"Hello, Baron Ekud." The Baron's pig-like ears twitched at the mention of his name. He slowly turned his head to see where the voice had come from. He saw a dark, shadowy, boundless being standing there. It's white, glowing eyes staring down the Baron. He yelped in surprise and fear, and fell to his ass.
"Y-You!" The Baron yelled out, "Y-Y-You're the one responsible for this, aren't you!?"
Eodum's lips curved into a smile, "Does it matter?"
"H-How did you escape without alerting anyone!?" The Baron questioned hysterically.
A small laugh came from Eodum, "Do you really think you're in a position to be alerting anyone? Heh, time to move things along."
Eodum's tail shot out and stretched to wrap around the Baron. He tried crawling away, but Eodum's tail reached him before he could do anything. The tail tightened around the Baron to the point where the Baron could barely breathe. That didn't matter though, as long as he was breathing, everything would be fine for now. Eodum then carried the Baron through the winding halls of his mansion, emerging from a double set of grandiose doors.
What stands before Eodum is the entirety of the Baron's army. The Baron began laughing to himself as much as he could, "Heh, heh, now you've done it! You could never take on over 500 soldiers!"
"Oh really?" Eodum questioned the Baron. It then began, "Listen, soldiers of Nomed! If you don't surrender, I'll kill the Baron, and have my team bomb this city!"
"Eh," The Baron oinked, "W-Wait! Let's calm down, yeah. You all will surrender, right!?"
The soldiers began talking amongst themselves, "The Baron is a small price to pay to eliminate an enemy of your power!"
The Baron yelled out a complaint, then another, then another, but it all fell on deaf ears. The soldiers of Nomed really did hate the Baron. This however, was all within the plan. Eodum began once more, "Okay, if the Baron is a small price to pay, then what about all of Nomed?"
As Eodum said that, a familiar, weasel-like person emerged from the crowds of guards. It was Tnedor; he looked up smugly at Eodum and confidently stated, "Don't you lie, there's no way you could take out all of Nomed!"
"You sure?" Eodum asked, and casted several [Gravity Up]s above a random house. At that moment, a wooden ball fell from the sky, surrounded by blistering flames. It entered the column of [Gravity Magic] and raced down onto the house. The house was consumed by the hot flames, and quickly the house was burned away to a frame. The black, burnt up corpses of a few of the Nomed's spy unit lay under the ash of the once standing house.
The entire spectacle attracted the attention of the entire army of Nomed, and many citizens. The ball of flame came from high, high up in the sky, so not many could see the identity of the bomber. As Tnedor and the rest of the army looked at the aftermath of Void Horse's attack, Eodum asked, "I'll ask again, are you sure?"
"H-How," Tnedor asked, fear spread across his face, "O-O-Okay, we understand! J-Just let me, I-I mean, all of u-us live! Yeah?"
"Good, " Eodum smiled, "Now, everyone put your weapons down. Also, have all members of your spy unit come out." At Eodum's call, all of the soldiers put down their weapons, and all members of the spy unit came out from their hiding. Except one. One snuck around on the roof of the Baron's mansion, holding a dagger covered in a deadly poison. The poison on it would cause the victim to find themselves unable to breath, and would suffocate them.
"Time to die, fuck-face!" The cloaked woman whispered silently. With a fling of her wrist, the poison-covered dagger flew at Eodum. All seemed like it would've gone well for Nomed, with the dagger striking Eodum's back, but this would not be the case. Eodum snapped its head at the dagger flying at it, and split its tail into two. One of the tails held onto the Baron while the other shot towards the dagger flying at Eodum. Eodum caught the dagger by its handle, and flung it back at the spy. Her eyes shot open in surprise, but then the left eye geared up as the right eye found itself pierced.
"AAAAHHHH!!!" She tried to yell out, but found herself unable to make any sound. Her throat had closed up due to the poison as she continued to internally scream. She grabbed her extremely swollen throat attempting to do something, but all that did was throw off her balance. She lost her footing and tumbled down the roof, and snapped her neck on the ground. Her body lay there completely lifeless, signaling she had died. This was further supported by the level up Eodum just got.
Eodum turned its head back towards the crowds, "I warned you, didn't I? This'll be the punishment for trying to kill me." Another column of [Gravity Up]s appeared over a slightly out of the way group of soldiers and like last time, a wooden ball engulfed in fire came down. The fireball consumed the group of soldiers and began burning away at their bodies. No one could hear the screams of soldiers over the sound of the flames rushing around them.
All the other soldiers found themselves going completely still, not wanting to piss off Eodum. A dampness began forming around Tnedor's trousers as he wet himself in fear. Eodum's head turned back towards the army of soldiers, "Alright, I'll be taking over the position of this place's leader. If you understand, then get all the civilians into their homes, and make sure no one leaves Nomed. For those who don't, I have something for you, so just separate yourself from the group. Also, would someone lead SGT. Tnedor and the Baron to the dungeon?"
At the end of Eodum's sentence, it dropped the Baron on to the ground, and went back to the Baron's office. The guards quickly did as instructed, and herded all the citizens into their homes. A group of ten guards arrested Tnedor and the Baron, and threw them into some vacant cells in the dungeon. In the Baron's office, Eodum, Sheila, Henry, and Delacs all sat in a circle. Eodum said with a smirk, "Good, everything's going as expected."
