Reaper stared at her without speaking while Natasha waited for his response. After waiting for about a minute and he didn't say a word, more tears streamed down her face. And she buried her face in his chest. "I am sorry for asking," she said and sobbed into his clothes.
She should have known to stick to herself no matter how strong the pull was on her to him. She should have fought and tried to stay sane and clear and headed. When she thought he would be as usual without responding or reacting to her, he wraps his hands around her, surprising her again the second time for the night.
"Natasha," He called her name and she raised her head to look at his face. He stared at her small and innocent face and something flickered in his lifeless eyes that she did not quite understand in her current dazed and drunk state.
