After a week long discussion and comments over the said project of 'Dakshgram', Dakshit called me to his premises at the factory. I was walking on the streets nearby when I saw some police vans rushing back from the factory. On entering the factory premises on foot, I doubted Gurudev's car was present there. I saw a jasmine vase on the table of the security guard. Everytime Aisha visited the factory after her wedding, she used to bring a jasmine flower vase to him. This made me assured of the fact that something fishy was going on. I confidently entered the office where actually none of them were present. Had Dakshit called me in his office, I took my seat and waited for his next call. I heard a tic-tic sound below the table and I noticed a BOMB there.
After three minutes, the bomb made a high pitch and then a blasting sound but I didn't move.
Dakshit and his family, Gurudev, Aisha, Ma'am Sumati, Commissioner of Police Mr. Bhima Rathore and his two subordinates entered the office.
Me: (gesturing Pranaam to Gurudev first) Welcome everyone! Greetings Ma'am! Greetings Sir! Hello, everyone!
Ma'am Sumati: Agastya! When you knew about the bomb, why didn't you run out?
Me: (simpering face) C'mon ma'am! I can notice that none wishes me to.
Mr. Bhima: Don't you fear?
I drew a smile at him and swiftly threw a weaponised playing card on one of his subordinates that cut one of his shoulder straps. The other one pointed his gun on me. Mr. Bhima asked him to hold his gun down.
Me: This is fear! If this nonsense is over, may I know why did you call me, Dakshit?
Dakshit: You have no answers from me Agastya. Gurudev will tell you.
Gurudev: Tell me, Agastya. What did you notice that didn't fear you of the explosion?
Me: Gurudev! When Dakshit called me, I was in the near market. I noticed police vans rushing back from the factory gate. When I entered here, I saw your car outside. Aisha presents a jasmine vase to the security each time she visits here and I saw it on the table. Mrs. Rubina, a employee here, always fears high when she sees a police officer around her. If all the policemen returned, she wouldn't shake in tremble. While Dakshit called me in his office, I entered and waited for here was none other than me. Most importantly, the time machine of the explosive was set but there was no explosive. Rather, there was a sound effect set in it. Why should I fear and for what? I just felt it a joke and a bad one!
Gurudev: So, have you made this walkthrough video of 'Dakshgram'?
Me: No, sir. In consultations with me, the team at Orwell Builders made it.
Gurudev: You wish to construct this model on the lands of Banno, Bajrili and Dugdhu. Why these three villages?
Me: Gurudev, if we look back at the history of these three villages, we will discover that Dugdhu had the best executives, Banno has the well-crafted businesses and the lands of Bajrili is alluvial and fertile. They have all three major resources for a rich and developed society but lack of good coordination, greed and adamance gave rise to people like Visvarak, Durjaya and Acharya Lakshman. A system of autocracy and 'Law of Fish' exists everywhere. If we act in unity, awareness and focus, we can take a huge segment of humanity to a different level of living and an era of possibilities. In my view, it is required to set an example here first. This is all, Gurudev!
Gurudev: Ma'am Sumati! Bhima Sir! Do you have anything more to ask?
Mr. Bhima: Acharya! I agree to what he said but government and opposition will have a grand tussle on this case and I can't guarantee for how long may his vision be postponed.
Ma'am Sumati: Gurudev! He is an exception but not everyone think like he does. It's a threat to the democratic principles of our nation. Tomorrow, people will start talking about 'Communism Rule'!
Me: Ma'am Sumati! Which company or an organisation follows the democratic principles in its internal structure? Earnings of each employee, his/her expenses under the company, designation and even termination is under the control of the management.
Bhima: So you say, this is an organisation. We will be fortunate to read the titles of 'Rise of East India Company in the west' in the newspaper delivered to us the very next morning.
Me: Even today, I saw a book named 'The Common Wealth' written by Joe Pierson which depicts Bharata as a territory of the UK. I searched for its rating where I discovered 4.5 that means it's a popular one. People are celebrating being a 'Common Wealth' of those white people. Don't you know that the leaders of the nation today are genuine or sanctimonious? Who knows the future? It would be rightful to a farmer being assured of harvesting healthy crops for he had ploughed the field, sown the seeds, irrigated the land, composted the manure, taken care of the sapling and grown it up. But, people who turn their faces towards their duties and talk big are no concern for me. If one dutifully does his job, there's a slight possibility of being failed in the motive for various reasons but what's the possibility of achieving a motive by doing nothing? Even if we don't achieve the objective, what we get is nothing less than one can possibly think of before its begin. So, I believe the wise are brave and braves are dutiful and dutiful are venerated by the one who is venerated by a coward to fulfill his wishes i.e. God!
Ma'am Sumati handed me a glass of water. I thanked her.
Ma'am Sumati: Actually, he is right. I will talk to the Chief Minister and our respected Prime Minister on this. I assure you that I will do my best to achieve the vision you have set.
Bhima: I will too help you on my part.
Dakshit: I am ready with this appeal to send to the state government.
Ma'am Sumati: Hand it over to me. Agastya! I am looking forward to hearing your governance principles. Shall meet you soon.
Gurudev: You are a saint, my child. Remain blessed! May you succeed in your vision!
Me: Pranipat Gurudev! Greetings to everyone!
It was four in the evening when I returned back to my room. Bhanu was reading a case file Mr. Nagar had asked her to.
Bhanu: Where have you been all day Agastya? You have completed your internship and I am left with all this.
I kept silence. But she continued to murmur. Later, she asked me to focus on the case file and help her understand it well. I gave her an incomplete analysis and went to rest. She tried to focus on the reasons behind the events drawn in the case. The next day when she returned with a low face:
Bhanu: Agastya! You gave me an incomplete analysis of the case.
Me: It was your job to complete it, right?
Bhanu: Yeah, but Mr. Nagar has following to say more.
Me: I know that very well. And it's not for me but you.
Bhanu: Why didn't you make me understand?
Me: For you will devalue yourself. You will degrade your efficiency and standards. FOCUS on each little word Bhanu. Didn't you see the word 'nephew' and the accused called his nephew's mom his sister? So, it was a in-law family case. In-laws are at order but can't be ordered. Find out where was the mistake.
Bhanu: Yes, Mr. Nagar said that the actual culprit was the elder brother of the accused for he provoked his younger brother for the crime.
Me: I have always said you not to trust any other than your conscience. Remember that you are a professional lawyer. You will meet lies everywhere. Lies are nothing but veiled truths and veils ARE...
Bhanu: Perspectives!
Me: Good, so do it.
The news of taking the three villages on lease spread out as quick as fire. Dakshit and his family and I had to answer a lot of questions to the journalists. However, we tried to avoid them most of the time but later Dakshit had to call the media and have a interview on Dakshgram. On hearing positive responses from the leaders of the nation, people feared that they will lose their land for low price if Government signed the lease papers. Thus, most of the people came to Rivaaze Vastra Udhyog to have their land sold for a considerable amount. With minimum profit amount, around sixty percent of the private land property was sold to Rivaaze Vastra Udhyog Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Padmakar and the Panchayat of Dugdhu advertised the model of Dakshgram and convinced the people to accept the new model of development. This topic reached the President's office, PMO and the parliament too. The news and editorials time and again discussed about the Dakshgram. It was a major discussion on the definition of an 'organisation' and how would the Dakshgram be treated in the political map of Bharata. Politicians from all around the nation had different opinion and definitions of Dakshgram. Some called it a rich kid's guest house while some called it a begin of colonized Bharata where Bharata will become a democracy for Babylonians. Some defined it a new module of kingship while some understood it as a firm and the residents as interns. Some said it would give birth to autocracy in future while some said people would understand the real meaning of democracy through this. Some purported on to wait and watch the governance and execution of authority and some kept silence for their incomplete knowledge of authoritative practise at Dakshgram. One day at the college, I received a call that said PMO- pmoffice on the EyeCall Contact application. I stood up during the class and asked the professor if I could take the call.
Professor: Deny it and keep silence. Sit down!
Me: Sir, it's from the PM Office!
The professor and other students had their eyes gazing on me with great surprise.
Me: I think I should pick it up. Excuse me!
(Over the phone..)
PM_Secretary: Hello Agastya!
Me: Hello, sir!
PM_Secretary: You are invited to a personal meeting with Hon'ble Prime Minister at his mansions at Raisina Hills on September 12th, sharp at 11 a.m. Do not forget the date and time.
Me: I will remember it for life, sir! Thank you!
PM_Secretary: Have a good day!
Professor: Congrats Agastya! You have a meeting with the Hon'ble PM.
Everyone in the class: Congrats Agastya!
Me: Thank you everyone! Sir, let me inform it to Gurudev!
Professor: You may!
I informed Mr. Shaunak that I had an inportant information to report it to Gurudev. On permission received, Mr. Shaunak let me in.
Me: Pranaam Gurudev!
Gurudev: May you provide a valuable record to this nation!
Me: Gurudev! I had a call from PMO. The secretary of Hon'ble PM has invited me on a meeting with the PM on 12th of September.
Gurudev: That's a great news Agastya! You must look forward.
Me: But Gurudev! How should I approach him? I fear of his personality and position.
Gurudev: Everyone should! But, be yourself when you are meeting the Hon'ble PM. He has a complete profile about you so, don't overact in front of him. I know you don't but a slight over-confident and showy trace in your attitude shall destroy your plans. Be a normal guy and face him as like you face your dad!
Me: I can't face him likewise I face my DAD but I understand what you meant to say. Any orders for me, Gurudev!
Gurudev pondered on the essence behind my saying but didn't question me and asked me to be prepared for the meeting.
September 12th, 2022:
I entered the Raisina Hills at 10 a.m. When I reached the southern block to the PMO building, it was around twenty minutes left for the meeting after I parked my car and came upstairs to the office of the secretary to the Prime Minister of Bharata.
1995 batch BAS officer Mr. Ravi Shetty, Secretary to the P.M. of Bharata, welcomed me and asked to wait until 11 a.m. He had a call from an MP of Saurashtra where I learnt a part of his art of reserving time of the honourable PM of the great nation that's inextricably required for him to focus on the national progress both on domestic and global levels.
At sharp 11 a.m.:
I entered the hall of P.M.O. that uttered the silence of highest concentrations and responsibilities. Mr. Aniruddha Pradhan, PM of Bharata, was peeking on the files on his table when I approached to him maintaining the pin drop silence vibes. I came to a distance of around ten feets from the PM's chair and after a complete five minutes interval, I spoke up.
Me: Good afternoon sir!
PM Pradhan: (with a look on me and his watch) You are five minutes late gentleman!
Me: I am sorry to say but you missed to welcome me here in your office five minutes back.
PM Pradhan: Oh, really? I was busy on some important work. Well, please have a seat!
Me: (while standing) Sir, you are on that position where anything or anyone comes to you is quintessential for this nation. You must have called me on a purpose good for all.
(I took the seat)
PM Pradhan: Yes, gentleman! Agastya, don't you think people follow someone believing that s/he will ease or upgrade their life for negligible taxes imposed on them?
Me: Yes and they think it right for what a leader can provide to his/her followers is far above than what they achieve on their own. Just a simple yes to the transformation and radical thinking in life is far cheaper than life itself.
PM Pradhan: Is the 'yes' so simple?
Me: Sir, humans are social well-beings. They have the wisdom teeth that other animals don't have. If people accept change on will, it's beyond excellence and if they don't, then the wisest have always preferred to formulate the penal policy. Fear, that saves one from the possible punishment of the supposed action or crime, is a good trait.
PM Pradhan: Then, why don't you join the BAS and implement the penal codes effectively?
Me: My vision is not about implementing penal policy on the citizens of Bharata. I love them and hence, I want them to grow more cultured and capable. There are hundreds of ways to accomplish my goal but I can't chose all of them at once. My heart says that my choices must be actions and not words.
PM Pradhan: In my personal experience of politics, people neither understand your actions nor words but their own greed!
Me: That's why you are drawing policies where the citizens are mostly bereft of hard money under the mosses and hence, they have limited time to give opinions on national issues.
PM Pradhan: The bravest, the richest and the wisest kings of ancient Bharata have always done so.
Me: So, what should I do now?
PM Pradhan: What is your 'Dakshgram' project? Is it an organisation or a part of political Bharata?
Me: How would you like it, sir?
PM Pradhan: (with a contented smile on his face) Welcome to the new model of Bharata!
After two months of meetings and discussions, the night just before Vishwakarma Puja, I had a call from Ma'am Sumati when she said:
Ma'am Sumati: Agastya, your sleepy nights are over now. Get habitual to listening complaints from all directions anytime and anywhere.
Me: So, that means...
Ma'am Sumati: Yes, that means the President and Ministry of Home Affairs have signed your project under the recommendation of the Parliament and Rivaaze Vastra Udhyog has a 99 year lease over the lands of the villages Dugdhu, Banno and Bajrili as defined in the government records. All the documents have reached to my office.
Me: Thank you so much Ma'am. You have no idea how glad I am on hearing this.
Ma'am Sumati: And you have no idea how willing I and the Bharata am to see you govern the Dakshgram. A new model of local level government of this Transforming Bharata. (smiles) Let's meet tomorrow.
Me: Sure ma'am!
At the dawn, when everyone came out of their homes and read the newspapers that laid on their floors, it was a breaking news for all of them that Dakshgram was set to be established under the command of Agastya i.e. me.
