When you wake up, Eddie wasn't in the room. "Eddie?" you groan. "In the shower," he shouts back. You try to fall back asleep. Eddie comes in the room with wet hair and a towel hanging just below the v-line. "Come on, gravity," you think. "Ellieeee," he smiles, "you're staring." "Sorry," you say, not really looking away. Eddie walks over to you. "I know your thoughts are incredibly filthy right now." he says looking down at you. Eddie's morning voice is godly. He grabs his clothes and walks away. "Fuck," you mumble to yourself once he left. When he came back, he picked you up over his shoulder and carried you out of the room. "Eddie Munson!" you shouted, "put me down right now!" You kick your feet. Eddie's uncle was sitting in the living room. "Eddie, put her down." he smiles. Eddie sets you down. You try to grab his knees to pick him up, but when he went over your shoulder, he flipped over it. "Ow!" he shouted. Wayne was laughing hysterically. "Are you okay?" you say between laughs. "Yeah," he rubs his head. "Eddieeeeee," you heard a faint voice say, and then a loud knock. You open the door, Max stood there with Eddie's walkie talkie. "They're driving me nuts asking for you." "Why did you have it?" Eddie says letting her in. "You lost your privileges last night." "What did I do?" he whined. "You and Ellie were high as fuck, talking at 2:30 in the morning." Wayne laughed. "I guess I'm not the best influence." he scratched his head. "What do you shits want?" Eddie asks in to the walkie-talkie. "To hang out, cause you ditched us last night." Dustin said. "Fine," he said. "You guys can come over here," Steve says, "we could swim." Eddie looked at you, holding your arms, "uhhh, sure, but we have to be back before noon." He turns off the walkie talkie for a moment, "will you be okay?" "Yeah," you look down, "I'll figure out something." He kisses you on the forehead.
All of the voices came back. You saw more and more hallucinations of your dad, and even some of your mom. "Ellie?" Max asked in the car, "are you sure you're okay?" You look out the window, "I don't even know anymore." Eddie puts his hand on your thigh. "What's bothering you?" "The voices in my head." They didn't say anything. You slam your head on the dash. "Ellie!" Eddie shouted, slamming the breaks. "You can't do that!" he lifted your head. You were crying, "I'm sorry." you whisper. Eddie hugged you. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry." You had a red mark on your forehead how. Eddie brushed his fingers on it. "Does it hurt?" he kissed it. You shook your head no. He looked to Max, who was just as confused as he was. He continued driving to Steve's. "Finally!" Dustin shouts. Your head hung low as you walked in the door. No one noticed, so it was fine. Everyone was chowing down on food. Eddie pulled you into a bathroom. "Hey," he whispered pulling you into a hug as you cried into his chest, "calm down." He rubbed your back. "I'm trying," you calm down a little bit, "it's getting harder." "I know," he says, "i'm here, okay. Don't do anything stupid." He smiles as he breaks the hug. He wipes your tears. "Dude," someone banged on the door, "we know you and Ellie are in there." "Not a good time," Eddie shouts. "What the fuck is that supposed to mean?" You could tell it was Steve. You open the door, showing your tear streaked face, and flip him off. You slam the door on his face. Eddie pulls up your sleeves. They were slowly healing. "You're doing a really good job." he says softly. "For now," you muttered under your breath. He lifts your chin, "I love you, Ellie." You force a smile. "Come out when you're ready, okay?" Eddie opens the door. "Everything okay?" you heard faintly. "Yeah," Eddie replies. You took a deep breath. You squeezed your eyes tight. You gripped your hands on the counter. When you open your eyes, your dad was behind you. You spin around, but nothing was there. You look back to the mirror. "G-go away." "No." "What do you want from me?" you collapsed on the floor, "I didn't kill you! I'm trying to bring you justice!" "I need you to kill your mom." You look him in the eye. "I would," you look down, "but I'm no killer." "Why didn't you call the cops?" You stopped breathing. "Because she would've killed me, too." Dustin opened the bathroom door, and your dad was gone. "You okay?" You stared in the mirror. "Yeah," you follow him out. Everyone was sitting on the couch, including Eddie. Eddie sensed something was wrong. He pulled you onto his lap and wrapped his arms around you. Everyone was staring at you. "What?" you blush. "You guys are just so cute." Robin smiles. You begin to calm down, just with the presence of Eddie. "I saw him," you whisper to Eddie while messing with your hair. Dustin was yelling at Steve about something stupid. "Who?" "My dad." Eddie turned you around. "How?" "It was a hallucination, I think." You wrapped your arms around him. "He told me to kill my mom," you cry. "What?" Everybody started to eavesdrop. "I told him I wasn't a killer, but he blames me for his death." "Then it's not him," Eddie reassures you. "What are you talking about?" Steve asks. "Nobody," Eddie covers you. Everyone continues playing their game until its your turn. "Ellie," you look up. "Smash." Eddie says confidently. "Eddie," Dustin looks disappointed. "Wait- what was the- what was the game?" Eddie says nervously, "smash or pass?" "No." Steve face palms whist laughing. Robin bursts out laughing. "It was truth or dare!" Mike smiles. "Nice to know," you smirk, "dare." "I dare you to tell everyone your darkest secret." Nancy said smirking. You gulped, "I buried-" "Could she have a different question?" Eddie tried to cover for you. "It's fine, Eddie. I can tell them. I buried my dad." Everyone looked at you confused, "my mom murdered my dad." "Oh my god," Robin shouted, "that's awful!" Everyone started apologizing and stuff like that. "Here, I'll give you a different one," Nancy said. "make...Eddie jealous." You bite your lip, trying to think. "Take a drink if you've ever kissed me." you say. Eddie grabs his cup and takes a sip. Steve sits in the back, drinking. Eddie raises his eyebrows. "Steve Harrington?" "Welcome to heaven." he laughs. "Okay," Max smirks your turn, "Truth or Dare?" You get up to get a drink. "Dare, all the way." Eddie takes a sip of his drink. "Say 'darling' in a seductive way." Eddie chokes on his drink. "Mmm," he laughs, "darling." He winks at you. You practically fall to your knees, while spitting out your water. "See, Munson." Max laughs. Steve and Robin were laughing hysterically. You walk back over to the couch and sit down. "I have one more for you Ellie," Nancy says, "truth or dare." "I'm going to play it safe and say truth." "Tell us what happened last night." "Believe it or not, nothing special." "You can't lie." Steve smirked. "She's not." Eddie winked. "He took me to a drive in and we sat in the back of the van." "So you guys didn't make out or anything?" Max says surprised. "I didn't say that-" you smirk. "I don't remember much of the movie anyways." Eddie laughed. "We always get interrupted when we do things, so we don't even try anymore." you purse your lips together, almost frowning. The game continued for a little while until the boys got antsy to swim.
You didn't put on your swimsuit. You just sat at the edge of the pool with your long sleeved blue shirt and shorts. "Why don't you get in, Ellie?" Steve asks. "I- uhh- don't feel like it." Eddie hasn't gotten in yet, he was standing near the diving board. "Hey, Ellie!" Eddie shouts, "can you help me with something?" "Sure," you get up and walk over to him. He looks at you, and, in an instant, picks you up bridal style. "Eddie Munson! Put me down this instant!" "Okay," he says running on the diving board. He jumps into the pool. "EDDIE NOOOO!" you scream as you crash into the pool. Steve started laughing. Eddie smiles at you, and you are visibly angry. "Eddie," you pout, "these are my only dry clothes." "That's okay," he smiles, "you can wear mine." "Eddie, that's downright bad," Nancy laughed. "What?" he says kissing you. Nancy shakes her head. You don't swim as much as you did, you mainly cling to Eddie. "Want to make out underwater?" he asks you excitedly. "Ooh, cool!" you both go underwater. After a few seconds, he comes up. "Out of breath already, Munson?" you joke. "You took my breath away, what was I supposed to do?" He goes under again and you follow, wrapping your legs around his waist. He leans forwards, so your under him. Just when you get out of breath, he pulls you up. "You good?" he asks. "Perfectly fine," you smile. Robin was smiling at you two, as Steve and Nancy talk about things that happened last year. Eddie pulls you under again, however, this time he pins you to the wall of the pool. When you guys come up, Steve and Nancy were looking at you. "Staring is rude you know." you laugh. You stand next to Steve. "When you go in to kiss him," Nancy starts talking, "pull him in by his belt." "Mmm hmm," Eddie says in a disapproving tone, "see that's dangerous." "How?" you ask. "Don't do that." he says, nearly serious, but you could almost SMELL the lust. "Why not?" you smirk. "Cause I will NOT be responsible for anything that happens after that." Steve laughs, getting what he meant immediately. "See," you say, making your way towards him, "that's kind of the point." Robin gasps. Your waist was nearly inches away. He grabs it and pulls it close. "You're cruising," he whispers so only you could hear. "Shit!" you shout, scaring Eddie, "what time is it?" "Uhh," Steve says, running to the nearest clock, "11." You and Eddie get out, and pretty much everyone else because the pool is freezing.
You go into the bathroom shivering. "Aww," Eddie says handing you a towel, "let me help you." He takes off your drenched shirt, wrings it out, and hangs it up. You look up and smile at him. You take off your bra and cover yourself with a towel. Eddie just kind of stares at you. "Shut up," you laugh. "I didn't say anything!" he laughed. "Your eyes are saying way to much." Eddie rolls his eyes. "I'd hate to quote you, but you said to stop rolling eyes." "And if I don't?" "I'll give you a reason to." He raised his eyebrows. "Then do it." You drop the towel. Eddie instantly looked down. He paused for a moment, but you smash your lips onto his. You wrap your legs around his waist, causing him to pick you up. "Mrs. Munson, full of surprises are we?" "Got to be original." He goes back to kissing you. You wrap your arms around his neck for support. His hands travel all over your body. You moan into the kiss, and he pulls away. "Your hands are so hot." "That's random," he laughs. "And, you're a guitar player." "What can I say? I'm good with my hands." He puts his hands on your boobs. "They're so squishy." "They're literally just fat and tissue, Eddie." "Hot fat and tissue." He kisses you again. Steve has to knock on the door to get you two to stop. "Party pooper!" you shout as Eddie sets you down. Eddie tosses you his shirt and you slide it on. You leave on your sopping wet pants so Eddie could wear his. You grab your wet clothes and set them in the van. "You coming, Mayfield?" Eddie shouted. "I'll go with Lucas." she shouts back. He nods and you two head home. Eddie's hand was on your thigh, as always. The music was playing faintly. His breathing slowed. You looked at him. "You okay?" He bites his lip, "mhm." He was patting to the beat on the steering wheel, and then started doing it on your thigh. You bit your lip. "Are you ready to do this?" You think for a moment, "I think so." "We'll probably have to take a plane." Eddie pulls up to his trailer. "I'll meet you at your place," he says, opening your door. "Okay," you walk to your house.
Max's mom was sitting on the couch, she looked sober. "Hey," she says smiley. "Where have you been?" "Oh, we to Steve's this morning." you laugh, "Eddie pushed me into the pool." "That kid." she smiles. "I told you we were dating right?" "At some point yes," she said, "is he good to you?" "Oh yeah," you smile looking down, "he's a real sweetheart." "I would have never guessed." she smiled. "Well i'm going to take a shower, I might get home late tonight." She nods and goes back to whatever she was doing. You grab a sports bra and some shorts and hop into the shower. The hot water stung your scars. You rest your hand on them. When you get out, you change and put your hair in a bun. You turn to the door, but Eddie was standing there. You jump. "Jeez, Eddie," you put your hand on your chest, "how long were you standing there?" "Not as long as I wanted to be." He looks down. He stares at you for a long time. "Can I go get a shirt?" you ask him because he was standing in the doorway. "Hmm," he thinks, "no." "What do you mean no?" "I don't want to move. You want to hear it in Spanish? No." He pursed his lips together. "We have to go." you said, leaning on the wall. "What's the rush?" "Want to hear it in Spanish?" "Sure," he smirk. "Nosotras tenemos que ir hasta Texas, Eddie." "Okay, I don't know that much Spanish. What did you say?" "No," you turned away. "Fine, go get your shirt." He lets you through. "Gracias." You pick out one of Eddie's shirts. "How about this one?" "How many of my shirts do you have?" he laughs. "When was the last time you wore anything other than your Hellfire and Dio shirt?" He looks up and thinks for a minute. "Exactly." Eddie stares at you for a moment, and then mumbles something. "Hmm?" you say, making your way to him. "Nothing." You press your body onto his. He bites his lip. "What did you say, Eddie?" You say, making him nervous. "I said 'You look even hotter in my clothes'." You smirked and started kissing his neck. His head shot back and he put his hands on your waist. He pulled you closer, and masked his groans. "We have to go," you say, keeping your mouth close to his neck. "No," he whined. "We do," you pull away. He looked down at you and frowned, "you're no fun." "Fun? You mean horny." "That's not my fault!" You just smiled. He leaned down and kissed you. "Don't try and distract me." you push him away. He frowned, but you started packing a backpack. "I'll meet you at the car," you smile heading out of your room.
When you arrived to the police station, the officer you met earlier was waiting inside. "I bought you two airplane tickets. Your flight leaves in an hour and your flight back is 8 o'clock." "Okay," Eddie said. "You will have police escorts to and from everywhere you go, so it's extra fast." "Anything else?" "I'm going to drive you there. Good luck." You and Eddie hopped into the car. Eddie held your hand, cause he could tell you were tense. "My mom shouldn't be home because she will be at work." You say looking at Eddie. "Perfect," he smiles, kissing you on the forehead. When you arrive at the airport, you were automatically escorted to security, and within minutes were waiting at your gate. "Officers will meet you when you get there," one of the officers says before walking away. Eddie rubbed your fingers. "Your hands are so hot." he says mimicking you. "Hey!" you said, "don't push it." Eddie kissed your neck. "Eddie," you whined, "were at an airport." "So?" he continues. "We're in public." "Now everyone knows you're mine." You bit your lip. He trailed to your lips. Eddie put his hand between your thighs. He gripped it tighter. You pull back, "fuck Eddie, quit it." "You're cute the way you get nervous around me." You start blushing. He ends up stopping. He sits there staring at the floor. He fiddles with his rings. "Ellieeeee," Eddie whines, "I'm bored." "Do you know how to play war?" you ask, pulling out a deck of cards. "Like with guns and grenades and shit?" "No," you laugh, shuffling the deck, "with cards." You split the deck and hand him half. "Don't look," you say, "now, flip over your first card." You both flip over your first card. He got a 7 and you a 4. "Your number is higher than mine, so you take both of them." you say, pushing them to a pile next to him. You flip the next set. You a queen and him a 9. "Now I take them, because a queen is more." You flip the next set. You both got 5's. "Now what?" he asks. "War," you say, laying down three cards face down, "do like me." He does and you flip over your next card, motioning him to do the same. He gets a 2 and you an 8. "I win the stack!" you shout. You flip over the cards to see what he gave you. "When we run out of cards, we use the ones we collect in our stack." "The ones we won?" You nod. You play for a long time, until Eddie has most of the cards, leaving you with 5 cards. "Surrender?" he asks smirking. "Nope," you lay down your card. You and Eddie both get 3's. You lay 3 cards face down and flip your last card over. "A king!" you shout. Eddie smirks. "I have an ace," he slams it down. "NO!" you shout. Eddie takes all of your cards. "You win," you put your hands up. "Flight 427 to Dallas, Texas boarding now." Eddie smiles and helps you clean up the cards. You board the plane and try to figure out where you were sitting. You were pretty close to the front. "I call window seat!" Eddie shouts, like a child. He files into the seat and opens the window. You sit down next to him. "How long is the flight?" he asks. "Almost 2 hours." you say. Luckily, no one sat next to you, on the aisle seat. Eddie looked a little nervous. "You okay?" you ask him, because he's playing with his rings again. "It's been a long time since I've been on a plane." he says, staring at his rings. "It's okay," you grab his hand, which instantly calms him. The flight attendants do their show as you're being driven to the runway. "Eddie," you say, attempting to distract him. "Yes," he looks away from the window. "Why did you always ask me what my favorite song was?" You always knew there was something else behind it. "When Vecna was alive," he said looking down, "the only way to get someone out of his trance was to play their favorite song. I thought, if Vecna ever tranced you, I could get you out. I wanted to save you." "But Vecna is dead?" "I have nightmares every night, in my mind, he's still alive." He starts to break down. You hold his head in your chest. "I Was Made For Lovin' You." you said. "Huh?" he looks up. "My favorite song." He just smiled and looked out the window. "Holy fuck, we're in the air." Eddie watched the houses below. "Pretty isn't it." you say, picking up you and Eddie's armrest. Eddie turned his body towards you, still in his seatbelt. You laid your head in his lap, putting your legs in the seat next to you. Eddie played with your hair until you fell asleep.
"We are about to arrive at our destination," the flight attendant announces, waking you up. Eddie was sleeping heavily, "Eddie wake up." You shake him lightly. "Huh," he says in a tired voice, "where am I?" "In the sky." "Am I high, or did you say we are in the sky?" "Look out the window." "Fuck!" he shouts, sitting up. "Eddie," you shush him, "there are other people here." "Oh right," he says, making himself comfortable. A bunch of people were looking at you. You realized what you had to do in a few hours. "Eddie," you say, "no matter what happens, do not let her take me." He hugs you, "nothing will happen." "She is a monster." you start to cry. "No," Eddie pulls you up, "don't mess up your pretty makeup." He wipes under your eyes. You chuckle softly. "So uh," Eddie looks away for a moment, "my band has a gig on Tuesday, at the hideout, and I was wondering if you wanted to go." "Of course!" you say excited. "Okay," he says, "I'll pick you up."
When you got off the plane, you met up with the officers. "I don't smell like weed, do I?" Eddie whispered to you. "You're fine." you whispered back. "Alright," the officer says, "we have a list. You need to report everything." You take the paper as you head to the car. "First, you need to take up to the place he is buried." "Can I drive?" you say, "it's hard to get to." The officer gets out and lets you drive. He gives Eddie this eye as he sits down. Eddie looks nervous. "So what, he's your boyfriend?" he asks. "Yep," you say. You drive into deep forest. "We have to walk from here," you say. Everyone gets out and the officer takes shovels out. You walk farther into the forest. You reach a massive tree. "Are you sure you know where you're going?" the officer shouted. "Don't underestimate her." Eddie said back. "One, two, three, four," you count paces. "What is she doing," the officer whispers. "Fifty!" you shout and stab the shovel in the ground. "This is officer Mark requesting back up," he says into his walkie-talkie, "we have apparently found the body's site." Everyone starts digging until a few more officers show up. "Guys," Eddie shouts, "I found a hand." Eddie runs away, holding his mouth. Your eyes widen. "Could you guys take it from here?" you scoot back, "I don't want to see him again." The officers unbury the body and put it in a bodybag. Eddie holds you as you cry. "Thank you," you hear a faint voice say. "Did you hear that?" you ask. "Hear what?" Eddie asks. You realize who it was. "You're welcome, Dad." "Could you hear him?" he asks you. "I think so," a tear fell down your cheek. Eddie squeezes you tighter.
"Where is the knife?" the officer asked. "Uhm..." you think, "I think it's in the attic." "We will drive you to your house." the officer said, opening the door. Eddie holds you the whole way there. "Damn!" Eddie says as you pull up, "this is your house?" "It was," you mutter. You get out of the car. "We will stay nearby," the officer says pulling away. You walk in your house and head upstairs to your room. "This was my room," you say shoveling your belongings in your bag. Eddie looks around for a moment. "Sweet." You grab some of your old clothes and all of your cash. You walk outside of your room and head to the attic. Once you're inside, you search around for a moment. You see a towel shoved into the corner in a support beam. You grab the towel and open it up. The bloody bent knife was inside. You stopped breathing, and dropped it. You instantly got flashbacks. Eddie looked at you and picked up the towel. He hugged you, "it's okay." He put the knife in your bag. "Can I do something before we leave?" you ask. "Anything." You creep downstairs and head into your moms room. You open her safe and steal a necklace and some cash. "What are you doing?" Eddie asks panicked. You shut the safe, "this was the last thing my dad ever gave me." You hold up the necklace before putting it on. You leave the room, but Eddie didn't follow. "Eddie?"
When you walk into the room, you see your mom holding a gun to Eddie's head. "Mom?"
