Chapter 32 - Chapter 32 Inauguration of Dakshgram!

May 15, 2025

At the prime residential building of Dakshgram:

Dakshit: Grandeur! Agastya, It's simple and beautiful just like the our company's tagline.

Me: Obviously, Dakshit! For you are the real owner of all this Dakshgram!

Mr. Orwell: As per the set standards designed in the walk-through video as per Vastu shastra, the pavements, the lawns, the lamp posts, the articulate designs of roofs, floors, pillars and walls, the lift system that travels on electromagnetic force, the indoor and outdoor staircases, the washrooms and bathrooms, kitchens, water tanks with automatic filling-up system, wheeled doors and windows, ventilations, drainage systems, rainwater collection system, electric wirings and water pipes, etc. are all specifically built for different kinds of families and occupational usage. Please step your foot forward and have a look at your empire.

Mr. Abhinav: Yes sir! The furnitures and fixtures, wall paints and paintings, room setup, kitchen setup and other indoor modifications are also complete on my side.

Dakshit: Did you follow the guidelines set by Agastya, Mr. Abhinav?

Mr. Abhinav: Yes, yes, why wouldn't I? All the works have been supervised and completed under his guidelines. We have made no input on our side.

Mr. Dakshit: Good! Let's have a look!

Mr. Orwell: Please!

Mr. Abhinav: Please!

Dakshit: So, to the northernmost of this building, he 'The Governor' will reside and take his office! The adjacent two rooms are the staff room and the conference hall. Right?

Mr. Orwell: Yes, sir!

Dakshit: The lower floors will function as occupational hubs for the service men! As per the data collected in our register, we have appropriate spaces for all of them!

Me: We have flats too in the ground floor!

Dakshit: Okay, let's ride southwards! This is a curved alley and good for security purpose! Let's enter this 1BHK flat.

Mr. Orwell: Sir, here's a QR Code which gives a complete detail about the inner structure of the flat. If one wishes, he is provided with a link that provides detailed information of the people living here.

Dakshit: Nice! The whole setup is beautiful!

(After a complete round-up of the prime building of Dakshgram and its giant curved strong walls having different rooms for the stray animals, I and Dakshit visited the centre of the whole of the building.)

Me: Dakshit! Do you see the painting on the floor?

Dakshit: Painting? It's a pothole, Agastya!

Me: Hahaha! Come with me!

As I touched its centre with my right foot's toe, it was activated and we both went in.

Dakshit: Oh my god! What's this? Where are we now?

Me: It's one of the corner pillars of our underground plan.

(I opened its gate but until then, the cave was not built.)

See, It's not built now. But you see these four pillars. They will all lighten up in the gold lustre lights so that the treasure that Dakshgram will earn will be kept safe here. It will look like a maze and no one except the the one with great will power will reach upto this.

Dakshit: Agastya! But how will we reach there when we need it?

Me: To your right will be a staircase that will sensor your body temperature and pressure. If you exert 10 MPa pressure on that stair, it will provide you a way to reach to the treasure!

Dakshit: But Agastya, we can't come here always!

Me: I know! Treasures means the righteous wealth we earn. After all credits paid back, what we earn will be stored here and only in case of emergency, we will take it out. Or, we will keep depositing here.

Dakshit: It means once or twice a year!

Me: Yes! Let's return now.

(I reactivated the lift and came up.)

Wait, do you see Mr. Orwell and Mr. Abhinav?

Dakshit: Yes.

Me: But, they can't see us! Until and unless my toe is on the centre, we are in a protective shield where no one can see us. They are unknown of the fact where we have been to.

Dakshit: Really?

Me: See!

(I removed my toe and the shield dismantled. Hence, Mr. Orwell and Mr. Abhinav saw us.)

Mr. Orwell: What a magic sir! We have been looking for you everywhere!

Mr. Abhinav: Where were you hiding? You came here at once!

Me: We were just behind the bushes! You were busy talking to each other.

Mr. Orwell: Did we? So confusing!

Dakshit: Let's go now!

Mr. Abhinav: When will we inaugurate this?

Me: Ten days later! On 25th of May.

25th May, 2025:

The residents of all three villages namely Dugdhu, Banno and Bajrili gathered at the large space infront of the prime residential building that was hiding behind the saffron veil just like a newly wed bride. Rivaaze Vastra Udhyog employees had sewn such a large piece of veil (approx. 48000 sq.yd.) and hung it on eleven poles that fastened the cloth. The cheers and vibrance shown by the residents was praiseworthy.

At ten o'clock, the Puria family, the Utkarsha, Ma'am Mayor Sumati, IG of Jaigarh, Gurudev, vice-chairperson of our college and other professors, VIPs in the town, Mr. Jayavardhan, my family (including jiji), Bhansali family and Kusum reached together at the location.

Dakshit addressed his lovely residents for their long support and patience towards him ans his team. With the blessings of the Lord Shri Hari and the veteran people and in the strongholds of the influential residents, the great residential building of Dakshgram was completely built-up.

In the presence of the VIPs who recognise people's voices and the Government, Dakshit unveiled the Prime Residential Building right at 10:45 a.m. The thunder of claps was so high that it shook the stage we were standing on!

Dakshit, I, Ma'am Sumati, IG of Jaigarh and Gurudev cut the ribbon of the lift system and took ride through out the whole of the building. The sensor system inbuilt in the cars provided safe and secured movement avoiding any kind of crashes. The major difference in between this lift system and others is it works on 'first-in-first-out (FIFO)' method i.e. it takes to the first entered destination despite any other being near! In case of emergency, it would provide manual jam clearing system where the engineer would monitor the movement of the cars.

At around quarter to noon, we returned back assuring the whole setup was ready to enter and live the spaces. Dakshit asked me to take the stand and provide guidance to the people before they entered the building.

Me: Dear residents of Dakshgram, I 'Mohini-putra Agastya' am here to announce that this prime residential building is all yours from now on. Our team has managed to build up the best and appropriate flats for you and your families. As per the registry done after the census, we have made a digital card for all of you that has its details regarding the flat number, its owner and the family of the owner. If anyone in your family is not present here or may have demised, the other members' names shall be called to take their cards but its my request to all of you to update your familial information before the whole of Dakshgram is constructed. This is a lightweight digital card that you have to compulsorily carry everywhere you go, whether in the Dakshgram or out of here. From June onwards, the houses of Dugdhu, Banno and Bajrili as mapped by our team will be deconstructed thus, please manage your possessions before such action is taken otherwise, no one except you would be responsible for it.

Our associates Mr. Jaidev, Mr. Mukul and Ma'am Shruti Dwivedi are carrying the cards with themselves. They will call your names and allot you the cards! Please maintain the decorum!

(After the residents got busy in receiving their cards!)

Dakshit: Agastya! Now, let us have lunch first!

Me: Yes, Dakshit! Everyone, please! We invite you all to have lunch here, at the Governor's residence!

Everyone: After you, sir!

(Despite being a part of the Prime Residential Building, The Governor's residence was a different styled three floored building serving both for official and residential purpose!)

Me: Gurudev! Acharya! I plead you to let me serve you lunch first!

Bhanu: (whispering) Shall I help you here Agastya?

Me: No, Bhanu. Introduce my family to Ma'am Sumati and Jagriti.

Bhanu: I get nervous, Agastya.

Me: Bhanu, remember this will help us to get married soon!

Bhanu called Jagriti while she was talking with The Utkarsha. She emphasized on giving brother Bhargava's introduction.

Bhanu: He is a CA by profession, employed at Crowwe Int'l. Besides, he has a good fashion sense and interest in golf and lawn tennis!

Jagriti: Oh! Crowwe Int'l! I work at the Imaze Landmarks!

Bhargava: So, we are neighbours at office! Haha!

Bhanu: Wow! You have many similarities you will get to know about each other!

Ma'am Sumati came to me while I was serving lunch to my professors.

Ma'am Sumati: Agastya, Bhanu seems to be finding a match for your brother! Well, you didn't introduce me to your family?

Me: Ma'am, It's only time that introduces itself to everyone and vice versa! I am just no one but the face of Time in this era!

Ma'am Sumati: What do you think, who am I?

Me: The fire within you is yet travelling but I believe it requires somewhere to cool down.

Ma'am Sumati: I didn't get you!

(Brother Hemanta approached towards me.)

Me: Yes, Hemanta! Do you need something?

Hemanta: Umm!

Me: Well, Ma'am Sumati, he is my brother Hemanta?

Ma'am Sumati: Oh! The one who left you destitute on the pathways of Jaigarh!

Hemanta: Ma'am, who can leave the one destitute who leads the Time itself?

Ma'am Sumati: I am happy that you accept his vision now and all of you have attended here! Well, if I am not wrong, you led the National Expressway 65 project at the national capital that has redefined the speed of automotive Bharata. Good job! You know Agastya, it was actually a small road development project but he turned out to build it an expressway and later the GoB widened it to four lane expressway.

Hemanta: Thank you! Well, if I list down what you have done for Jaigarh, I think it would take days to list them all.

(Laughs)

Until then, my professors had had their lunch. We bidded them bye and then, all of us others had our lunch together. It was easy for Bhanu and Shubham to enhance to Kusum for we had shared the space at the hostel during the chess competition.

At around 3 p.m., Dakshit's family, my family and Bhanu's family took leave while we, the remaining, rode the single wheeled motorcycles on the alleys of the building to certify if each and evey family had received their cards and entered into their new house!

IG of Jaigarh: Everything looks fine here! Mr. Agastya, when shall the construction of whole of Dakshgram be completed?

Dakshit: Probably more two years!

Me: With the birth of 2028, we will be officially be recognised as the residents of Dakshgram.

NEXT TWO YEARS:

The construction works of Dakshgram was readily being carried on. The pond, the Temple corridor, the canal, the market area, the Garments factory, the Samskara Bhavan, the roads and basic infrastructure and the cave underground were all simultaneously worked on.

My experience at AIM company helped me a lot to improve on myself and in my vision. Intricate artworks and designs showed me the path of being delicate, showy, useful and disastrous if disturbed. Working with the architects and designers, I experienced how people live their life to the utmost when they meet credulous people and/or receive credits for what they did.

The Utkarsha had close communication system through which everyone worked to help and celebrate with each other. Jagriti and brother Bhargava had developed a good companion while brother Hemanta and Ma'am Sumati met occasionally. Bhanu informed me that Kusum had started liking Shubham and everything went just perfect according to my thought. On one side, my family was advancing to newer cordial relations and joys while on the other side, the lesser known democratic life had depressed thinking capacity of my lovely nieces Soumya and Divya. Some kind of impolitic choices in lifestyle have no precautions to be taken of!

The OM temple management authority had too built a new environment for carrying out the gurukul system and a nursing home for emergency medical help.

The Shri Hari Temple became the centre of attraction after its corridor was completely built up. The elderly house surrounded the temple like a man wearing a scarf, when viewed from east.

On a conversation with Gurudev, he informed me that according to my vision, the new Vikram School for pupils of Dakshgram had been set up with seven hundred sleeping pods with in-built online learning system and other accessories at an approximate cost of B.Rs. 56 crores. However, out of Dakshgram, the school was explicitly established for pupils of Dakshgram.
