Henry began to wake. His vision slowly started to return, as the green flames for his eyes began to appear. His body began floating and turning, eventually Henry was upright, albeit slumped. He turned his head looking around, expecting to wake up in a comfy room in an inn. Nope. He was still in that god forsaken sewer. While examining the place, he saw Eodum in front of him, and Sheila who was beginning to get up.
Henry looked at himself, yep. Still a wisp made of an orange flame, nothing new here- WAIT! Henry immediately began to double check. His body's flame had turned into that of a bright orange instead of a light blue. Henry turned his attention to his status.

… Oh right! Henry had completely forgotten his choice in evolution. Henry had decided to go down the path of the Minor Flame Spirit. This type of spirit was friendly to humans; some humans got their blessings. He thought that if he wanted to get back to society, he would have to first be accepted by humans.
Henry saw he had unused skill points. He decided he should invest them into [Flame Control]. Now that he had [Flame Production], it would be even easier to use [Flame Control]. In addition, he could use all his skill points and bump it up by two levels! Good deal. His focus then turned toward his stats.
Henry saw his stats have improved by quite the amount. This seemed to be a part of the evolution, a racial bonus. He decided to split it equally between intelligence, dexterity, and agility. A solid 4 Ap for each, pretty good. Done!

Fantastic! Now that the change in his appearance and improvement of status had been settled, he took a look at himself once more. His flame-skin had become a bright orange, and though the areas of his hair and eyes were still green. Odd. Henry had green eyes when he was human, so he understood the color of his flames when he was a wisp. Wisps were gonna be a mix of blues, purples, and greens, but fire spirits shouldn't have any green. They were a mix of yellows, reds, and oranges.
Quite odd. This would need to be looked into later, for now he had more pressing matters to attend to. He looked around once more. A rat, a rising undead in armor, and a dead undead in armor. Eodum had been standing on the corpse of a skeleton, it must've protected us while we were down. Henry then looked at Sheila… is that skin?

Sheila was waking and getting up. She felt herself slowly rise and eventually get to her feet. She looked around and saw the disgusting sewers. Sadly, this had not all been a dream like she was hoping. She looked at her companions, Eodum who stood atop a redead skeleton, and Henry who had undergone some pretty impressive changes. Though not as impressive as her own.

Like her friend Henry, Sheila also chose a more human-like monster. While all undead were despised, as a ghoul she was slightly more human-like in appearance. While she still had chunks of flesh missing, revealing bone, she did have flesh. Her flesh was slightly rotted, but the muscle had been better than ever before. Despite not having all her muscle, she was still somehow stronger.
Her new appearance was that of her human self, albeit rotting. She kept her long, silky, blonde hair, tattered and ruined now. Her skin that was once smooth, had turned cold and damaged. While becoming one with society would be difficult, it was still possible. Hard, but possible. She looked at her Ap and Sp. Unspent huh? Time to spend then!
Sheila's first look was at Ap. She put 6 Ap into constitution right off the bat. Next, she split the Ap between agility and strength. Her next focus was Sp, what to use it for? She decided to upgrade her [Tower Shield Mastery] for 2 Sp. She continued to look through her skills, ah there!

… What!? Sheila had never had anything like a Unique Skill before. She heard about them, but that only special beings would be granted them. Every monster on their 3rd level would get one!? Right now, humans only got them in special scenarios by getting the world's attention. For her to get one, was in her eyes, incredible.
After Sheila had calmed down a little, she decided to look at herself once more. Yep, a living corpse. After she had repressed her feelings from that, she looked at her companions: Henry, who had just evolved with her, and Eodum, who was standing on a corpse. Cool
Sheila looked around and decided it would be best if they went on; she said, "Alright then, now that our evolution has been settled, why don't we head off again?"
"Aight." Henry replied, calmly. He then squeaked at Eodum, and Eodum gave a simple nod.
"Ok then." Sheil said.
