a fodder gangster who worked under a certain Yakuza." The man answered.
"What will be my punishment for killing Tori Aganaki?" I asked.
"Well, you are lucky because the victim's parents usually set up the punishments, but Top 108's parents are still in prison. Kenma. I want to ask you something. Why did you even put up a fight? We checked the security footage and saw your face grinning; why? Were you mad? Why are you mad? Is it because those two couples were beaten up? But you only met your 'friends' for 3 hours. Why? What is your motive?" The man asked.
"My motive? Well. To be honest... I don't know. My body just reacts suddenly."
"Oho?" The principal scuffed.
"Then, Kenma. Do you like it when you fight? Do you want to feel your blood rushing through your veins? Do you want to be at the top?" The man suddenly asks.
*CLICK*
"Yes!" I said while grinning. 'Hah... I thought I would retire from fighting but here I am making a deal with the devil. I guess this is my destiny... To plunder blood-gushing, fist-raging, violence-craving entities all around me. Hehe... I said it before and I will say it again. No man shall exist on equal ground with me!'
"Kenma... Hahaha... Your expression. You're drooling all over your face. Do you really crave violence? Do you have any idea what you're getting into? DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE AT THE TOP?!." The man said.
'HAHAHAHA... I'm loving this city already. Very well. I will show you, Code name: Orpheus. I will show you what hell looks like.' I thought with a grin full of drool like a tiger when they saw their prey.
"Now, sign this paper, and you will become one of the Garan High Rulers."
The man handed me a piece of paper and a pen.
The paper says:
--
Garan High: Agreement to obey the Ruler system.
The second party must consent to these rules:
1. Do not kill for there will be penalties if you commit this act.
2. Extortions, Blackmail, and other cowardly behaviors will not be tolerated.

4. The school's administration will not handle any crimes conducted by the second party.
5. In a fight, the second party is allowed to use any weapons or medium to win at all costs. There are exceptions and that is firearms and sharp weapons will NOT be permitted.
The second party benefits:

2. The second party is now allowed to access the black market using his Ruler identity.

I read the paper in one sight, grab the pen, and instantly sign it.
'I will rule this school. Then the other schools. Then I will aim toward the Yakuza, then the fucking world. Why the fuck not?! HAHAHA! I sense bloodbath nearing!' I thought in ecstasy.
