Namjoon and I walked along the shoreline. Our fingers folded around each other's. We have lots in common. The simpler things, such as: favourite colour, preferable weather conditions and likable things. I love to read and so does he, apparently. We fit together like a ball and a racket. I feel so comfortable being around him. I can see us together, twenty years from now. Is this it? Is it as good as it gets. Is this precisely that, which I've lost all logical hope for? Love at first sight! I smiled up at him as he told me how his family describes him as the 'God of destruction'. Who would've ever thought that? "That's not funny. Let me guess, you're fault free?" He smirks at me. "I wouldn't say that. But you should hear yourself, the way you said it made you sound so innocent," I said as I try to stifled another laugh. He gave me his adorable dimpled smile. Without warning he picked me up and swung me around. "Put me down, before you let me fall," I pleaded. He put me down on my feet. Our faces merely inches away. "I will never let you fall," he vowed before pulling me into a tight hug. I breathed in his fragrance. I want to melt deeper into his embrace. He let go and I wish he hadn't. The strangers walking, playing and sunbathing upon the beach, smiled at us. I don't care if they saw us. As long as he's here, I don't care about the dangers that awaits us. As long as he's around, I don't care what my Father say. I like him more than I care to admit. "Are you hungry?" He asked and I nodded slowly. "Allow me to stick you for lunch?" He asked as he took hold of my hand once again. I'm enjoying the moment.
Namjoon escorted me to a quint little Asian restaurant. I have never eaten Asian food before. I have no idea what would be good to try and what not. I'm an open minded person, much like my mother in that sense. He gave me a wide smile and ordered for both of us. Korean fried chicken and Kalguksu. I have no clue, in the slightest, as to what that odd dish could possibly be. I'm excited to try it, though. "Have you ever eaten with chopsticks before?" I shook my head in an answering manner. "Seeing how Asian foods wasn't something I've grown up with, I never needed to learn how to use chopsticks," I informed him. "No worries. I'll show you. It's rather easy," he said with another enthusiastic smile. Sure enough, using chopsticks isn't half as hard as they make it appear on the TV. Short before long, our food appeared. The cutlery that they gave along with the meal, were chopsticks and a spoon. Namjoon noticed my confusion as I stared down at the spoon. He laughed wholeheartedly at my reaction. "You use the spoon to slurp the broth," he explained. I picked up the Asian cutlery and dig in. Well here goes nothing. The Asian flavours flows into each other. The umami flavours comes through deliciously, along with the fresh zucchini. It's like their sharing a dance. My taste buds are having an explosive party. I could've never foretold, that something as delicious as this exists under the sun. After a late lunch, we head out and made our way back towards the car. I hope that he has another surprise up his sleeve. I don't want to go back home. It's not that I don't enjoy Abbs company, which I do. The only thing, apart from her, that's waiting for me at home is popcorn and a movie. I'd like to be with him for a little while longer.
