TW! SH AND DRUGS
_______________________________________
The sunlight woke you up. Your window was open, which wasn't a surprise for Eddie. Although, he wasn't in bed, or anywhere. You sit up. Why would he leave your window open? "Maybe he was just stupid," you sigh to yourself. You didn't want to get out of bed, but knew it was better if you did. You were in sweatpants and one of Eddie's t-shirts. You stumbled into Max's room. She was on her bed reading a magazine. "How's it going?" she says, not looking up at you, just sensing you. "Fine," you say, looking down before sitting on her bed, "just tired." "Why?" she asks, finally looking up. "I'll explain later," you say. "The gang is coming over here for a few hours." Max says grabbing your hands. "Is your mom okay with it?" you ask. "Didn't you hear?" he looks at you confused, "she's gone for the weekend!" "Oh," you say looking around. "You know I didn't hear you come in last night." she started asking too many questions. "It's nothing," you get up, not wanting to talk about what happened. "Fine!" she throws her hands up in defense. "When are they coming over?" you ask before leaving the room. "In an hour," she looks to her watch. "although Nancy may be early." How many times a week were you going to see the gang? You were getting sick of it. It was spring break, so it's not like you do this on a regular basis. You laid in your room until you got bored, so you head to Eddie's.
Eddie's uncle opened the door. "Oh hey, Ellie," Wayne opened the door, "come in." "Hello," you never got a moment to truly greet him. "Did you get breakfast?" he asked, you could smell food already being cooked. "Oh uhm, no I didn't." You didn't want to make him feel bad, even if you didn't feel hungry. "Is there anything particular that you want?" "No, anything will do." You sit on the couch. "So," he says trying to make conversation, "how's Edward doing?" You nearly choked on air, "EDWARD?" "Well, that's his full name." "He is gonna flip his shit when I call him that. Anyways, he's doing really good." "That's good," he says while looking down. He pauses what he's doing to look at you. "I'm really grateful for what you're doing." "What am I doing?" "Loving him, I guess. After what happened last year, I wasn't sure he was going to make it." "Where is Eddie anyhow?" you ask looking down the hall where Eddie's room was. There was no light on, which meant one of two things. He either is still asleep, or left. Wayne started scraping the pancakes he made onto a plate. "He left pretty early this morning. I can hear his van a mile away." He laughs to himself, to which you join him. He sets the plates on the table, and you sit in front of your plate. You smile as he passes you the syrup. "So," you take a bite of his food, but realize it's really good. It has been a long time since you had a home cooked meal. You take another bite. Wayne laughs as he takes a bite. "This is really good," you smile. Wayne's smile grew wider, "thank you." "Eddie always burns everything he cooks, so I have to cook." you smile, finishing eating. "I know," Wayne laughs while picking up your plate. Something about Wayne you just trusted. You didn't know if it was the fact that he was related to Eddie, or if he was like a father figure to you.
Eddie came home 15 minutes later. You and Wayne were chatting on the couch. "This is a different sight," he says, hovering above you. "Miss me?" you smiled. "Always," he kissed you. "Your girlfriend is lovely," Wayne shouted, as Eddie pulled you to his room. "So," he says pulling you closer to him, "how is your morning?" "I don't know," you paused for a moment, "Edward." He covered your mouth. "Don't you dare call me that." You tried to say something, but it was muffled. He eventually moved his hand away. "Or what?" you smirked. Eddie, however, looked dead serious. You can see right through him, and tell there was embarrassment in his name. You raised your eyebrows slightly, waiting for a response. "You don't want to scream that name." His expression remained still, which was almost eerie and cold like. "And if I do?" Eddie leaned down and pressed his face next to your ear. "Trust me," he whispered, giving you goosebumps, "you aren't ready." Eddie kisses your neck slowly. Your head shot back. He continued farther down your neck. You unbuttoned your blouse as he went lower. He paused for a minute, looked up, and pushed you on the bed. He continued kissing you down your body, all the way to your thighs. You bit your lip to distract your mind. Eddie looked up at you, and pulled himself farther up. He wrapped his hand around your neck. "Say it again, I dare you." He says, raising his eyebrows slightly. At first, you didn't say anything out of pure shock. "What a shame," he said ticking his tongue, "I thought you were willing." "E-Edwa..rd." you say under his grip. He realized he was pressing a little too hard and released. "Don't say my name again," Eddie said getting off of you. You sat up, "your mood swings are giving me whiplash." "Got to keep you on your toes." he smirks. He puts his hand on top of your head and shakes it like a dog. "Eddie!" you shout, "I have company coming over!" "Company?" he looks to you. "The demogang is coming over." "I can't take you seriously when you say demogang." Eddie laughs. You roll around on his bed. "Where were you this morning?" you ask. "Oh, uh- with Dustin." You look at him with a suspicious eye. He wouldn't look you in the eye. You knew he was lying. "Pretty early to go hang with Dustin...especially for you, you never get up early." He tries to come up with an excuse. "You...know how DnD goes." he scratched the back of his neck. He holds his breath causing you to raise your eyebrows. "Eddie Munson," you say trailing your fingers up his shirt, "I may not have grew up in a lab, but I know when someone is lying to me." Eddie gulped. "It's not that important," he tried to change the subject. I grabbed his chin, but noticed a small bruised mark. "What's this?" Eddie took off his shirt, showing more bruises. He pushed his hair away to show more. He obviously cleaned up the blood. "What happened!?" you shouted. "Jason happened," he looked down, "trust me, he left in worse shape." "Why?" you asked. "He started it, I don't know why!" he said a little pissed off. You understood it was time to change the subject. "Here, come to my house, so we can join the party. I will cover the bruises on your face with makeup." Eddie nodded as he pulled his shirt back over his head. Before you opened the door, you kissed him. "What was that for?" he asked, as if all of your kisses had a purpose or something. "For you, having to deal with that son of a bitch." He shrugged as you opened the door. "We'll be at Mayfield's," Eddie 'salutes' to him and he does it back. Their little gesture was so cute. Eddie saw you staring and flipped you off while laughing. "When?" you whisper. "Huh?" he shuts the door of the trailer. "You said 'fuck me'." "I did not say fuck me! I said fuck you!" "And I said when!" Eddie kissed you in the middle of the street. Eddie pulls back for a split second, "soon." He continues to kiss you. You hear a car horn honking. You pulled away and see Nancy's car. You pull Eddie into Max's trailer. "Maybe don't make out in the middle of the road!" Nancy says getting out of her car. You slammed the door and Eddie sat on the couch. Max walked in, noticing Nancy's car. Nancy storms in not a moment later. "Tell your sister to not make out in the middle of the road?" "You were making out in the road?" Max shouted. "Since when were we sisters?" you looked to Max. "It's a joke," Nancy rolls her eyes.
You go into your room to change. You put on a white shirt and a skirt. You put on some makeup (because why not?). When you were done, you trotted into the living room where Eddie, Nancy, and Max were. "Hi daddy!" you say sitting next to Eddie. Nancy and Max share the same confused look. "Huh?" Eddie says, making you turn to make eye contact with him. You start laughing. "What did you say?" "Hi daddy," you chuckle. "Oh," he says smiling, "is that what we're doing now?" Nancy smiles, holding in her laugh. "Do you like it when I call you that?" you raise your eyebrows. "Yeah absolutely," he smiles, "no babe, no Eddie, no nothing just- okay." "Just daddy," you smile laughing. "Yeah, yeah I'm down," he sets his wallet on the table, "here." You burst out laughing, and so does Max and Nancy. "You want to go buy something?" he asks, and Max gasps. "You want me to make you food? Whatever you want." "Anything?" "Yeah, anything." "I can get anything?" "Yeah, if you keep calling me that you can get anything you want." Nancy laughs. "Okay, thank you, daddy." You smile. Eddie laughs, "I fucking love her." You could hear it under his breath. "You are crazy, Ellie," Max laughs. Steve opens the door, and Robin and all the kids flood in. "These are my kids," he opens his hands and sighs, "they are a pain in my ass." Nancy laughed, pulling Dustin off of Steve's leg. "Noooo," he screeched. Steve kicked him and he cried. "I'm sorry, man!" he shouts, realizing what he did. Eddie came and hugged him. Dustin instantly calmed. "What's it with you and Dustin?" Nancy laughed. "I owe my life to this kid," he says. Eddie is not sentimental towards others, especially around other people. "Huh?" Steve asks. "He saved my life," he lets go of Dustin. "Oh yeah, I remember." he looks down. "FOOD!" Max shouts, carrying bowls of food. "Don't eat all the food!" you shout, "you know we won't get more until next month!" Max's mom almost never shopped. The boys were already devouring the whole pantry. "Maybe you need to go to the store," she says sassily. "Maybe you need to get a license!" you shout back. Max was a little hurt by that. "You should get a car!" Max shouts back. The room was getting tense, and everyone stopped talking. "I AM WORKING TWO JOBS! I have to make sure you are fed, please whatever Eddie wants, and keep your mom from being drunk. I AM PAYING FOR YOUR FAMILIES BILLS!" you yelled. Everyone paid close attention whenever you said drunk. "You're working two jobs?" Eddie asked softly. "And what is that supposed to be, an excuse?" she didn't stop. "I watched my father get murdered! Yesterday, I went to Texas! I HAD A GUN HELD TO MY HEAD! Do you have any idea how that feels?!? If I screwed up, I wouldn't be here, and neither would Eddie! I am passing all my classes! I get maybe 3 hours of sleep every night because of the constant nightmares! I have hurt myself over and over again, just begging for something terrible to happen to me! I WISH I SCREWED UP! I WISH MY MOM SHOT ME!" you went on a full on rant. In front of the kids. In front of all the people you couldn't let see through you. In front of Eddie. Max started to tear up. No one knew what to say. You chuckled and covered your face, "fuck it." You sighed softly. You ran to your room. You locked the door and grabbed a box from your ceiling fan. "Ellie?" you hear a voice shout. You look for a moment, and then shake it off. You open the box and grabbed the knife. You start to cry. "Why do I do this to myself?" you ask, dragging the knife through your wrist. "Ellie! It's Eddie!" you hear a voice shout aggressively, "open this fucking door!" You hear pounding on the door. You hear a bunch of yelling, "ISN'T THERE A KEY MAX?" Steve started yelling. "I DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS!" she responds, you could tell she was crying. You grab some of the drugs from Eddie's trailer that you kept. You found some pills. "I'M SORRY I'M SUCH A BITCH!" you shout, sitting in the farthest corner of the room. You take a couple, but not too many. "YOU'RE NOT A BITCH," he pounded on the door, "you're not cold! YOU AREN'T A SLUT! YOU'RE NOT TRASH, YOU'RE NOT UGLY! YOU'RE NOT A MONSTER! YOU DESERVE TO BE LOVED!" You looked down at your hands, "I'm sorry." You felt dizzy. Eddie realized from the softness of your voice, something was wrong. He started crying, "PLEASE, ELLIE!" He lowered his tone, "open the door." "I can't," you passed out.
