ALEXA'S POV
" Once I was home , l ran myself a hot bath and slipped Inside . While inside the bathtub , l collected myself then closed up my eyes . With no thoughts of Adrian, Mark and kids in my head , l only thought about what I would have been doing at this time with Bella . We were age mates but it felt like I was the most older than her . I had a lot of stress but this was all because of Sarah Martinez my mother . I wouldn't be here if it wasn't her .
" Darn it , forget about it " , Recalling that the kids were going to come back today , l instantly jumped out of the bathtub . After dressing up quickly , l ran downstairs while tying my hair in a messy bun . " Mummy " , l felt excitement flow down in my body when l saw Chrissy . " Yes baby , Where is Jessica and Ivan ? " , I asked while smiling . " In the garden " , She replied . " Let me go and see them " , l murmured before placing her down . " Wait mummy " , she instantly caught up my hand . " Any thing you need darling ? " , I asked .
" Noooo , why doesn't daddy kiss you just just like grand father and grandma " , I felt myself freeze in mid motion when l heard her question. This was now the only disadvantage of taking the kids to Bella's parents . In their late fifties , they only think about traveling to different countries for holidays . Travelling isn't bad , but they act like horny teenagers .
" Erm they have been married for a very long time honey and they love themselves so much " ,l responded but then l cursed myself inwardly . I have made it sound like mark and l hate each other . " Daddy doesn't like you " , She said shocked and expecting it , l sighed in regret . " well if your mummy would help you more than me then daddy would kiss her " , Just before l could respond to her , Mark immediately walked in the house .
At his words , l felt my stomach drop . How could he seriously say that Chrissy . She is to young to be told that . " Mark don't ever say that , not in front of Chrissy or any of the kids " , l glared at him before l held up Chrissy's hand and walked her to the garden where the other two were ..
ADRIAN'S POV .
it has been three months since l slept with Alexa . Three months that she has been on my mind . Three months that l have gone crazy thinking that l could see places of her . Honestly I have never been like this with any woman. While in England , l slept with different models but l didn't feel like this .
" I think because they always fall on my feet and it used to take me ages to get rid of them " , While swirling the wine in the glass , l replied to myself . I was tired of women but then out if the blue there came a green eyed beauty who walked out of my room in a dark night without saying goodbye or leaving any note .
It was my first time to have a woman act like that . No one has ever left me , they all threw themselves on me . " What's up with you , man you not yourself ever since you came " , just as l had gulped down the half filled up glass , l felt someone pat on my shoulder and it was no one but Justin . He was not wrong , am not myself and denying it wasn't needed .
" I met someone , l know l sound like a pussy but l can't get her out of my head , it's driving me crazy that l will never see her again " , l murmured while swirling the wine in the glass . Hearing my confession , Justin looked at me with shock all over his face . I have never said to him like that about the women l do sleep with , l only talked about business but this was honestly too much to bear up with . I wanted her again in my bed .
" So why are you seated here and yet you do have a woman who is driving you crazy, go and get her and stop being a pussy " , He muttered while staring at the girls who were dancing on the dance floor . At his words , l shook my head and chuckled . He was talking boldly and yet it took him a good couple of months to act like a man and get Michelle his wife .
" She is married with kids " , l responded with a sigh at the end . " Fuck what the hell are you playing at . She already sounds like a mess , Stay away , she obviously got bored and then saw you " , He said in a serious voice but l only shrugged my shoulders . " Doesn't matter she left in the middle of the night with no number or anything , it's not like am going to see her and l can't have her again though l do crave for her ". I uttered out honestly .
He didn't reply to me sooner ,he only looked at me and shook his head . Of course I knew why he was looking at me like that . This was my first time to tell him about what was killing me inwardly and secondly with my money , l had different ladies who threw themselves at me but l had no interest in them . I only wanted that one who walked out of my room .
We were covered up in silence for a while and after finishing my wine , l stood up from the stool ." I need to get out , l need to forget her instead of searching for her , there's is no point in searching for her not everyday is a Christmas " , l murmured more to myself . " What's her name ? " , He asked while standing up next to me but shaking my head , l only placed my hands in my pockets and stared at the disco joker .
" Listen you need to move on , she has got kids and a husband , She was probably bored with her married life and wanted to let it go for a night , she is not worth your thoughts , it was just a one night stand " , .
